The school year has started, and lunch box making starts again from today.
The schools are close by, so I bring my children's lunches to school so that they can enjoy the hot food.
The eldest child doesn't need a lunch box because school starts late, but I made both of theirs this week.
Making Banh Mi Sandwiches that Kids Love
Slice the carrots and radishes
Mix 1t of salt, 3T of white sugar, 3T of vinegar, and 1T of water evenly.
Marinate the shredded radishes and carrots in this vinegar water/solution for about 30 minutes.
If you pickle everything the day before, you can save time and easily make it in the morning.

When you don't have much time on a busy morning...
When frying eggs on a stainless steel pan, you can drizzle oil on first without preheating.
I use a mixture of half and half perilla oil + olive oil.
The edge of the pan was not greased with oil.
I'll put on the cracked eggs right away without preheating.
Then turn the fire on to low heat and watch.
The oiled parts did not stick and the non-oiled parts did stick.
When you don't have time, you can use a stainless steel pan without the contents on it sticking.
If you add perilla oil when frying eggs, it tastes much better than regular oil.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and stir fry.
Cut the baguette in half ~
The lettuce is picked from the garden, but it's more delicious thancrunchy lettuce. ^^
Since the bread is a baguette, it is delicious when you put a lot of ingredients in it.
I should also add pickled carrots, but I forgot to and I only put in radishes.
The ingredients are also used in a variety of ways, such as pork, beef, ham, and cheese.
If you don't like cilantro, lettuce and onions are also delicious.
When I was in school, I thought it was normal for my mom to pack a lunch box, but
since I became a mother and pack my child's lunch box, I don't think it's as normal.
I've noticed that if I wrap it carefully like this, my daughter's schoolmates gets jealous when they see her lunch box ^^
I feel proud to hear such words ^^
Tuesday morning ~~
These tteokbokki rice cakes are always in the freezer because the kids love them.
Using this rice cake to make rice cake skewers
Slice the sausage
Take the rice cakes out of the freezer and soak them in water for a while, then blanch them in boiling water.
If you divide up the tteokbokki rice cakes, put them in a ziplock bag, then put them back in an airtight container, and then put them back into the freezer,
you can prevent cracking of the rice cakes.
Make skewers using your favorite vegetables and meat.
I thought everything was a bit long so I cut everything in half.
Sauce: 2T of ketchup, 2T of oligosaccharide (rice syrup), 1T of red pepper paste, 1/2T of soy sauce, 1/2T of sugar, and a little bit of pepper.
The rice cake skewers harden slightly over time, so it is best eaten while it is still warm.
1T of soy sauce
I also prepare corn rice to eat together.
I also added some superfood quinoa.
White rice... Cuckoo is starting to cook delicious food
My kids love corn, so it's always in the freezer.
I really like it when I cook rice with corn.
Add a little bit of natural butter, add corn, and mix with warm rice.
I have to get up earlier than usual to pack lunch.
Imagine a child eating a delicious lunch box with her friends~~
A little prettier!! A little bit nicer!! I wanted to show the lunch to her friends ^^
Our daughter is the best! Eat slowly ~~
Wednesday morning
Making colorful rice balls
Stir-fried tuna and kimchi rice balls made when there is nothing to eat
To make it colorful, scramble the egg yolk and prepare it.
She said she was late, so I have to make it sooner.
I'll also cut the sauerkraut, which I always make, into small pieces.
Chop the seaweed(gim) very finely.
Prepare the chilli tuna and scoop only the tuna
After washing the kimchi in water once, squeeze out the water and cut it into small pieces.
Put the green onion in a frying pan with oil and after giving it the fresh green onion smell,
add red pepper tuna and kimchi and stir-fry
It is delicious if you add a little sugar and stir-fry a little bit more ^^
I also roasted carrots today... The uncooked crab sticks better when making rice balls.
Add a bit of sesame oil + salt to freshly cooked rice and mix evenly.
Put the fried kimchi in the rice and roll it like a ball to make it pretty
It tastes better with glutinous rice.
Make this colorful rice ball and try it, it's delicious ^^
These rice balls are delicious and the kids love them
I'm full even if I only eat 2-3 rice balls ^^
How to make my family's favorite salmon steak easily and deliciously
First, apply lemon juice to the salmon, then apply miso and avocado mayonnaise.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
Baking time varies depending on the thickness of the salmon, but if you cook it for too long, the salmon taste will taste tough and dry.
I'm going to make a green onion egg roll while grilling salmon steak~~~
Add 1t of sugar, a little bit of shiitake mushroom powder, and a little salt and mix the eggs well.
I forgot to add 1T of water too.
Drizzle oil on and after making the fresh green onion smell, pour in the egg mixture.

Adding shiitake mushroom powder is a great ingredient to add to rolled eggs.
Add the leftover seafood and vegetables from the refrigerator.
Add salt, pepper, and 1t of oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly.
Take broccoli out of the freezer last and stir fry for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
These are dishes you can cook faster than you think.
While the salmon is grilling, make an roll egg and stir-fry vegetables to finish the lunch box
Salmon steak is very tender and delicious if you eat it while it is warm.
Including my children's school lunches, my husband's lunchbox has been packed since I got married.
It's fun to make a lot of side dishes and decorate them beautifully ^^
I don't know anything else, but I think I've become a master at packing lunches now ^^
If I bring it to them now, I think they'll eat it warmly ^^
Friday ~ ~
Fried chicken tenders
Soaking the chicken in milk for 30 minutes makes the meat softer and eliminates foul odor.
Take out the chicken marinated in milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add 5-6 T of flour.
Add 1T of paprika powder and mix well
Mix 2 eggs, sprinkle with pepper, and mix all evenly.
Add 1/4 can of cold beer straight from the refrigerator.
The colder the beer, the crisper the fries.
Add 1/2T of baking powder and stir well.
Prepare the bread crumbs.
Coat the chicken tenders with flour, then coat them in egg water, and finally fry them covered in breadcrumbs.
You have to fry it twice for it to be crispy and delicious ^^
Making imitated crab meat pancakes, which is often eaten when there is not many side dishes
It is one of the quickest recipes to make.
Imitated crab meat pancakes can be completed with only imitated crab meat, green onion, onion, and eggs ~
It's delicious even if it's without onion and just imitated crab meat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cook it on a pan greased with oil and you're done ~~
It's the most fun and I feel very proud when setting up a lunch box like this.
On the right is sauerkraut.
I bought some vegetables at the market near my house.
Making Chicken Tortilla Rolls
Mix avocado mayonnaise and sriracha sauce for the sauce.
Chop your favorite vegetables such as onion, carrot, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, etc.
I made fried chicken tenders the day before and made them crispy by putting the leftovers in the air fryer.
Fry chicken tenders, add your favorite vegetables, and roll them up to finish.
The children like to eat fruits, so I always put them in when I make lunch boxes.
Store leftover fries in an airtight container and refrigerate.
When you want to eat, you can put this in the air fryer to make a quick lunch.
My mother's lunch box when I was in school, filled with warm rice, was
so good... ..
Reminds me of those days that I can't go back to.
Thank you for watching until the end. See you in the next video ^^
