Hello, hello, I can't believe I'm saying this, but let's go to Switzerland! Today is July 13th, 2023, and I'm about to depart to the airport, it's basically gonna be 12 days of fun, so if you want to see what Switzerland is all about, then stay tuned. I got my backpack and my suitcase, and I think we're pretty much ready to go. Alright, so we made it to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, and now I'm going to try and find Sonja, this is where we're supposed to be meeting. Oh my god! We're back, everybody! After a whole three years. We made it to Sonja's neighbourhood! Classic. Oh my gosh, it's so sweet. It's like strong. Guys, it's our reunion after all. Oh, I need to stop drinking up there, I need to stop there. It's our reunion after all. It's our friendship and lifelong cute memories together. And the next two weeks of absolutely wild and amazing chaos and beauty and festive times. Just had a drink at this cute little bar. Welcome to Little Italy. What did we have, Sonja? We had Aperol spritzes, and boys had beer and a pizza. Sonja and I were working for like the whole morning until now, and we're having a lunch break, so we're heading to her friend's place for some lunch. And it's just, oh, it's so nice out. It's going to be about 28 degrees. It is hot. Yeah, we'll take a long. So yeah, today has been nothing special. Yesterday we had the adventure of a lifetime to get home. Oh my god. We'll tell you about it at some point. Oh my god. No filming because you were almost dying the whole way. It involves scootering, so you know, you know the vibes. And maybe breaking a few laws, I guess. Shh, no one has to know. Also, it feels like we're- Psych, we're in Hawaii. Yeah, I was just going to say that, you read my mind. Like, we definitely feel like we're in Hawaii. Like, apparently, you guys, palm trees grow in Switzerland. Specifically in Zurich. Sonja says it's a normal thing, so. I mean, wow, that's amazing. You're fishy. Little pear garden. This is insane. Cheese and pretzels. Croissant. And we have little friends. We have our ducklings. Hello. We're sitting along the Zurich River. What's it called? Le Mat. Yeah, that sounds about right. And we have a beautiful spot in this park in the shade that we're enjoying because it's like 28. And we're overheating. Good morning. Happy Saturday, everyone. Today, we're off to the city. Off to see the sights. Off for Sonja's signature walking tour. Yes, I'm so excited to see everything. Stay tuned. Notable mention is our shoes. The best donuts mention. Spontaneous Dunkin' trip. And it actually tastes like Dunkin' in America here. This is actually insane. They put a good amount of caramel in here. You can actually taste it. And for Europe, you know how you never get iced coffees here because they never know how to make it. This is fire. Cheers, Dunkin'. We have the cutest little store. Such a nice aesthetic. Of course, it's out of focus. Thank you, camera. Sonja took me to this beautiful viewpoint in front of the University of Zurich. So we're just enjoying that while Sonja fans herself down. The UV is nine, people, so it's hot. So that's the university that Albert Einstein studied at. Somewhere over here. We're in the vicinity. So it's really nice. Yeah, we're definitely, we might, I might get burnt. We'll see. I did put sunscreen on. Let's hope that I don't. The bells are ringing. So beautiful. On our way to find a little lunch spot. We might do like some sandwiches or pasta. And we bought some cute things. So we'll do a haul later. Lunchtime. We are at this cute little pasta place. It's very chill and like not busy, which is amazing. I got a mushroom pasta with parm and chili. I got a dottarini. And we're going to sit here for a bit and eat, but I will do a taste test. And let's, let's see if this is, that's delicious. Oh my gosh. Delish. We have a feeling that it might rain. The clouds are kind of getting a little interesting. We're just after lunch and now we're going to go keep exploring. Just filled up our water and we're heading up to the Lindenhof for a nice view. We bought some soft drinks to enjoy at the top and cool off on this hot scorching day. Which we're not complaining about because we love it. Just sitting on the ledge. I'm having a peach iced tea. Sonya's having a cola and we're just enjoying the moment for a bit. Any updates? No. But content and happy. We're going to go home after and have like a chill evening at home. Yes, we're going to get like some drinks. We're going to blend some like wine, frozen wine. With ice. And drink on the balcony and enjoy. And sit and enjoy a nice sunset. But they're these beautiful resin blue flower with gold hoops. And I absolutely adore them. I can't wait to wear them. They were 15 francs, so not that bad. It's beautiful. Public service announcement. Zoza and I are moving into this building right here. We're on the lake. Well, we're walking towards the lake. Neuchatel now. So pretty. Let's look at the water. It's practically clear. We're on this little dock. People are tanning on this little rock beach. It's so cute. Hey vlog. We missed you. It's been a few minutes since we last spoke. So we just got to the lake where we ordered pizza and we're waiting for our order. And we're very hungry. So we're excited. But I'm going to show you the views because it's a very gorgeous area. So here's the biggest view. And then we have, secondly, the lake. So we're at this port area. And that's our pizza place right there. And vibes are good. It's like summer lake vibe is what I'm getting. My dress gives Mamma Mia vibes. It smells amazing. Wait. Oh. Oh yeah. Lake day. Hello. We're off to the lake. We're going to go on our paddle board. And then we'll go to the beach area. Made it to the docks. Ha. Psyche. Zuzanna and I were literally just on our way to pick up the paddle board. When out of nowhere like a big like thunder like destroyed. And we're like, psych. We're not going on a paddle board right now because that's risky. So yeah, it does look a little dark over there. Somebody lost their bird and put up an ad. So if any of you guys see this little yellow bird, let us know. We are so unlucky. We have a beautiful setup. Better than last time even. We have our own little oasis on this private little lagoon. So this is the spot for today. We're going to get nice and crispy. Then we're going to go into the water. Stunning. Stunning, stunning. Cheers. Dinner time. Chicken nuggets and fries. Classic. So today was kind of a more boring day. I basically went to work for the whole day. So did Zoza. So she just got home. It's about 6 p.m. at the dock. Look at the vibes. We're doing a little tour of the wineries by Zoza's place. Look at the views here. It's insane. So there's all wineries in front of us. And the beautiful lake in the background. And then this is a lemon and pea and thyme and spinach risotto. And this is paella with shrimp. And this was made by Sonia's boyfriend. And then Sonia's work made the other two dishes. So no effort needed by any of us. And look at all the fiber and goodness. And minerals and vitamins. I'm going to put that in the sun. So you guys can see exactly what I mean. So we're back. And excited for the next five days. And for the movie tonight. Just realized Sonia's making us a little cocktail. And it happens to be pink. Because we're going to see Barbie. It's truly remarkable. And Kale has joined. Oh it's so dark. There's Kale. Good morning! We're currently rushing to the train as always. We're going to the market because it's a Saturday! Yay! We'll do a haul of what we find after. But there's some good steals here. And it's basically like bargaining. So you just bargain back and forth the price. So it's pretty nice. Buongiorno! Principessa! Actually it's a bit quieter since there are real Italians. So we just finished shopping and we got a whole bag of goodies. Like when I tell you, we were lucky! This old baby is filled up with our goodies. So first off I bought these funky pants. With like this floral pattern. And I found out that they are linen and cotton. So like really good quality for 3 francs. I'm probably going to cut them just to make them flare. Well not flare but like distressed a bit. They are very cute. Her teacher pants! My teacher pants. And then I also bought these shoes. They're like light little summer shoes, sandals, thingies. These are 5 francs. They're 41. That's why they're a little bit big. But I like them. Oh and then I bought some earrings. And that's it. But I'll show you the earrings really quickly. They're just like these little pearls. And they look like sandals. Pretty! Yay! So that's my haul. I spent a total of 10 francs. I got this long skirt. Super stretchy material. And has like a really pretty design on it. For 5 francs. It is really nice. Then I got this really nice diesel jean skirt. With slits on the side. We love her. For 15. She's a bit more expensive because it's diesel. And it looks like literally untouched. And then lastly I got this button up. I won't take it out. But it's this really nice stripe color. And it's like not super oversized. So I'll more wear it as like... Yeah like open but like a curtain. Oh and here I have two cameras that I got for Kale. Two film cameras for 20 francs. Yeah they're each 10 francs. And he's really excited. Because supposedly they're like really good ones. He just has to see if they work. It's a risky game but it's worth it. And now off we go to home so we can get ready for our party. So we have some amazing news. Because we are at this outdoors theater. We're going to see Joyride. Which is a new comedy film. And we're very excited. And we just lucked out so hard. Because we didn't have tickets. The lady just gave us free VIP. We didn't have an assigned seat. And this one nice lady just gave us free VIP. Look at the view. We have the best seat in the house. So this is an outdoor cinema situation in Switzerland. It's literally a view on the lake. This is actually insanity. Jaw. Is dropped. So we're going to enjoy this amazing comedy. And we'll catch you later. We're so full from our food. So we're just going to enjoy them again. The biggest screen ever. And the acoustics is amazing. These storms are so intense here. It's already bright out one second. And then it's downpour. So cool. Look at that. A second ago it was dry. Now there's this huge storm. But it's so cozy. Wow. Last day vibes. Super sad. And yesterday we had a nice evening though. I guess we didn't vlog at all. No. We just chilled. Ate good food. Played Bonanza. Sang with Kale on the guitar. It was actually a really cute night. It was so cute. It was a really cute night. But it'll just stay in our memory. Yep. And now we are having one last walk together. Before the flight. And I have to go back to work. So we're spending some few hours together. Before I go to the airport. Sonja took a little break for lunch from work. Which was really nice of her. And yeah. It's an off day we feel because. But we came back to change for pasta for lunch. Because it's just such a good choice. How could you not? So today I'm trying a pesto. Which is red now because I put chili paste in it. And how fun it was. And it was just perfect timing. And we did so much. Yeah we were busy. I feel like we got to see. I mean Kai was saying she got to see Zurich in a really authentic way. So that was the goal. In a very different perspective. We feel satisfied and happy. And we're busy planning our next trip. Yeah. Oh my gosh. So we'll see each other soon. Can't wait.
