Federal agents just walked out
of a sitting congresswoman's house carrying her passport
in an evidence bag, guys. Not a burglar, not a cable guy.
Homeland security with a warrant.
Now, the congresswoman is Ilhan Omar of Minnesota,
and the real question that everyone assumed got
answered at the swearing is, is she actually a U.S. citizen?
Well, it turns out nobody's
required to check. Not CNN, not Congress.
The case got cracked by one Minnesota woman named
A.J. Curran, armed with a laptop, a postage stamp,
and the patience of a DMV saint. She asked USCIS
for the naturalization record of Ilhan Omar's late father,
Nur Omar Muhammad, also known as
Muhammad. Now the record,
the record Omar's whole citizenship story is hanging on. Now, USCIS
searched every spelling of his name, Muhammad,
Muhammad, and then sent back the most expensive
word in government. Unfortunately, no record.
DHS checked too. Nothing. Two federal agencies.
One empty drawer. Meanwhile,
Ilhan Omar's birth year mysteriously slid from 1981 to 1982 on an
official Minnesota website. Right there.
Right after she won. In fact, most people shave off
a year on dating apps. This was a state database.
It's kind of bold, truly bold, guys. Oh, and now
it's absolutely spiraling. Grand jury subpoenas.
Some are landing on her own family's doorsteps.
Jeanine Pirro poking at disclosures showing up
to $30 million in assets. Somebody's clipping
some serious coupons out here.
And of course, the Wall Street Journal says that the Trump
administration is building a case to strip
her citizenship entirely. What do you think, folks?
Well, Ilhan Omar calls it political revenge.
Sure, maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But here's
the kicker. You need a background check to drive
for Uber to sit in Congress. Minnesota checks
absolutely nothing. The FEC checks nothing.
Congress clearly checks nothing. You sign a
form and boom, you're over there writing laws.
Let that land for a second, guys. Just think about
that, right? Isn't that pretty fucked up?
Now, CNN, they've had years to look at this. They
were too busy. Today, we're going to go ahead
and follow the paper trail that they conveniently
tripped over, and right down to the one signature
that could literally end this thing tomorrow.
Now, if you or someone you love needs Medicare guidance,
which almost anyone who's needing
Medicare assistance needs Medicare guidance,
Chapter offers completely free help. Real people,
real plain English. There's no sales pressure.
These folks have the heart of a teacher. Give my
friends at Chapter a call.
Phone number is down below in the description down below, 909-563-8279.
You've been putting it off. You know you have.
So when you give Chapter a call, let them know that
your friend Ron told you to give them a call
and tell them that I said what's up. And I'm also
being told that the weekend is the best time to give them a call.
They're saving the average
senior about $1,100 per year, which is pretty good.
Now, if you're new here, guys, go ahead
and hit subscribe. We check our facts,
which apparently makes us overqualified for Congress.
And if this delivers, just go ahead and smash
the like button on the way out. Totally appreciate it.
So picture this, right?
You got Monday morning, October 12th, early Washington, D.C.
Federal agents are walking up to Ilhan Omar's front door.
This is not some delivery guy.
Delivery guys don't show up that early, typically.
Not a lost tourist.
Homeland Security with a search warrant signed by a federal judge.
How significant is it when federal investigators take
that step against a sitting member of Congress?
Yeah, and that's a really big deal.
That's got to get approvals pretty high up the food chain.
You know, we've heard allegations against Omar for years,
that she was married to her brother,
that she's been involved in this Minnesota fraud mess.
But this search warrant was signed off by a federal judge.
We haven't seen the affidavit or the warrant,
but there had to be probable cause for that judge to sign off on that.
What I do hope and I pray is that the Department of Justice will
be as transparent as possible because transparency breeds legitimacy.
And we certainly don't want to have people claiming
that this was weaponization of the DOJ.
be transparent get the facts out it's
a historical case it will not hurt the investigations to share
as much information as possible we need to see that we
also know there was an investigation that
was opened in 2020 from Biden's DOJ
so what does this kind of investigation tell you about where
federal federal authorities could
be headed next yeah you know we haven't seen the affidavit or the
or the search warrant but you know what i've got
to believe they're going to be grabbing they grab
paperwork they grab electronics computers phones
and as they always say follow the money so i
I think you're going to have analysts going through all
these different documents and different types of mediums
that were seized and searching it to track the financials.
I think that's where we're headed. But again, try to get
this information out to the American public as soon as possible.
It'll make this legitimate. And I think it will give
a lot more credibility to the department as they move forward.
Three weeks before Election Day, inside,
just Ilhan Omar and her husband, probably not expecting company.
I don't think I'd be expecting a whole team
of black vans rolling up at 8 o'clock in the morning
in front of the house. Definitely not this kind of company at least.
So then the bags start coming
out. Her cell phone, her laptops, her notebooks, and then the passport.
Yes, her passport. Now let
that land for a second guys.
The little blue book with the United States of America stamped in gold
on the cover, sealed in plastic
and carried down the front steps by a federal agent. Now most
members of Congress lose their passport at the airport.
She lost hers to Homeland Security.
So, the Justice Department confirmed it.
An ongoing federal criminal investigation. No charges,
not yet. But agents don't seize your passport
because they want to see your vacation stamps.
They seize it because the passport is the question.
Now, federal agents needed a judge,
a warrant, and a whole team just to get their hands on one passport.
Getting the real story
it takes a lot less. One free click.
That's right, guys. The Ron Yates Report is my free
newsletter. I dig into the stories
that the networks would rather skip, and I bring the
receipts, the dates, the documents, the names.
That way, you can read it on your lunch break,
and you'll know more than half the panel
on cable news before dessert. No warrant,
no grand jury, no evidence bags.
Links in the description down below. Of course,
the Ron Yates Report is totally free,
and I promise we will never change your birth year.
So what are they hunting for, right?
We're going to have to rewind back to 2023 for a second.
A.J. Kern, a Minnesota woman
who will matter a whole lot by the end of this video,
gets an answer from USCIS.
And our next guest tried to expose all of this when she was running
for Congress against Ilhan Omar in Minnesota.
She is with us tonight in a Finnerty exclusive.
A.J. Kern, we appreciate you being here.
It's good to see you. Please take us through
what you found out when you looked into all of this yourself.
What did you do and what did you
learn after Ilhan Omar's father passed away?
Well, I was writing a monthly column in the
St. Cloud Times and part of my research involved refugee resettlement.
And what I found is that
it's fairly easy when a refugee comes into the country,
they're issued a social security number.
when they go to obtain a driver's license, they register to vote.
And I think this is what Ilhan
Omar did. She's never had her citizenship verified,
not by the Minnesota Secretary of State
or the FEC or Congress. And she's always claimed
that she obtained citizenship when she was a 17
year old minor, which means she's claiming derivative citizenship
that she's claiming
that when her father naturalized,
that she automatically obtained citizenship. But it
appears that neither of those two things are true,
that her father naturalized when he passed
away in 2020. I requested his naturalization records,
and I did receive a response from the
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
that they did a thorough search of their records
and using all variations of her father's name,
and he's not in the database.
Let me just ask you, do you think there's
a chance that this is all a lie
and that for the last 26 years she's been lying about who she is
and her immigration status into this country?
Yes, I do.
So A.J. Kern asked one simple question.
Where's the naturalization record
for Ilhan Omar's father, Nur Omar Muhammad?
U.S. CIS searched every spelling, every variation,
and then the most expensive word in government, unfortunately.
No matching record. No matching
record. You don't say. The date of that letter?
June 20th. World Refugee Day. You can't even make
this stuff up, guys. And then DHS sent
a certificate of non-existence. A real document
with a real seal officially certifying that something isn't there.
Your tax dollars. Hard
at work. Now, fair is fair. No record found.
It's not a guilty verdict. But naturalization
leaves footprints. A certificate number,
an oath ceremony, a room full of people waving little
flags, family photos. And Ilhan Omar can authorize
the release of her own records at any time. One
signature. So why not just show the paper?
CNN never asked. They were busy. Okay guys,
quick civics lesson, shall we?
When a parent becomes a citizen, their kids under 18 automatically
become citizens automatically.
This is called derivative citizenship. Think of a door with
two locks, right? Key number one, dad has to naturalize.
Key number two, the kid has to be
under 18 years old. If you miss either of those keys,
the door stays shut. Now, watch the math,
okay? Omar's family landed in America on March 8th, 1995.
There's a five-year wait. So dad could
apply on March 8th, 2000.
Omar's listed birth year, 1981, which makes her 18 years old. Oops.
hmm so then AJ Kern posts
that math online days later Ilhan Omar's office asks the Minnesota
legislative library to change a birth year
to 1982 huh poof one candle quietly pulled off of
the birthday cake now most people shave a year off
a dating app this is a government website guys
and somebody back in 2000 stamped
that paperwork did anybody grab a calculator not then not for
26 years. So now the missing candle is reportedly sitting
at the center of a federal investigation
today. Now think of the one person you know who got fingerprinted,
drug tested, and background
checked just to stock shelves.
Send this video right now to that person right now. They're going
to have some questions. Now let's go ahead
and talk about the woman who did the math. AJ Kern,
Minnesota, not an FBI agent, no badge, no budget,
no staff of 40, just a laptop, a kitchen table,
and a stubborn streak that you could pave a highway on.
In 2020, she took Omar's eligibility
straight to a judge. The judge's answer?
Not my department. Checking members belongs to Congress.
Wonderful. One problem. Congress doesn't check anybody.
So when Omar's father passed away in
2020, Kern did what an entire branch
of government never bothered to do. She filed for his records.
And then she waited and waited a whole year
for one government envelope inside no matching record.
Now, think about it.
535 members of Congress, thousands of staffers, a budget measured in
billions, and the case got cracked by a private citizen
with a postage stamp. Now, somewhere,
a congressional ethics committee
is still sitting on its lunch break right now.
Kern just kept on asking. Washington kept shrugging.
Hold on to her name, guys. She's
coming back, I promise. Now, one quick question.
When's the last time you got a job without
somebody checking you out first? Drive for Uber?
Background check. You want to coach Little League?
background check run a register at a big box store background check
and maybe even have to
pee in a cup now if you want to run for congress
the minnesota secretary of state doesn't verify
your citizenship no law says it even has
to the fec nope congress itself takes your word for it
pinky swear you promise cross your heart hope
to die you sign a form you smile congratulations you
get to write some laws oh and it gets even better than
that a soldier needs a security clearance
and the government digs through her whole life.
But a member of Congress? No clearance required.
Win an election, get the secrets.
Ilhan Omar sat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee until
Republicans removed her in 2023, guys.
And then this January, Nancy Mace tried to subpoena Ilhan
Omar's immigration records in the Oversight Committee.
Democrats and Republicans teamed
up to kill it. Nancy Mace was the only no vote.
Bipartisanship? Finally. And look what they used
for. Now, let's go ahead and talk about dad.
In her memoir, Ilhan Omar described her father,
Noor Omar Muhammad, as an educator.
Now, picture chalk dust, lesson plans, a cardigan. Then he
passed away in 2020, and his obituaries told
a slightly different story. Colonel, Somali National
Army, under dictator Siad Bar,
commanded a regiment in the war against Ethiopia.
This is not a teacher,
this is a teacher who forgot to mention the tanks."
The other allegation is related to Omar's father,
whom some have claimed misrepresented
himself as a refugee to U.S. officials when he applied for citizenship.
The Minnesota congresswoman has long described
her father as an educator who fled his country's
devastating civil war alongside millions of others.
But an expert scholar exclusively told
the Post that Nur Omar Mohammed was actually a
prominent military commander in the Somalia dictatorship
that killed as many as 200,000
people.
Nour, born in the Somali coastal town of Baidoa
in the semi-autonomous region of Puntland,
joined Somalia's military in the late 60s,
with conflicting reports suggesting he trained
in the Soviet Union or Egypt.
He allegedly played a key role in Siad Barre's army after
the bloodthirsty dictator seized
power in a Soviet-backed coup in 1969.
Now, Intel says that he was both a soldier and a teacher trainer,
but educator is quite
the edit.
calling a NASCAR driver a guy with a long commute.
The source intel goes a lot farther. In fact,
it accuses him of serving a regime that killed hundreds of thousands
and then posing as a refugee
to get in. Fact checkers say that there's
no evidence that he personally committed war crimes.
But here's what nobody disputes.
When Barr's government collapsed in 1991, the family ran
a dusty refugee camp in Kenya, then America in 1995.
Ilhan Omar's mother died when she was two.
So every form, every signature, every date runs through one man, dad.
So why would anyone forge family on refugee paperwork?
Simple.
Kids are a golden ticket.
Walk into a refugee office with a whole
bunch of little ones around you,
and all of a sudden your file jumps to the top of the pile.
This is not a theory, guys.
In 2008, the State Department got suspicious about family claims
coming out of refugee camps starting in Kenya.
So they did something wild.
They tested DNA.
About 3,500 people. Cheek swabs, lab envelopes.
They could confirm the family ties in fewer than
one out of five cases. One out of five, guys.
Picture a family photo where four out of five
people are just random strangers who wandered in for free cake.
The program got shut down for years.
It only came back with mandatory DNA tests.
Now, of course, the intel points to another family
claim, the long-running allegation
that Ilhan Omar married her own brother. Ilhan Omar calls
it a disgusting lie. It's never been proven,
but here's who should be angriest about all of it.
The refugees who waited, filed honestly, and they did everything right.
Fraud insults them first.
They waited in line. So how did Ilhan Omar react to the raid?
Political revenge, Trump weaponizing
law enforcement, Hakeem Jeffries
and top Democrats rushed out a statement calling it baseless. Oh,
and President Donald Trump, yeah,
says that he had nothing to do with it. And then he also added
that he's always found her totally crooked personally.
Very hands-off, very Switzerland.
But then the envelopes started landing.
Grand jury subpoenas, more than a dozen. One went to
her own sister, Sahar Noor.
Omar's one known sister, Sahar Noor, has been pictured with the
congresswoman and recently published
a memoir about immigrating from Somalia. Noor also runs
a Minneapolis-based consulting firm that touts
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
and other groups as clients.
The New York Times reported that Noor was subpoenaed as part of the
federal probe into Omar's immigration paperwork.
Now, careful guys, a subpoena doesn't mean that
you're in trouble. It means that the grand jury wants
to hear what you know. But when prosecutors
start knocking on family doors, they're drawing a family tree,
branch by branch. And while they're
at it, there's the money. That's right, there's the money.
In Washington, Janine Pirro's office
is digging through Ilhan Omar's financial disclosures,
and it shows that she and her
husband hold between $6 and $30 million in assets,
a giant jump from the year before.
Now, on a congressional salary, that's not a raise.
That is a rocket launch. So follow the
money because it never lies, right? In addition to questions about what
exactly federal agents were looking for and what they found,
in Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's
Washington, D.C. home, new ones are now emerging about why she
was targeted in the first place.
Now, I do know that there are some serious
allegations against Ilhan Omar. We're going
to look into those. And again, if there's a real case there,
we're going to follow the facts.
President Trump claiming no knowledge of the investigation,
but once again criticizing Omar Monday night.
She comes into our country and she says, I have a constitutional right.
She's got a constitutional right.
She's telling us about the constitution.
And she comes from one of the worst countries anywhere on the planet.
So is it game over?
The Wall Street Journal reports that the goal is crystal clear.
Build a case to strip Omar's citizenship
and then deport her almost anywhere out of here,
more than likely to Somalia. But this is called
denaturalization and it's rare. Bigfoot sightings are rare.
Now, here's Ilhan Omar's best defense.
Back in 2019, during President Trump's first term,
Homeland Security looked into this and
they found insufficient evidence case closed.
Except if the case was closed, why is a grand
jury handing out subpoenas like Halloween candy now?
And if this goes the distance,
the questions could get quite wild.
Her votes, every bill, every one-vote speaker,
does any of it still count?
Legal experts say that the votes almost certainly stand.
Try explaining that to the taxpayers who paid for them.
Her paycheck? Nearly eight years of
congressional salary. Does anybody ask for a refund?
How exactly did she get a passport in
the first place? One thing isn't in question.
Her kids were born right here. They're citizens,
period. Everything else? Tick-tock.
Election day is two weeks out, guys,
and Ilhan Omar's name is still on the ballot in Minnesota.
Now, think about how we got here.
Minnesota didn't check. The FEC didn't check.
Congress didn't check. And when Nancy Mace tried,
both parties shut her down. So who checked?
AJ Kern. Remember her? Kitchen table, laptop,
one postage stamp, one year of waiting.
She did the job an entire government skipped for free.
And the fix isn't rocket science.
Proof of citizenship for every federal candidate.
real vetting in Congress, and maybe, just maybe,
a separate ID number for non-citizens so that way
a social security card can't double as a voter registration ticket.
Because citizenship is not
just a piece of paper, it is a promise.
You check it like one. Maybe Ilhan Omar's paperwork shows
up tomorrow, maybe it doesn't.
Either way, the system that never asks is the real scandal.
People keep saying nothing ever happens,
but this time, something just did. A congresswoman's
passport is sitting in an evidence bag,
her family is getting subpoenas, and the only reason
any of it even came to light is that one woman in Minnesota
who refused to stop asking. Seen and
missed it, the machine tried to ignore it,
and you found it right here, guys. Now, think of the one
person who you know got background checked just to earn a paycheck.
Send them this video. Not to
make them angry, send it so that they know how
regular people asking simple questions still
matters. Now, if today delivered,
go ahead and hit the like button on the way out. It only takes
one second, zero dollars,
and it helps this reach people who still have no idea what's happening.
We'll see you on the next one.
I love you.
