There is a theory called the Central Dogma of Molecular Biology
that states that the mRNA vaccine cannot alter human genes.
Francis Crick introduced this theory in 1958.
Basically, genetic information flows from DNA to RNA to proteins.
The only exception would be a retrovirus harbouring reverse transcriptase
that transforms mRNA into DNA or the genome of human cells.
Because SARS-CoV-2 is not a retrovirus, this was not a concern in 2020.
But a 2009 science paper and a 2014 Nature article
show that non-retroviral RNA viruses can be reverse transcribed into DNA.
As a result, human DNA was found to contain copies of RNA viral sequences.
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology published a study in May of 2021.
The study further changed these opinions.
After infecting human kidney cells with the COVID virus,
researchers found that the SARS-CoV-2 gene sequence
integrated into the human genome.
The Human Genome Project discovered that only about 2% of our DNA encodes proteins.
The proteins, in turn, determine the structure and function of all cells.
The other 98% of our DNA, or so-called dark matter, is thought to be non-functional.
However, these dark matter appear to be critical to the development of diseases
such as cancer, heart disease and autism.
Intriguingly, the SARS-CoV-2 virus integrates into gene translatable areas.
The integration does not appear random, and it could have serious consequences.
Some studies suggest that COVID-19 may increase the risk of cancer,
especially blood cancer, which is strongly associated with gene alteration.
In July of 2021, a clinical case report from Iran showed that
a 61-year-old man who had recovered from COVID-19 infection
was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia 40 days later.
The researchers suggest a concerning probable association
between COVID infection and the onset of acute blood cancer.
In 2023, an Eastern European patient suffered from chronic myeloid leukemia
three months after recovering from COVID-19.
This was followed by two melanomas and one skin cancer within two years.
According to the authors, COVID-19 increases malignancies.
A 2023 systematic review analyzed the potential risk factors
that are associated with COVID-19 for cancer development.
This includes its effect on immune function, inflammation, stress,
awakening dormant cancer cells, viral integration into the human genome,
changes in gene activity and gene mutation.
A study was published in Current Issues in Molecular Biology in February of 2022
by Lund University in Sweden.
The study showed that mRNA vaccines can integrate into human genes or DNA
through reverse transcription.
So how did mRNA enter the human genome?
Genetic researcher Kevin McKernan also recently found that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines
can potentially be reverse transcribed into DNA.
The vaccine was integrated into the DNA of two human cancer cell lines,
the breast and the ovaries.
In 2021, American pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole,
who normally diagnoses cancer via microscopic slides,
also discovered a disturbing increase in certain cancer cases.
These cases were during the COVID-19 vaccine era.
At that time, he attributed this to the possibility that vaccine components
may alter natural immunity.
A surge in the number of blood cancer cases has also been reported in China
after the COVID-19 vaccine era.
Most blood cancer originates in the bone marrow when bone stem cells,
which are susceptible to DNA damage, are injured.
Most Chinese people have been injected with an inactivated vaccine,
not the mRNA vaccine.
These inactivated vaccines involve growing the virus in large quantities,
then inactivating or killing the virus using physical or chemical means.
Inactivated vaccines also use the killed mixture to inject people.
There is concern that the inactivated technique is not well controlled
and that vaccine quality is not guaranteed in China.
But it is worth reiterating that even though most people in China
were injected with inactivated vaccines,
the rest of the world was injected with mRNA vaccines
and it has been discovered that these COVID-mRNA vaccines
can be reverse transcribed into our DNA.
