Hey family, Welcome... I am excited to share my complete ICL surgery experience with you. By the grace of GOD I am NOW FREE from contact lenses and glasses for the rest of my life. I will be sharing my full ICL Surgery experience. From my last video we got the right eye done however we had to go back in and exchange the lens to a smaller size. I also show in detail of how the whole process is done prior to the last stage of the surgery So, let’s start the video.

I had worn glasses my whole life so they were a part of me. I also used to wear contact lenses daily.
But when I learned that my eyes could be fixed, I became interested in eye surgery. So I decided now was the right time, and if I was going to have a procedure that would change my life, the sooner the better. Then I realized that eye surgery is not just "LASIK," as my doctor had told me, but also "ICL," which I will show and explain today.
An implantable collamer lens, or ICL, is a permanent artificial lens that is put in the eye through surgery. A surgeon puts the lens between the natural lens and the colored part of the eye called the iris. The lens works with the eye's own lens to bend (refract) light on the retina. This makes it easier to see.
ICL surgery isn't needed to fix vision problems, but it can get rid of or cut down on the need for glasses or contacts.
▶️ My ICL surgery experience:
On the surgery day, I had to use an eye drop given by the doctor to keep my eyes clean. If you’re wearing contact lenses, you have to also stop wearing them, could not have makeup or ornaments. Till today, I wasn’t scared at all and was looking forward to it because I trusted the doctor and I was going to be able to get free from glasses and contact Lenses.
• A mild local anesthetic was put on my skin. This makes my eye feel numb, so I can't feel anything.
• They gave me a light sleep aid to help me calm down.
• The eye and the area around it were cleaned by the doctor. A tool was used to keep my eyelids open.
• A small cut was made in my eye by the surgeon. Then I put something on my cornea to protect it.
• Through the cut, they put in the ICL.
• They put drops or cream in the eye and then put an eye patch over it.
• The whole thing took between 10 - 15 minutes. After that, they took me to a room where I could rest and watch over me for about 20 minutes
• Your doctor might give you eye drops or pills to take by mouth to help with the pain. You can go home that day.
• There will be a follow-up visit. Your doctor will look at your eye and see how you're doing.
▶️ In addition to improved vision, there are numerous benefits of an ICL:
• It can rectify severe myopia that cannot be cured by other surgical procedures.
• The lens is less prone to induce dry eyes, which is great for those with consistently dry eyes.
• It is intended to be permanent but is removable.
• The lens offers excellent night vision.
• Usually, recovery is rapid because no tissue is removed.
• Individuals who are ineligible for laser eye surgery may be suitable candidates for ICL.
With ICL surgery, you can stop wearing glasses or contacts for good. Most surgeries take about 30 minutes, and getting better afterward doesn't take long. The method is also thought to be safe.
Your doctor can help you decide if you are a good candidate for ICL surgery. They will look at things like your age, the health of your eyes, and your medical history.

so we are now going in to do the left
eye
I did I put the drops in exactly what
they wanted me to do it's the same thing
all what I went through with the other
eye I'm just going to do the same with
this eye so put the drop in every 15
minutes I got that done with something
comfortable I got that done no makeup
check no
crazy hair no hairspray nothing so I
just decided to braid my hair down and I
braided down yesterday keep praying for
me I pray that everything goes well I
pray I'm excited that when I come back I
will be able to see mom is also here
watching the kids

I would have for this my whole life
morning family so we left it off where I
was in the hospital with the left eye
got done okay the eye is the sauces I
went back in for checkup yesterday we
went through the whole procedure like
what you guys saw in the first video if
you want to know more about the ICL
surgery

there about it so this I got done it was
a sausage so when I went back in
yesterday though my doctor we also
checked this eye and we noticed that
this eye is doing good I can see through
it I can see it very clear but the lens
is a little bit too big for my eye so
this morning we just finally decided on
it yesterday so this morning I'm going
in and we're gonna go through the whole
process again they're just going to take
this lens out and then just slide in the
right size of the lens he said it's
gonna be very fast and actually the
surgery is very fast and this is not my
doctor fault because
there are so many other videos also I
watch and so many doctors were saying
that's the only problem getting the
right size of the lens they make only
three stars I think lash medium and
small now I'm a tiny woman I'm small I'm
5'3 119
pounds so I'm little
so my eyes is also very little so my
eyes fall on Third Day small
lens so that's what we are going to do
this morning I'm the only part I'm
afraid of is the injection because I
don't like injection and
wanted to run the IV and that's my only
part so
I cannot say it was a success it was in
the sauces I can see through it
perfectly but my doctor just want to be
very careful that down the road I don't
start to have any problems with my eyes
this is something that gonna last me for
the rest of my life and that's something
I respect him about for him to see that
this is something that would cause a
problem down the road so it's better for
us to just do it now so I don't have any
problems and that's something I'm very
excited about and I know my eye is a
process I have traveled to the UK I have
traveled to Europe to the U.S Minnesota
which is supposed to have the best eye
center and I couldn't get my eyes fixed
so I know this was going to be your
process I knew what I was getting myself
into and I decided to go in for it
because this is a change complete total
change of my life so we are now heading
back to the hospital let them switch
this lens over and I will see you guys
when I get back I always say that but I
can because by the time they are done
and I'm back home I'm totally beat up by
the time I get home all that medicine
that it gave me normally just knock me
out my little Aurora is here she having

oh this is the next day okay yesterday
surgery went well I came home the same
thing I just fell asleep because I was
so so tired woke up this morning took
the kids to school and then after I had
to go back for them to check it to make
sure that everything
went well and yes everything is looking
so great so I have to go back after
three weeks to a month let then just do
a second checkup see if we have to go in
with a little bit of lipstick to get it
perfect but personally I can see
everything
so we are also not sure if we want to go
in again into extra we'll probably just
leave it like this and
that will be the end of it if not we'll
just go in the Lasik treatment over it
is just going to be something very
simple to just get it to Perfection so
do we really want Perfection or we just
want it to stay like this that will all
depends when I go back
next three weeks to a month so I read
all of you guys messages and thank you
