The Border Crisis is Intentional: Former US Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott | CLIP | Crossroads

[Music] Rodney Scott thanks for being here thank you for having me on I really appreciate it well you know the Border issue of course you with the front lines of this with border patrol you know formerly people are pulling up older videos of Joe Biden right now from 2015 they're trying to figure out what the heck is going on why is the Border crisis happening and they're finding evidence that it looks like it's being intentionally done this 2015 video from Biden he talks about creating an unrelenting string of immigration this the exact phrase he uses and he says that this unrelenting stream of immigration will turn he Biden's words turn white people into minority in the US and says this is a good thing I mean what what is he talking about here he's making it sound like this is part of an agenda do you do you think there is an agenda maybe a race or demographic agenda or something else well thank you for bringing that up and I really appreciate the uh the facts and evidence because there is an agenda now I'm not going to speculate on the second part of that about why uh but I think you know I worked in the B Administration uh until August of 2021 about mid August um had conversations with with these individuals um and I actually watched the campaign speeches leading up uh to their election it's a clear agenda they stated it they acted on it the only thing that secretary m has ever said that's actually factual is that they have a plan they're acting on a plan and their plan will be successful in their eyes so what you see today I can just tell you without any hesitation whatsoever based on my experience and observations this is Success uh if anything it drew a little more attention they may have overplayed their hand but this was intentional there's there's no two ways about it well and this is where I struggle with the whole border security and Border crisis and everything whichever side you're on with it obviously they're doing it intentionally I mean you can look at the conflict they had over Texas just recently where Texas sent you know tried to secure the Border they sent the guards down there and they began enforcing their own border laws and Biden orders border patrol to go there and you know tear down the barriers open things up obviously they have a reason for it do you do you have any idea what that reason is has it ever been communicated do you ever hear it like why are they doing it yeah I honestly believe that it's a wide spectrum um some of it is literally just naive people that believe in this utopian mindset This Global Order people should be able to go wherever they want and facts and reason are irrelevant to them I've had conversations with a few of these people in the B Administration um it's just it's all about emotions and and everybody should have what we have I also believe from other conversations there is a more nefarious side to it as well uh Americans need to remember that this is the administration the party if you will that fought hard to make sure that illegal aliens were counted in the census the last Administration tried to adjust the census and make sure only US citizens were counted at least counted for the purposes of congressional representation and I think that's the key here this Administration immediately reversed that uh they were they were the left was fighting it anyway so now congressional seats are are allocated based on Warm Bodies regardless of legal status and if you don't think that has an effect I think you're a little bit naive well and you raised an important point because at least that's one of the first things a lot of people are assuming is going on right now because we can see it on the surface I mean you mentioned with of course the sensus where they count the population of states and so on federal representation through the House of Representatives is determined by how many people you have and so if you put more people in a certain area you're going to get more uh you know you're going to get more uh seats in the House of Representatives and if they flood targeted key states with that that means more representation for them if California gets a whole bunch it means California gets more seats New York gets a bunch they get more seats and in areas that H have already a political kind of leaning you know state byst state you can guess which party that's going to benefit but the other side too is they're even trying to give voter rights to a lot of these individuals and it seems that if they give voter rights to individuals who are living off government handouts and one party says Hey free handouts and the other party says Hey and we're going to deport all of you as Trump is saying right now you know who are they going to vote for to to what extent did I mean did you hear anything about giving them voting rights and maybe this is about you know the elections so I spent a ton of my career and adult life if you will in both DC and in California so yes I have heard that conversation over and over again and again it's tied into some of the other issues whether it be utopian mindset or whatever but I want people to stop and think about that forget a PO politics for a minute just think about any organization think about your local church think about a school board or or anything that that you're involved in in a community that has a governing body if you'll just let anybody walk in off the street and then vote on the direction of that organization going forward without any cultural history without any membership requirements without any Buy in that organization is doomed people are not going to understand where you were trying to go what you're trying to do so even worse then than just generally allowing them to vote you're allow you're potentially allowing a large population of of people that do not understand American culture they don't understand our history they don't understand our constitution what we stand for you're letting them walk into a Ballot Box and vote for the next generation of leaders in this organization that's a death sentence to any any organization let alone a country like the United States is based on freedom of choice yeah well and that goes into another thing which is you might have seen DHS secretary mayorcas the House of Representatives voted to impeach him and one of the things he's being accused of is deliberately violating the law by you know allowing illegal Mass immigration and I mean in what way I mean is that a violation of the law is there evidence that he's deliberately violating this you know the laws by allowing you know Mass illegal immigration to the US what's what's your take on that so I believe that there is I testified before the Judiciary a couple times I've done some uh transcribed interviews on this as well because of my time in the Biden Administration but I want people to remember that when you take an office in the United States especially like the secretary's office you raise your right hand you swear an oath that not only will you defend the Constitution you will carry out the duties of that office to the best of your ability in federal law 8 USC 1103 under the the immigration Naturalization Act the Secretary of Homeland Security is required to try to prevent the illegal entry of aliens into the United States there's nowhere in the immigration alization service or in the Immigration Act that it it demands you process people as fast as possible and release them into the US this is the first Administration ever secretary mayorcas is the first secretary in the history of DHS or even the Legacy agencies that were in do and treasury that has completely walked away from that responsibility they're not trying to prevent illegal entry at all and as you mentioned they're actually fighting a state that is trying to do the job for them Texas and prevent illegal entry their entire focus and again this was conversations and arguments to be quite honest I had what I was still Chief their entire Focus was on making uh making it easier for people to get into the United States and streamlining the processing so that they could be released into the United States quicker we're spending billions of dollars right now on these softsided temporary facilities uh to speed up that processing and then billions more are going to the non-governmental organizations to actually provide them bus tickets uh plane tickets get them to the destination of choice I believe that by itself there's many many other Provisions that by itself is a violation of law there's also requirements under the secure fence act there's also requirements within immigration and natural I'm sorry with yeah within the iMac that requires certain aliens to be rained or kept outside the country until they're adjudicated he's violating that as well worse we had Provisions in place when this Administration took over that left them with the most secure border they'd ever had all they had to do is leave those things in place and not do anything but they tore them down I believe that is another indication that this is extremely deliberate and I believe some of those steps to include stopping the wall construction when Congress had formally appropriated in law funding and actions be taken and this Administration chose not to those are all direct violations of the law and the man deserves to be impeached he's putting our country at risk
