I have gone through Cézanne's archives act 2 and these are the four best pieces I could find.
For those who have never heard of these terms, archives, act 1, act 2, basically Cézanne doesn't
do sales. Instead they have these archives that happen twice a year, usually at the end of winter
and at the end of summer, and it includes pieces from previous collections, which is amazing.
Some archives used to have three acts but this winter 2024 there was only two acts. From act 1
I managed to buy three pieces and I had to return just one skirt that was too short on me. So let's
see what I managed to get from this act 2. Hello everyone, I'm Sandra and welcome or welcome back
to my channel. Okay, first off we have the wheel jacket. This is a core piece, it's available all
year round, usually in different textures, fabrics and patterns according to the seasons. So this is
a very well known piece from Cézanne, very popular. I just love the design, it's a true french
women's style. It's described as an oversized plaid jacket, but truly it's not oversized, it's more on
a straight fit. It has this classic collar, like a shirt collar, buttoned placket at the front, two front
large pockets and also buttons at the cuffs of the sleeves, which is amazing, as you can roll up
your sleeves easily and wear it in a more relaxed way. It's all lined, in this case with a navy
viscose lining. The length from shoulder is around 72 centimeters for a size small, around 28 inches,
but like I say, I went for size XL, since it was one of the sizes available and it's not too oversized
on me and I rather prefer to go for an oversized fit. So in my opinion this is an excellent jacket
to transition from winter into spring and specifically and specially for the next fall.
These checked pattern and collars are classic and timeless and it will be perfect for fall. These
orangey shades, camely shades, they're also more muted than it appears on the screen. This is an
outfit that a lot of french women wear. It's simple, easy to recreate, casual but chic at the same time.
So if you like this jacket you have a direct link in the description box below. So when I was on the
page I found out that the matching trousers were available in my size, European 38 or US 6.
So these are the Giacomo trousers, a design that I know already as I own them in grey checked print
and I just love the design. And they are a long wide leg pants with an inside leg length of 84
centimeters around 33 inches for size 36 and this is size 38. It's a slightly low-waisted design
but it's perfect on me. They are at my belly button which is perfect. They have these marked
pleats, they have side italian pockets and welt pockets at the back. When I ordered these trousers
I knew I wouldn't wear them with the matching wheel as for my style it was too much, too loud.
But these are a pair of tailored trousers that go really well with any piece of knitwear. You can go
for a camel jumper, a navy of course, but also a creamy off-white sweater looks really good. You
can also style these trousers in a more corporate or formal outfit by pairing them with a silk
button-down shirt. Again these colors and the checked pattern are classic that will never be
out of style. Another wheel this time in corduroy and in this vintage blue beautiful color.
It's a different wheel as it's in corduroy made in 100% organic cotton and it's all
lined. The body of the jacket and the collar it's lined with this sheepskin effect for fur
and the sleeves are lined with a viscose fabric for not being too bulky. The rest of the design
it's the same as the other wheel. It has this shirt collar, classic collar, front buttoning,
two large side pockets, also buttons at the cuffs and at the back it has some stitching some
different details like this stitching horizontal like a shirt and also this detail all along the
back. This collar is removable which is amazing as it will be the first part to get dirty in
contact with our skin, our neck skin, our makeup and we can wash it separately. Also
i really love the look of this jacket without the sheepskin collar. This is a vintage blue
really beautiful color and by the time i'm filming this video it is all also available
in vintage blue and also in the sage green also really beautiful. I was torn to buy the green
but i already have too many green jackets. Size wise i went again for size XL since size M or L
wasn't available and it's good on me. The sleeves length, the line on my shoulders, it's perfect.
So this is a casual jacket perfect for our weekend outfits. It's warm, cozy and again a
timeless design. But you could also style this jacket with a pair of tailored trousers like they
did on the website. It's also very beautiful. Last but not least i have a pair of denim jeans
to show you. They are a high-waisted pair of denim jeans made in 100% organic cotton,
no elastane but they are quite comfortable. I rather prefer jeans with no elastane or the
minimum elastane possible. This design has two large front pockets with this front stitching,
no back pockets, they're fitted around the hips and have wide legs slightly flared at the bottom.
They have this front closure with visible buttons and they are very very long. They have an inside
leg length of around 87 centimeters over 34 inches for all sizes. I can wear them with platform
boots and they are perfect. With the mid heel they slightly touch the ground and i'm 5 foot 7 again
for reference. I went for size european 38 US 6 and they are on the tight side especially around
my hip area but this model is better when it's fitted around the hips with the wide flared legs.
I think it's supposed to be worn like that. Besides this is made in 100% organic cotton
so expect them to adapt to your body and get looser as you wear them. This is a truly 70s inspired
design denim jeans something Jane Birkin would have worn. These flared leg jeans look especially
good with platform shoes or boots. I'm styling them with my burgundy Betty cardigan that matches
the color of my boots that are also from Cezanne and i think it's the perfect combo for spring.
My milo bag is the cherry on the cake. With a button down shirt and a sweatshirt on top
you have a more casual outfit yet chic really french style. And that's my video for today
let me know if you enjoyed it and if that was helpful for you in any way please do consider
