Welcome back to the last part of the show
with the topic of soft skills for young people
Here, the audience highly appreciate the members with soft skills
So we will have a show to learn soft skills
to train the soft skills of young people
Do you think learning is effective?
The problem is what to learn
So I still come back to my heart
Don't learn by the formula
but I still have to rotate
What do you need?
And why do you learn that skill?
What does that skill help you?
And when you decide to learn the skill of communication
Communication can be half a day
It can also be 3 days a week
However, it will give you a lot of learning
but you don't have to apply everything
Because sometimes in communication skills
you just need a few points
For example
Maybe after studying, you see
your listening skills are not good
You just overdo it
And it depends on your personality
Maybe you can't hear what others are saying
Or you can't listen to others
And it also depends on how fast you speak
Because you just focus on that
And when you focus on changing
This is a change of habit
And you know that habit is not easy
One night you can sing
But you have to focus on your determination
Do you have determination?
And do you remember to practice every day?
And do you have determination?
And do you remember to practice every day?
And I think if you determine
what you need to improve
And you practice every day to become a habit
You are very good
So the important thing is not how much you learn
or where you learn
But what you learn
And you have determination to change
I also agree with Ms. Tam
However, I want to add one more thing
to make it clearer
Any skill can be divided
into 4 different levels
The first level is to know that skill
The second level is to master that skill
The third level is to achieve that skill
And the fourth level is to master that skill
To become a master
And share that skill with others
Any skill, as Ms. Tam said
You can learn it all
And it depends on the situation
However, when you learn a skill
You have to practice it
Practice it every day in your life
Practice it with colleagues
Practice it with family members
Through the practice
You will have skills
If you don't practice
You will not learn anything
If you don't practice
Although you have learned from the classes
Does skill development
depend on human personality?
Does skill development
depend on human personality?
Does skill development
If a person has a personality that likes to communicate with others, his tendency will be to communicate a lot.
If a person doesn't like to communicate, his tendency will be to work independently.
And his communication skills will be very limited.
So the skills will be closely related to the personality of a person.
If you leave him in an environment where he needs to communicate a lot, can he learn and apply it?
If a person doesn't like to communicate, leaves him in an environment where he needs to communicate,
he will definitely develop his communication skills.
But to become excellent like a person with such a tendency, it is certainly not easy.
In my opinion, it depends.
I have an example.
Normally, what hand do you write? Right hand, right?
Now, because of a certain situation, where is your right hand? You don't know.
Five years in a row, you have to write your left hand. What happened?
You can write. At first, it was very difficult, very tiring.
After 10 years, it's good, right?
After 15 years, sometimes I think it's okay.
So when you become experienced, sometimes you are not tired and it becomes a habit.
So for me, it depends on the attitude.
Because there are students who go to school, not everyone can do their job right at the school.
There are also many unskilled people.
However, there are many people who ask me, if I become an unskilled person, will I succeed?
The answer will depend on your attitude.
Because when you follow the school, you will develop very well.
However, no one is perfect.
If you are too strong on one side, there will be a weak point on the other side.
And if you have to make a point that is not consistent, it is beautiful.
But if you are consistent, then you will become more balanced.
And if you have to do a left field, a left field with your field,
you are aware that, oh, I take this opportunity to practice what I am not good at.
And if the right attitude helps you every day, then you will see that you will continue to communicate.
Or you have to develop as Mr. Sang said.
The combination of skills together, if there is a case that I have this skill,
but I lack another skill, the process will not be effective.
Is there a combination here?
If you have many skills at the same time, does this skill or that skill affect each other?
In the process of using, do you see that?
In my opinion, all skills must be used together in many ways.
There is a specific example.
For example, Mr. Phuong Anh has very good problem solving skills.
He thinks very fast, very fast.
There are very good ways to solve problems.
But because of his thinking, he is smart, he thinks about those things.
But how to convey the way to solve the problem to everyone is another thing.
If he doesn't have communication skills, he doesn't have communication skills.
If he can't communicate, people won't do what he wants to do.
So do we see communication skills as a platform to develop other skills?
But if you have leadership skills, teamwork skills, problem-solving skills, but lack communication skills, you can't communicate with people.
It's hard to say which one is more important and which one to start with.
I will give you a specific example.
There may be a person who is very good at calculating, very good at analyzing.
And he can make great financial reports.
He works very well, very disciplined.
However, he goes to a job, he goes to do a job of marketing,
he organizes events.
In the event organization, although he organizes very well,
but he thinks that a very important skill for an event organizer is adaptability.
Adaptability to change, adaptability to what is needed.
And to adapt well, you need a skill called skepticism.
Here, although you are very good at some of these skills,
you lack the most important skill of this position.
So in this case, you have to focus on the skills that this job needs.
I think that effective communication skills are very basic skills
so that we can succeed in life and in work.
Therefore, we need to develop these skills as soon as possible
so that we can pass on our hard skills to others,
so that others can understand, understand and support us.
In my actual work, when I started to work,
I did a lot of things and I was not recognized by my boss.
I complained to him.
He gave me a lot of questions to find out what I did
and I told him what I did.
He concluded that I did a good job.
However, I couldn't communicate with my boss,
so he couldn't accept my contribution to the company.
Since then, I have been very careful in training my communication skills
so that others can understand what I am doing and whether I am good or not.
Through that, they may also suggest me to change what I am still lacking.
In short, hard skills are very important and necessary,
but in order to develop effectively in your work, you need to have soft skills.
In order to develop your soft skills properly and effectively,
you need to recognize your personality,
recognize yourself and your job.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to come to the show.
Ladies and gentlemen,
I have just shared with you the topics of soft skills
in the topic of youth entrepreneurship.
Once again, thank you for watching the show.
Goodbye and see you in the next show.
Thank you.
