(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights AC MILAN - NAPOLI

Nicely worked again by Napoli with Kvaraskelia going around Gabbia, it's across and it's put off target there by Giovanni Simeone. The first big chance of the game. Leao though this time has picked out Toenandes and in a flash Milan take the lead. Toenandes springs onto a piece of magic from Rafael Leao and all of a sudden it's all smiles from Stefano Pjali and the Milan come again. Leao tries to curl one and Guglielmi has to stretch to palm it away. Here is Florenzi opportunity to strike deflection. Giroud almost on the end of it. Guglielmi somehow managed to grab hold of it. Benazir has given it straight to Simeone. Simeone still going. Very nearly a wonder goal from the Argentine and it all came from a Benazir mistake. Politano lovely play. Politano once again the ball goes just wide of Mike Munoz's frame and it might be a chance here with Rafael Leao clean through and he's put it wide. Rafael Leao what a chance to end his goal drought. 15 games without a goal. Raspatori, Anguissa, Raspatori, Lindstrom. Is this the moment? It's off the post. Kvareskelia, Di Lorenzo and Mignon tips it over the crossbar. Milan come through a difficult test against the defending champions to win against Napoli and Serie A the San Siro for the first time in a decade. Milan won, Napoli nil.
