the best sparkling wines of 2022.
So let's get started.
Before we start I would like to mention that each of this wine is produced by traditional
method also known as champagne method.
Each of this wine cost less than 60 US dollars and each of this wine reached the score of
And finally watch this video until the end because I'm gonna show you amazing and unique
bottle of champagne.
Have you ever heard about English wine?
What's more have you ever heard about English sparkling wine?
Well, thanks to the amazing weather conditions, fantastic soil that is very similar to champagne
soil and finally amazing grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
Ok, south coast of England producing amazing and incredible value for money sparkling wine.
The first wine I'm gonna show you today is 19 berry classic cuvee.
Wine I know it's pronounced showing aromas of baked apples, pear brioche, white peaches
and almonds.
On the palate a lot of complexity but also at the same time a lot of freshness.
Wine is aged on the list for 3 years.
The average retail price is 60 US dollars and my score is 93 points of 100.
There are many inexpensive and easy drinking sparkling wines produced in Italy such as
Asti, Lambrusco and Prosecco.
But if you are looking for fine bubbles and extraordinary taste you should definitely
try wine called Franciacorta.
This wine is produced in the northern part of Italy in the region of Lombardy.
The second wine is called Bella Vista Grande Cuvee Brut.
Wine on the nose it's also pronounced showing aromas of apricots, white flowers, grapefruit
and also brioche.
On the palate again fantastic complexity, phenomenal balance between sweetness and acidity,
really long finish.
Wine was aged on the list for 30 months.
Average retail price is 40 US dollars and my score is 92 points of 100.
Now we are moving to United States of America and more specifically to Napa Valley as I'm
gonna show you an incredible value for money rose wine produced in Russian River Valley.
This wine is produced by J Vineyards.
Wine on the nose it's pronounced showing aromas of strawberry cream, blood orange, mandarin
and pink grapefruit.
On the palate really refreshing, super fruity but with a lot of complexity.
Wine was aged on the list for 2 years.
Average retail price is 45 US dollars and my score is 91 points of 100.
The next wine is produced by one of the most iconic Spanish wine winery called Raventos
y Blanc founded in 1497.
In 1872 Joseph Raventos created first ever Spanish Sparky wine produced by traditional
method later on called Cava.
In 2012 Raventos family decided to leave the old Cava and create their own strictly defined
appellation called Conca de Rio Anoya.
Their 2020 rosé called Denit now is in my glass.
Wine on the nose it's pronounced showing aromas of white strawberries, brioche, pomegranate
and spring flowers.
On the palate it's super refreshing with a lot of complexity and floral finish.
Wine is aged on the list for 18 months.
The average retail price is 35 US dollars and my score is 91 points of 100.
Now I'm gonna show you the most unusual champagne that I tasted in 2022.
This champagne it's called Brut Nature Pinot Noir Zero Dosage.
Zero Dosage means that was no sugar added but because it's made from 100% Pinot Noir
grey varieties in theory this wine should be called Blanc de Noir but it's not.
This wine is also quite pink in color so should be also called Rosé but it's not.
So I was thinking what about if the Draper family can call this wine Cuivre which means
copper which is regarding to the beautiful color of this wine.
Wine on the nose showing aromas of red currant, strawberry cream, lime zest and peach brioche.
Thanks to malolactic fermentation wine on the palate have amazing balance between sweetness
and acidity and beautiful floral finish.
Wine was aged on the list for 3 years.
The retail price is 56 US dollars and my score is 91 points of 100.
Thank you for watching folks.
I hope you enjoyed.
