First Impressions- Best Newcomers in MLS 2023

Robinson leans, Busquets over to Jordi Alba what a touch, Messi to his right, keeps it on his left of course, oh what a ball to Kramasky and to Messi and his first official Major League Soccer goal seals three points for Inter-Miami. This is one of the most ridiculous balls I've ever seen, look at that ball into Kramasky and all the Red Bull defenders caught ball watching, worried about the ball in behind, just an absolute show. Dare to be had for Inter-Miami in the attack, how about that ball from Busquets to Messi, oh Jordi Alba's in, Jordi Alba for two, Barcelona bubbles the lead through Jordi Alba. This is absolutely brilliant from Busquets, he knows that Fontes is arguing with the referee, he knows that the left back isn't there, he knows that the left-sided centre-back isn't there either, but what he does know is that his team-mate Marias is there and it's absolutely brilliant from Busquets. What they're seeing from Atlanta United, Jakimakis first start, oh there's a mistake Jakimakis, he can make it three, he does, it's a gift. Flag stays down, Sabalo Janice does well to control, top of the 18, lays it off, Jakimakis into space, shot, goal, 2-1 Atlanta, Shande Silva with the big finish to the opening half. Mississippi River, one set on St. Louis City. Kluven, Stroud, Klaus, Klaus has a drive, oh my, maybe the pick of the bunch from Klaus, a stunning goal, and he flicks it out and the ball back for Klaus, 3-0, it's raining goals at City Park. Evander, wide open with times, right in, oh Evander, living on the end of a lightning bolt, we are tied in the 70th minute, sensational. Brilliant. Creating a gap, first one from the run of play tonight for Charlotte FC, Brecht Diacre with his first in a Charlotte uniform. And that's a fantastic strike, Karel Sriderski showing all his international pedigree there. Sliding in low, Bronico once again, Sriderski with a sharp, falls kindly, what's one, blistering strike on the crown lead in Chicago. Starting 11th position, we're coming off of the bench as Mathias Klik enjoying some space here, Durkin to his right, decides to unload, and the Washington DC retains Klik. Koko Karaskia, whose goal come action, now Pukki is on his way, Timo Pukki, oh, well there's your world-class finishing ability out of nothing, welcome to MLS, the flying fin is off and running. Again driving forward, into Pukki, and finally, finally, Timo Pukki can have his Allianz Field party.
