Hello everyone, welcome to China Uncensored, I am Yu Tong.
The topic of today's video may be a bit of a puzzle for some of you.
For a while now, we have seen a lot of bizarre phenomena.
The Chinese Communist Party has done a series of crazy things,
and the outside world has been talking about it.
But few people have been able to explain the underlying reasons behind it.
Today, we are going to give you a more in-depth explanation.
I'm sure a lot of you will be surprised.
OK, let's start with the latest two news.
A netizen recently shared a piece of news on Instagram.
He said, a second-hand clothing store in Yibin, Sichuan
was deemed a pre-pandemic vaccination campaign by the local health authorities.
It was fined 112,000 yuan.
The store owner was not paid the fine on time, and was fined another 110,000 yuan.
The store owner, Ms. Li, said in an interview
She used to sell vegetables for a living, and to make more money,
she raised money to open a second-hand clothing store.
The business was profitable for only 500 yuan for two weeks.
She explained,
since she didn't know that the second-hand clothing store needed to apply for a permit,
and didn't understand the relevant legal procedures,
she couldn't get the money to pay the fine after being investigated.
She thought she could just close the store,
but didn't expect to continue to be fined.
She was even sued by the court for forced execution.
This netizen believes that this fine is because the local government has no money,
which means that the lower-level people will be punished if they can.
If they can be punished, they will be punished.
This will happen more often in the future.
At the same time, on March 28,
a video was circulated on the Internet.
In the video, two tea-making machines were attached to a wind turbine.
A man said,
the Zhangjiajie Agricultural Rural Bureau
is now banning tea-making machines from making tea.
In the future, the price of tea leaves may rise.
In the video, the wind turbine unit
is the Zhangjiajie Agricultural Rural Bureau's
Special Office for the Production and Processing of Plum Tea.
The time is March 28, 2024.
According to the mainland media,
the reason why the farmers' tea-making machines were attached to the wind turbine
was because the government asked them to issue a tea-making certificate.
Otherwise, the farmers would have to sell fresh tea leaves to companies for unified processing.
But in this case, the farmers' income would be greatly reduced.
On March 29,
the Zhangjiajie Agricultural Rural Bureau staff said,
the local government is starting a small-scale reform of the plum tea industry.
For small-scale farmers who do not meet the health and safety standards,
they will shut down the tea-making machines for reform.
Of course, everyone knows
that the so-called no health and safety standards
is just an excuse.
This video caused a lot of controversy on the X platform.
A netizen said,
So the farmers' tea can only be sold at a low price to the cooperatives.
After the cooperatives produce the tea,
they sell it to the wholesalers at a three-fold sale price.
The wholesalers then sell it to the market at a three-fold sale price.
This is how the tea is sold.
Someone also said,
Who do you think still believes that they want to develop the economy well?
There are a few more comments below,
which makes it even more controversial.
Netizens are so scared.
One netizen said,
Is this going back to the planned economy of Mao Zedong's time?
Someone also mocked and said,
Controlling all production data is a mistake.
Another said,
Even if the Communist Party manages the desert,
the sand will appear short.
All the money-making tools of the party will be taken away.
The leek is inescapable.
A netizen asked,
Is it capitalism?
Another replied,
Why are you so scared?
You can't cook at home,
and you can't eat at the canteen.
Today we are going to talk about this so-called capitalism.
Today's young people don't know that
before 1979,
private shops and commodity markets were also used as capitalists,
and were cut off.
The old people always had to walk a long way
to the so-called individual shops to buy necessities,
and deal with those lazy individual shop staff.
So at that time, there was a saying,
It's hard to enter a door, but it's hard to see the face.
Chen Xiaoxing, a senior Chinese film director,
once said on the show,
At the beginning of the 1980s,
some Beijing-style restaurants still had a slogan,
Never beat ordinary customers for no reason.
Listen to this sentence,
Never beat for no reason.
Isn't it scary?
What does this mean?
Does it mean that you can beat people in a certain situation?
From this sentence, you can imagine the service attitude at the time,
and the basic reason is that there were only so-called nationalities at the time,
and not like now, private economies are everywhere.
And these private economies were largely eliminated by the CCP in various ways
before 1978.
According to the CCP's own official statistics,
when it just took over the regime,
the so-called urban workers
were more than 9 million,
and by the end of 1978,
there were less than 150,000 people left.
All other private economies and urban economies
were forcibly eliminated as capitalists.
Only the highly concentrated planned economic system remained.
The form of expression of all system structures
is the so-called one big two workers,
the workers' system economy unifies the world.
Why did the Communist Party do this?
One main reason is to control.
When the resources of the whole society
are in the hands of the CCP,
it can do whatever it wants.
And you don't have to worry about the people rebelling,
because if you leave it, you won't even be able to eat.
Famous economist Mao Yuzhik once said,
when an old lady raises a few chickens,
let the chickens lay eggs,
and sell them to those who need to replenish nutrition.
Who is this hindering?
But in the Cultural Revolution,
this kind of activity is called capitalism.
All must be cut off.
In 2008, Mao Yuzhik wrote an article
entitled,
The Chinese People 30 Years Ago.
2008's 30 years ago,
isn't that 1978?
This article is very valuable to today's young people.
Through this article,
we can understand where the CCP
is taking the Chinese society today.
Mao Yuzhik said,
when the Cultural Revolution ended,
what was the state of the Chinese people?
Let's first look at the workers in the cities.
In the early 60s of the 20th century,
the wages of workers who joined the factory
were always the standard of second-class workers.
$42.50.
This is still a job that can be found
only by people with some social connections.
Please pay attention to the following sentence he said.
He said,
there was no possibility of self-investigation at the time,
because all private or individual assets
were strictly regarded as capitalistic tailings,
and had to be cut off.
There was absolutely no embezzlement on the road,
and there was no chance of zero-wage labor.
Think about the two pieces of news we started to introduce.
One is that the farmers' tea-grinder
was put on the windscreen.
No more tea-grinding.
Another is that a second-hand clothing store
just opened for two weeks,
and made $500,
but was fined $200,000.
So,
don't worry about how the CCP
is playing all kinds of tricks,
the goal is the same,
which is to eradicate the private economy.
This is also the so-called
capitalism that the CCP is talking about.
Not only these two examples,
there are many similar incidents
because of this reason.
So, the private economy has been eradicated.
What about the lives of the people?
Is it the same as today?
As the saying goes,
the supply in society is getting worse and worse.
There are more and more things to buy by tax and ticket,
but there is no stock.
Things like department stores and kitchen warehouses
are all classified goods,
non-sold goods.
After the harvest,
by chatting and playing cards,
the lives of the people are getting worse and worse.
When young people get married,
they buy three big items,
watches, bicycles, and sewing machines.
To buy these three big items,
you have to pay a ticket.
Even if you save a year's worth of tickets,
it's not enough to buy three big items.
When you get married,
you have to ask your relatives and friends for money.
If you have enough tickets,
you have to prepare money.
A second-class worker who doesn't eat or drink,
with a year's salary,
can barely afford to buy these three big items.
At that time, the most popular job
was to be a shop assistant.
Because the power in their hands is very useful.
Even if you want to buy food,
you have to go through their hands.
If you have a good relationship with the shop assistant,
you don't have to count the items you buy.
If you don't have a record of the items you buy,
you can buy them again.
Even if you see a shop assistant,
you have to nod your head and smile.
The lack of material
made people's dignity look so bad.
What you can buy to eat
is more important than anything else.
So what did people eat at that time?
For example,
Mao Zedong said,
Beijing is the best city to supply Chinese goods.
But the rice we supply,
white rice, is limited.
We have to pay half of the gross food every month.
For example, corn, white rice,
white rice is of poor quality.
Now we don't eat it either.
Good rice,
white rice,
can only be supplied once a year.
Most of the food on the mainland is gross food.
Less than one-fourth of the grain.
In terms of food,
every person in Beijing has half a catty of meat every month.
Every household supplies four catties of eggs.
Fish and geese need to be caught in time.
Peanuts and melons
are sold at the time of the New Year.
He said,
once I took my children to play in Zhongshan Park.
I actually bought a catty of peanuts.
The whole family was happy for the whole day.
At that time, Beijing people almost didn't go out to eat.
Only when relatives and friends get married
can they go out to eat.
This experience has allowed me to remember for the rest of my life.
Because it's too rare to go out to eat.
As for foreigners,
it is even less common to go out to eat.
Most small and medium-sized cities
don't have meat supply at all.
There will only be some during the New Year holidays.
Let's talk about the food above.
Let's talk about the food below.
First of all, I would like to provide you with a piece of information.
It is also our own discovery.
Not long ago,
when the CCP Party Committee inspected the first demonstration in Hunan,
the CCP Xinhua News Agency released several live photos.
We found that
when the CCP Party Committee held a private meeting with the school,
including the local officials and teachers,
there were almost no bright colors.
All were black, gray, blue, and white.
Many people may think this is a coincidence.
But let me tell you,
this may be a trend.
Let's listen to what Mao Yuzhik said below.
Let's see what it was like during the Cultural Revolution.
He told everyone
what clothes people in the city wore during the Cultural Revolution.
At that time, western clothes were for the wealthy class.
During the Cultural Revolution, everyone wore Chinese-style clothes.
Chinese-style clothes were almost two colors,
blue and gray.
After the reform and opening up, some people had to go abroad.
They started to wear western clothes in China.
But most interviewers didn't know how to do it.
In Beijing,
only the Ministry of Foreign Affairs could do it.
But the result was particularly ugly.
People laughed at them when they went abroad.
Mao Yuzhik also said
that women rarely wore skirts
because the Communist Party believed
that wearing skirts was the so-called wealthy class ideology.
So people didn't dare to wear them.
They also didn't dare to perm their hair.
If you wanted to perm your hair, you had to show your ID
and say that you were a civil servant.
If you needed to perm your hair,
then you could perm your hair.
No one dared to wear high heels.
There was no freedom to wear them.
This is not a personal memory of Mao Yuzhik.
According to relevant articles,
after the Cultural Revolution,
Shanghai launched the so-called Four-Wall Movement.
Famous Nanjing Road,
Old Street in Huaihai Road,
Xie Dachang,
Namtang Leather Shop, etc.
were all hit by the Red Guards and blocked.
The new style of clothing and shoes was banned.
Shops could only sell
blue, black, gray, old-fashioned Chinese clothes,
youth clothes, military uniforms.
People called them old-fashioned clothes.
Shoe shops were not allowed to sell
men's and women's leather shoes with pointed, flat, and narrow ends.
Only publicized, publicized public leather shoes were allowed to be sold.
There were 72 colors in the past.
In the end, only 20 colors were left.
This led to a period of the Cultural Revolution
where people either wore military uniforms
or a gray-and-dark uniform with a thousand faces.
If you look at the records of that year
and look at the Communist Party of China survey of Hunan,
you will know that what we are talking about is not a joke.
Maybe someone will say,
a few days ago, the Communist Party of China met the U.S. representative.
Isn't he wearing a new suit?
Let me tell you, this is a step-by-step process.
The CCP has now adopted a method of
gradual change of face that is not easy to detect.
But it is a step-by-step process
that reenacted the 30 years of history from 1949 to 1978.
I just talked about the city.
To be honest,
the city, compared to the countryside,
although it has made today's people feel very unimaginable,
but at that time, it was still the object of countless farmers' pride.
And in the countryside, the so-called capitalist tail,
it was more like a wave after a wave.
From 1957, the big debate on rural socialism,
to the 20 years of the end of the Cultural Revolution in 1976,
from restricting to canceling farmland,
to the so-called national tail movement,
which has been the main content of the rural market,
there have been five or six waves.
Let's take a look at some of the news.
These have all happened in the past few years.
January 14, 2024,
Liangying Town, Shantou, Dongbuchuan,
due to the local government's prohibition of farming,
caused dissatisfaction among residents.
December 25, 2023,
a notice was issued by the Jiangsu Mao She,
prohibiting villagers from farming.
If not rectified, the village will be taxed,
and family members will be affected, and so on.
In addition, a man from Taizhou, Zhejiang,
killed a pig at home.
After giving it to relatives and friends to eat, there was still some left.
So he sold the remaining 15 pounds of pork to the village,
and finally sold it for a few hundred dollars.
The man couldn't figure it out,
that these 15 pounds of pork
almost made him pay for all his property.
The CCP's executioners violated the Pig Land Management Act,
and fined him 50,000 yuan.
Even though this uncle was a disabled person,
and his family's economy was in dire straits,
until the incident got worse,
the fine was reduced to 5,000 yuan.
In addition, there is similar news.
A farmer in Shunan County, Jilin,
sold 1.2 pounds of pork for 30 yuan,
and was fined 100,000 yuan.
An old man in Fujian, Minhou,
sold celery for 100,000 yuan,
and was fined 100,000 yuan.
He only earned 14 yuan.
You may have seen a lot of similar news in recent years.
Many netizens think that
the CCP government has gone crazy.
In fact, it's not that simple.
Let's take a look at
what happened during the Cultural Revolution.
You will find that it is very similar to what happened today.
Take Heilongjiang as an example.
During the Cultural Revolution,
many places in Heilongjiang Province
used the land of the community,
and the wealth of the family as capital,
in this way.
We just said that
the CCP banned the raising of pigs in some places.
In Heilongjiang Province,
they also strictly restricted the number of pigs
raised by the family members.
Only one or two pigs were allowed to be raised,
and a few chickens.
They even turned the old pigsty into a so-called
capitalist small bank.
No personal pigsty was allowed.
In Donghong Village, Baoqing County,
no pigsty was allowed.
No pigsty was allowed to grow tobacco and garlic
in the field.
No family farm was allowed.
The Red River Brigade in Xiaodong County
was also not allowed to have a family farm.
No farmland was allowed.
No cattle and pigs were allowed.
Around 500 acres of free-range land
were allowed for the Brigade to farm.
All cattle and pigs raised by dozens of families
were eliminated.
In Heilongjiang Province,
the 8511 Farm
canceled the sale of land,
and stipulated that the family should not raise more than two pigs,
and not more than four chickens.
No pigsty was allowed.
Those who found out that tobacco was grown on garlic
were to be prosecuted.
All these were done because the CCP said
this was a so-called capitalist small bank.
I mentioned earlier
that in the Cultural Revolution,
no tobacco was allowed in Heilongjiang.
Otherwise, the prosecution would have been carried out.
So let's look at what happened today.
Does everyone remember the Farm Administration?
It is also the so-called
Agricultural Coordination and Administration Regulation Team.
In 2023, in Nanning, Guangxi,
the police and the Farm Administration Team
and eradicated more than 6,000 tobacco plantations
Isn't it exactly the same as during the Cultural Revolution?
Of course, the slogan they are using today
is no longer the so-called capitalism
but a protectionist regime
No matter what the room is, it's all about changing the soup, not the medicine
The direct consequences of the Communist Party's chaos in the countryside
were the massacres that caused tens of millions of people to lose their lives
In addition, the farmers who came to life were also very miserable in the days to come
Mao Yuseok said
Before 1978, the food problem had never been solved
How can the biggest suffering of the farmers be enough to eat?
So how did all this change?
In 1978, the 18 farmers in Anhui Xiaogang Village really couldn't live anymore
They took the risk of sitting in the Communist Party's prison
took the risk of beheading
signed the new death certificate
resisted the Communist Party's regulations
secretly distributed rice to the households
They agreed that if they were caught and killed
other villagers would help to raise their wives and children
Just like in the White Paper Revolution
everyone rushed to the first exit in order to survive
As a result, the whole country responded that the world could not be stopped
The second major event of the reform
is to count the new births of urban households and other private economies
Why do I say new births?
Because at that time, the Communist Party had already
the private economy could not survive
Even small stalls such as shoes and haircuts
were all taken away by the country
And this is related to the so-called Great Revolution
At the end of 1978
the so-called Great Revolutionary Movement in Yunnan, which shook the whole country, broke out
This incident directly opened the curtain of the so-called Great Revolution
The so-called Shanghai Women, who occupied the 7th floor of the Gananba Farm in Xishuangbanna
Qu Linxian's miscarriage
became the spark of this Great Revolution
The news quickly spread throughout the whole farm
The educated youths who came from the people's movement did not stop
and surrounded the private rooms
They all played with their shoulders
and wore black sand or small white flowers
These educated youths buried their dissatisfaction
and reached a turning point in this historical moment
After hanging out with the farm for two days
the educated youths angrily carried Qu Linxian's body
onto the main road to Xishuangbanna, Jinghong, Zhoufu
In the afternoon of December 28
more than a hundred representatives formed a non-participation petition
at the Kwunming train station to protest on the rail tracks
at a distance of two kilometers from the east
This led to dozens of trains that should have been opened by the Kwunming
to be blocked by passengers and freight trains
The rail tracks connecting the Kowloon, King Kong, and Longhai rail lines
were interrupted
The news spread and shook the whole country
Thousands of Kwunming citizens and students
took to the streets
and spoke of Yang Fanglup's presence as an official
That night, a large number of CCP military police opened fire on Yang Fanglup
and were ready to take action
On December 18, the incident was further exposed
It was claimed that Ding Weiming led the second group of
representatives from the Xishuangbanna farm to the scene
At the time, Ding Weiming, who was on high alert
was claimed to have carried a single-carrier over the Nanchang River
On December 27, at the time of the earthquake
26 representatives from Ding Weiming finally arrived in Beijing
They arrived at Tian'anmen Square
and opened two roundabouts along the Jinshui Bridge
Some of them gave speeches, some of them issued leaflets
Their actions attracted the attention of foreign reporters
That night, a foreign radio station broadcasted headlines
that China Yunnan's volunteer group had arrived in Beijing
On February 1, 1979
in the midst of constant protests like a wave of Yunnan volunteers
they finally opened their mouths
They could finally return to their hometown
and return to their parents
Since then, the so-called Great Revolution
has spread rapidly across the country
The Chinese Communist Party's up-and-down movement
had no choice but to announce the end
So, after countless volunteers returned to their hometowns
what did they do for a living?
In addition to those who were gatekeepers, who became cadres
and those who took the place of volunteers
the vast majority of them were self-employed
The so-called self-employed
To put it bluntly, it was the path that the Chinese Communist Party
had paved for the Chinese people
a path of self-employment that was scrapped and destroyed
It was precisely because of this
that China's private economy was able to recover
So, today, the Chinese Communist Party
is going to use all kinds of methods
to re-lock up countless Chinese people
so that these historical reenactments
will be successful
We believe that when people really understand all of this
they will not let it happen again
OK, that's all for today
