CNN just had an on-air meltdown, guys,
live in front of everybody. Now, here's a twist.
They did it to themselves.
CNN's own data guy walked up to the touchscreen, tapped one little
what if. What if the polls are missing Republicans
by two to four points? And, well, the blue drained
off the map like somebody yanked the plug on a bathtub.
Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Maine, a Republican
Senate. Yeah, that's right, guys.
A Republican Senate on CNN in the control room. A producer
is breathing into a paper bag. This can't be happening.
Oh, sweetie. Oh, it's happening.
So who are these mystery voters that the polls can't find?
Bigfoot? Oh, no, it's you. And then
there's Texas, guys.
Ken Paxton, he took James Tallarico's favorite line, that voter ID is
discriminatory. And he took it apart with a plane ticket.
Yeah, that's right, guys. A plane ticket,
a hotel key and a federal courthouse.
And the Save America Act, folks, it died four Republican
votes short. Four. This is not a vote count.
This is a bridge game. Now, you guys remember 2022,
right? The red wave that turned out to be a red puddle.
Democrats remember because this year
looks a lot more like 2024
when Kamala Harris lost all seven swing states and President Donald
Trump won the popular vote.
Well, today you're going to get everything the experts say crowd
completely buried. The map, the voters, the global wave,
and of course, the Texas showdown that could
decide the Senate before we know it.
Now, first things first, guys, if you or someone you love
is on Medicare turning 65 years old,
Chapter offers completely free Medicare help, real people,
plain English, zero pressure.
Check out the link and their phone number down in the description
down below. The phone number is 909-563-8279.
The average senior is saving about $1,100 a year.
I would definitely give them a call.
And I'm being told that the best time to call is over
the weekend. Now, if you're new here, go ahead and hit subscribe.
Go ahead and be the poll that
CNN cannot find. And if this made you laugh,
made you think, or maybe yell at the pollster
by the end of the video, just hit the like button
on the way out. Totally appreciate that.
We count everyone, unlike some people.
Yeah. So picture this, guys. Bright lights,
a touchscreen map the size of a garage door.
And CNN's data guy, he's standing in front of it like
a weatherman who just spotted a hurricane headed for his house.
Now, he's not a MAGA guy. He's
CNN's guy. In fact, their numbers, their screen.
And he runs one simple little test. What if polls
are off just a little bit?
If the polls underestimate Republicans by two to four points.
Well, remember all that blue that was on the map before?
All that blue went, bye-bye, see you later,
adios amigos sayonara those democratic chances
and those democratic hopes down there into lake
erie look at this now what we're dealing
with if in fact the polls underestimate the republicans
is 53 republican senate seats compared
to 47 republican seats maine that stays red how about
a flip in michigan where abdul assad very neck
and neck in the polls with mike rogers ohio stays
red. Iowa stays red. Alaska stays red.
Now, I will note, I will note that even in this scenario,
right, you still get a situation where North Carolina stays blue
and Georgia stays blue.
But Texas goes red. See you later.
Ken Paxton gets elected to the United States Senate. No
James Tallarica. So a very clear Republican win
in the Senate if the polls are underestimating
the Republicans like perhaps they did in 2020,
like they did in 2016, so on, so forth. And on
the House side, what about this?
Oh, on the House side, by the way, getting a little schvitzy. I
think I'm gonna have to have a drink in a second.
If the polls undershot the Republicans by greater
than three points, well, that's all you need.
That's all you need for Republicans in order
for them to actually probably hold on to the U.S. House
of Representatives. They would likely win
218 plus House seats. Two to four points.
This is a normal miss. Polls have missed Republicans
by that much before. Tap. Yeah. Michigan flips red.
Ohio, Iowa, even Maine stay put. Republicans
end up with as many as 53 Senate seats.
And the House stays red too. Now, folks, this is the same
network that spent years selling you a blue wave like it
was a timeshare in Cancun somewhere. And
and now they're drawing the red one themselves with their own finger.
You cannot buy entertainment like this, guys.
Well, I guess technically you can. It's
called cable. Oh, and the funny part, CNN,
they need a touchscreen the size of a garage
door and a room full of experts just
to figure out what's happening in America. But you?
You need your inbox. The Ron Yates Report newsletter
is totally free. It brings you
the stories that the news networks bury before
the pundits finish their first coffee. No
No touch screen, no panic attacks.
The link's in the description down below.
So why do the polls keep missing?
Pollsters finally admitted it.
They can't get Republicans on the phone.
Gee, I wonder why.
Picture a roofer in July, shingles in one hand, nail gun in the other.
His phone rings in his back pocket.
Is he climbing down to tell a stranger
from New Jersey how he feels about the Senate?
No, he ain't going to climb off the ladder
and talk to some random telemarketer or some
scam likely on his phone about some votes.
No, he's not going to do that. This man has a roof to finish.
So now picture a 73-year-old man.
He's voted in every election since he turned 18 years old.
Not one pollster has ever called this
man, not once. And he hasn't been this fired up since Ronald Reagan.
The pollsters don't even
know that he exists. Ever hear the stories,
you know, somebody finally answers, says Republican
and click. Yeah, calls over. Funny how that happens.
Even a West Point instructor admitted
that he got 2016 wrong because he trusted the exit polls.
Well, Trump voters walked
right on past the clipboard. They're about to do it again.
I don't rely on the polls, but polls mean something.
But a lot of the polls are rigged,
just like the journalists are rigged.
I could name six of them that I'm looking right here.
You're rigged journalists.
A lot of the polls are rigged.
Not all of you, but there's some good ones I can name also.
But a lot of the polls are rigged.
A lot of the pollsters, look at what happened in Iowa,
where a pollster said that I was going to lose Iowa,
and I ended up winning by almost 20 points.
and by the way that was a crooked
that was a crooked deal up until then for years she was
always polling me correctly i was going to win
by a lot i had a great win in iowa and she said
i was going to lose by four
and i won by almost 20 that was a crooked deal all right guys so i
want to be very honest with everyone just
for a second okay we're not cnn we can do that okay so
you guys remember 2022, right? The hype was everywhere.
Red wave, red tsunami, red everything.
People bought popcorn in bulk.
But then election night came and Republicans won the House by a
whisker, a whisker. One of the issues
that's obviously going to be at stake on this election
is democracy and the end of the January 6th investigation
if the Republicans take over the
House. It dies with the end of this Congress.
All their evidence gathered. You stood up to
Donald Trump, throughout your tenure,
ripping his State of the Union speech and standing up
and walking out of a cabinet meeting, you know,
a meeting with the leadership, you put him on
notice. And now we've seen that you said on the day of the riot,
you said that if he led the rioters
and came up to the Hill, you would have punched him out.
That's right. I don't even like to talk
about him because it's really a tragedy for our country.
But you did say you would have punched
him out i said i would have punched him out i would have gone
to jail and i would have been
happy to do so would you have done
for our country did you say there's a problem our performance is
in less than one day
and we want to change everything he wouldn't have had the courage
to come to the hill he's all talk
but let me just say say this this the our democracy is at stake
when you define democracy as integrity
of the vote they want to suppress the vote they've been
doing that for a long time.
They want to nullify the results of an election. They're even proposing
that after an election, if they don't like the results,
they will change the rules that would
have governed that election retroactively.
So you have to recognize that they are undermining
our democracy. And if people think that can be casual about that,
they just don't realize how
serious the republicans are about undermining democracy
in in one new poll again 39 percent
of voters say that they would vote for an election denier
and this included some democrats and
independents if they liked their stance
on other issues well i don't explain that after all these
hearings i don't can't explain it nancy pelosi handed over
the gavel like she was lending you
her car fully expecting to get it back oh it stung some
of you are still mad about it and i see you
I see you. How many of you
So why should anybody trust the numbers this time? Two words, guys,
2024 Kamala Harris spent over a billion dollars,
celebrity concerts, late night TV, endless joy.
And she walked away with 226 electoral votes to president Trump's 312,
a billion dollars folks.
You could buy the entire state of Michigan for that much money.
Well, you can technically try.
So 2022 was a hype machine.
2024 was a sledgehammer. And this year's numbers,
they don't look like the hype.
They look more like the hammer. Somebody at CNN just felt a
little bit of chill there. Now, look,
think of the one person that you know who says,
my vote doesn't matter. You already pictured that person, didn't you?
Go ahead and send that person
this video right now. The pollsters can't find them,
but you can. Go ahead and hit share.
So check this out. Let's go ahead and look at early voting.
This is where it gets spicy.
Early Democratic turnout, muted, quiet,
kind of like a library at 7 a.m.
Meanwhile, Republicans
are piling up new voter registrations in Louisiana,
in Pennsylvania, as well as Texas.
And on the general ballot,
MAGA voters are sitting at 99% Republicans, 0% Democrat.
I mean, you can't get 99% of people to agree on pizza toppings, guys.
At a record, 19 million Texans have registered.
That's according to the Texas Secretary of State.
And now there is a push to encourage voters
to get prepared to cast those ballots.
The GOP's best party registration position relative
to the Democrats in the midterm in at least 20 years.
Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona.
Yeah, it's voter registration,
the long term health of the Republican Party versus
the Democratic Party in terms of how are you registered to vote.
Democrat, independent or non-affiliated or Republican.
you can see in the key swing states
that we normally look at in presidential elections
that, look, the Republicans are gaining versus where they
were eight years ago during Trump's
first midterm election. Take a look here.
GOP gains in party registration margin versus election
day 2018. In Arizona, the Republican margin versus a Democrat.
Republicans are up four points. How
about Nevada? Republicans up five points.
How about North Carolina? Republicans up eight points.
How about the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
Republicans up seven points. So when you take
a look at how people are actually registering.
This is not polling data compared to where we
were eight years ago.
Republicans are doing considerably better in what are the swing
states, at least normally in presidential elections.
Okay. So someone could look at this
and say, Harry, this is 2018. What about in the last two years?
Because trends, the polling at
least has been moving in Democrats' favor. Yeah.
Okay. You see the polling over the last two years
really moving in the Democrats' favor,
but are they actually gaining in terms of registration,
at least compared to where we were two years ago.
Well, I think this makes it pretty simple, right?
Pretty simple.
In Pennsylvania, no.
North Carolina, no.
Nevada, no.
Arizona, no.
There may be some tiny late gains that are going on right now, right?
That I think over the last month, maybe Democrats are getting.
But when you take the longer term view versus the 2024 election
in which Republicans won all of these states,
Democrats are in fact not actually gaining ground.
I'm glad you put in that disclaimer
because over the last couple of months,
I think people have seen some ticks up for Democrats,
but not over two years.
Correct. There's been some ticks up,
but they no way blow away the Republican gain.
OK, so put this in historical perspective.
How good is this? These bigger trends for Republicans?
Yes. You see these trends in these key swing states.
How about this one? OK, take a look here.
The GOP's best party registration position relative
to the Democrats in a midterm and at least 20 years.
Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona.
The bottom line is this. Republicans right now
are in a much stronger position than they have been,
not just compared to eight years ago,
but over the long term as well.
The relative health of the Republican Party, at least in
terms of party registration,
is pretty gosh darn good relative to the Democrats.
And some analysts are whispering about a biblical polling era.
Biblical? Huh. As in CNN may need an
arc? Yeah. But here's my favorite part, guys.
Picture a family of four walking out of a polling
place in deep blue Austin. All four voted red.
Picture a guy in Southern California doing the
same, then strolling out like nothing happened.
Even New Hampshire, slowly painting blue by folks
moving up from Massachusetts, is fighting back.
Yes, it's fighting back. And plenty of these
voters, they're not even Republicans.
They're just tired. They're tired of prices. They're
tired of being lectured.
You don't need a party card to love your country, okay?
So pop quiz, guys. The Trump administration promised
to crack down on voter fraud. And
guess what? They meant it.
According to reports, 28 people in California just got locked up for
voter fraud. Some of them weren't even citizens.
In California, the state that treats voter ID
like it's a hate crime. Now, here's the math, folks.
Back in the day, a ballot harvester could
roundup votes for $5 and a pack of cigarettes.
Cheap date. Now, it's a $250,000 fine and 10
years in prison. Picture it.
Midnight, a guy standing by a ballot drop box with a stack of
envelopes. He does the math.
$5 or 10 years of bologna sandwiches in an orange jumpsuit,
hoping to not drop the soap. Yeah, he goes home.
This is not voter suppression. These are
consequences. Most of us learned about consequences back
in kindergarten. And in
states with no voter ID, well,
you're basically running elections on the honor system. How's the
honor system working out in Washington? Hmm. Yeah.
So I want to go ahead and take a little tour.
Okay. Grab your snacks, guys. I'll be your tour guide.
First stop, Michigan. Mike Rogers is up
two points on Abdul El-Said.
And El-Said, he's actually started hedging on national TV. Never
a great time. This is like a pilot saying, folks, we'll probably land.
Ohio, John Houston, up a
point, tight but holding. Iowa, Ashton Hinson, up three.
Down to Texas, Greg Abbott, up four for
governor. Oh, and Brenda Herrera, yeah, up 40. 40!
This is not a race, this is a parade. Add it all
up, guys, and CNN's own guy lands at a 52 or 53-seat Republican Senate,
and all that blue,
sinking straight into Lake Erie,
somewhere a pundit is reaching for a life jacket.
Now, Elon Musk says that the control
of the Senate decides the future of America. For once,
CNN and Elon Musk actually agree.
They actually just kind of feel very differently about it,
though. Now, North Carolina, Wisconsin,
Nevada, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Tennessee,
your state is on the map to find your race and then go win it.
Now, let's go ahead and go on
to the main event, guys. Texas, Ken Paxton.
This is huge. Texas is massive. Now, here's the
question. Why did so many big shot Republicans in Washington fight
so hard to keep this guy
out of the Senate race. When the swamp is scared of a man,
that man is usually doing something
right. Mark my words. Now, Ken Paxton's pitch is pretty simple.
Don't listen to what the
politicians say. Look at what they've done.
And yes, that was a shot at John Cornyn.
So what has Ken Paxton done?
Well, he sued the Obama and Biden administrations 134 times.
134. Now, some people collect stamps.
Ken just collects lawsuits against Democrats. He says
He got a billion-dollar settlement out of Meta.
He's gone after TikTok and Netflix and Snapchat
over what they've done to kids.
Right now, he's tied with James Tallarico. Rural Texas. Paxton
by 37. The big cities? Tallarico by 24.
So picture a tug-of-war rope stretched all across Texas.
Pickup trucks on one end, lattes on the other.
My money's on the pickup trucks, guys. Especially
them all-wheel-drive ones blowing all that black smoke up in the air.
Yeah. Which kind of brings
this to the Save America Act. This was the big one, guys.
Proof of citizenship to register to
vote. Basic stuff. I mean, the kind of thing
that your grandmother assumes that is already the law.
It died. Yeah, it died. About four Republican votes short.
Four. Guys, the same crowd that
didn't want Paxton. Paxton's plan?
Well, make them do a talking filibuster. Stand up and talk
until they drop. And then look every holdout in the eye and ask,
do you understand what you're
giving up. Now, he says he's prosecuted voter fraud cases in Texas.
James Tallarico says voter
ID is discriminatory. Ken Paxton's answer, a story.
Act one, he flies to New Orleans to defend
Texas voter ID in federal court to get on the plane, photo ID.
Act number two, he checks into
the hotel, photo ID. Act number three,
he walks into the federal courthouses to argue ID isn't
discriminatory, and to get in the door, they required a photo ID.
Curtain, exactly. Call
your senators, guys. Ask them which act they would like to skip.
Now, I want to go ahead and
zoom all the way out, guys,
because this is not just happening in America. Look at Brazil. Earlier
this month, Brazilians flooded the polls,
and Flavio Bolsonaro, son of former President Jair
Bolsonaro, they finished ahead
of the leftist president Lula da Silva in the first round,
47% to 45%. His party also grabbed more Senate seats than anybody else.
19 of the 54 up for
grabs. Oh, and the runoff.
This Sunday, nine days before a vote, Brazil's basically running
the warm-up act of America. Here's what Brazilians understand.
They didn't sit around reading polls.
They didn't assume anything. They just showed up.
Look at France, right? Look at France. Prime
ministers come and go like it's a revolving door at a department store.
Budget flights, protests,
government collapses the french
are so tired they're even running out of shrugs so you got
two paths here guys path number one brazil show up take
your country back path number two france
stay home complain about it over croissants pick wisely all right
so now i need you to hear me
guys because this is the most important part
of the whole show none of this matters if you stay
home not the map not the polls not cnn's data guys sweating through
his blazer again here's a trick
Nothing would make the other side happier than
you feeling comfortable right now. Relaxed,
feet up, ah, we got this. No, we don't got this.
Not until the last vote is counted.
Now, here's the plan, guys.
Vote early or vote Tuesday, November 3rd. Vote in person if you can
and don't go alone. Grab your spouse, grab your neighbor,
grab your cousin who only shows up for
Thanksgiving. Bring that man too.
Republican, independent, or just plain fed up, this one's
for you, folks. Say a prayer, then lace up your shoes.
Pollsters cannot see you. Fine. Let them
guess. The ballot box can.
Make it so big, so loud, so red that nobody can argue with it. Make
it too big to rig. Now, folks, CNN ran the numbers.
Now it's your turn to make them real.
Now, before we go, if this video fired you up even
a little bit, hit the like button on the
way out. Just one tap. It's the only poll that takes two seconds
and actually counts. And if
you're not subscribed yet, go ahead and fix that.
There is a lot more coming before November 3rd,
and you're gonna want a front row seat.
