The Democratic Progressive Party
is a democratic party
that the people of Taiwan
have worked so hard to create.

I often say that
the Democratic Progressive Party
is imperfect and makes mistakes.
Over the past seven years,
we have held two presidential elections,
two local elections,
and four general elections.
Over the past seven years,
we have had ups and downs.
This means that the people of Taiwan
are constantly monitoring the Democratic Progressive Party.
Am I right?
We must thank the people of Taiwan
for giving us the opportunity
and giving us the power.
