Mountain Haven Tiny House Community is Underway!

[Music] what's up everyone I'm just want to show you the first tiny house that we have brought here to the mountain Haven tiny house Community as a 20ft lab uh and we are going to set it up and everything but this one actually happens to be for sale uh so if you're added emails at build at tiny house listings.com you can also go to the new website which is Tiny Mountain haven.com this is a quick video as you're coming into the community there's several cabins here that will also be available for rent for long-term rent so we're really excited about that the tiny house Community goes up that way and as you can see this part of the community is very wooded it's in a nice wooded area spots down here as well the whole idea of this community is to be in a like a really nice quiet high altitude Mountain setting uh so when you come here you're going to have really nice cool Summers and beautiful Winters the community also has a couple cabins that we're going to actually completely remodel you can see beautiful Rolling Hills you see right here there's a community garden and we are going to fix that up and get that ready for everyone so they can grow their veggies in there if they want we're going to make it nice and pretty we're also going to be doing a greenhouse also really quickly I'm going to take you down to the pond it's a fishing pond and we'll show you what that looks like so this is a really nice Pond that if you're part of the community you can come down here and fish or relax maybe put down a blanket it's not a swimming place but uh there's catfish and Mountain perch I believe in here and some brim uh that's what I was told the pond itself then it's fed by a spring so you can see this is how the pond is fed and if you look way up there you can see where it comes out of the mountain the fresh water so the whole vibe of this community is a really quiet Mountain setting where you can kind of live in peace and at a high altitude this is 3,000 ft up so so uh the summer is going to be nice and cool another thing I wanted to mention is that all the homes that are coming here to this community will be built by tiny house listings so the way that works is you'll buy it from us we'll build it in our facility in wimington North Carolina we will haul it up here for you set it up you purchase it and then you just pay a small monthly lot rent which includes pretty much all the utilities except electric if you don't know the area this is just a few minutes outside of Floyd Virginia which is home to a lot of festivals uh it's really known for that and the H the town itself is really starting to get some really cool um coffee shops restaurants pizza places uh places to go grab drinks and then you're right off the BL Parkway as well which is really nice because it's considered one of the most scenic drives in all of the uh United States all right thanks for watching the video and if you're interested in being part of our community you can go to Tiny Mountain haven.com where there's all kinds of information photos additional details that I may have not covered in this video so anyways thanks for watching hope you're part of the community see you in the next video a
