And so here are the different formulas that the way the Jiang Zongjing is modifying Guizhou tongue.
So you're going to see that there's a Guizhou Jia Gui Tang, there's a Guizhou Jia Fu Zi Tang,
there's a Guizhou, so there's a Jia means add, so Guizhou plus more Guizhou, Guizhou plus more
Guizhou minus Bai Xiao, Guizhou minus Bai Xiao plus Fu Zi, Guizhou minus Guizhou plus
Fu Ling and Bai Zhu, right, Guizhou minus Bai Xiao plus Xu Shi, which some people replace it
with Fu Zi or something, Mu Li Long Gu and Mu Li Long Gu, right, so Guizhou plus more Bai Xiao.
You see that Guizhou, Jiang Zongjing, like I don't need you to know this formula, I mean,
unless you study Shang Han method, but the idea is that depending on the needs,
then what Jiang Zongjing does is he modulates the dosages of Guizhou tongue,
changing what Guizhou tongue treats, okay. So this is why I'm saying that I just put this
little oil here, this dosage, that might work for later formulas, but Shang Han long formulas,
they are so specific and neat packed that changing the dosages at a whim, you're changing what the
formula treats, right, so it's more, it's very important to pay the dosage and the ratios
in Shang Han formulas. If not, you actually affect the effect and you might wonder why the formula
didn't work. Well, part of it is because your dosages are all incorrect, your ratios are
incorrect. So Guizhou Jia Gui Tang, Guizhou Jia Gui Tang means Guizhou plus more Guizhou,
and when you use that, this is a method to treat bentun from damaged to hard yang.
This is a hard yang method, and the idea is, Jiang Zongjing says, when you use a fire needle,
so some people use fire needle, and you cause a person to sweat, the place where you use the fire
needle, he says, it gets cold, right, when you do the fire needle, that area contracts cold,
and there's this nodule that develops that looks red. He says, Jiang Zongjing, he says,
he says, it's going to become, it will inevitably effuse bentun, right, bentun is going to come out
of this. The chi will come from the lower abdomen, and it will rise and ascend and upsurge into the
heart, right. He says, the nodule that looks red, where you fire needle, that contract the cold,
with one cone on top of it, and then use Guizhou plus more Guizhou.
You're basically adding two more yang of Guizhou, two more yang, right, if you're using a yang as
three grams, then your Guizhou becomes 15 grams, right, 15 grams. So, what happened here is the
fire needle caused all the yang to come outward, caused all your heart blood to come outward,
and now the person gets this bentun, right. So, what happened here is, if you look at the nodule
and you think, oh, it's red, I need to clear heat, that would be a mistreatment, because it's red
because your yang has come separated from your yin. So, what you need to do is warm their heart,
right, treat their heart yang, in order to disperse the cold that is basically trapping
your yang in the exterior, right. So, that's a method of using Guizhou jiagui. I use this from
a lot for anxiety, a lot for nervous system disorders, where a person has palpitations,
bentun, where a person, their heart yang is weak. This is when I use Guizhou jiagui time,
and sometimes you see this, this post-COVID, you see a lot of people have nervous system disorder,
they have a lot of counter flow upward, they have, they're very jittery, they start sweating
just randomly, right, they feel cold, that's when I use Guizhou jiagui, right, and then
there's Guizhou jiafuzi, and Guizhou fuzi is Taiyang disease, where you cause the sweat,
and the sweat just leaked out, the sweat just leaked out without stopping, and the person now
has aversion to wind, they have xiaobiannan, they have urinary difficulties, their limbs are slightly
now tight and contracted, and they have difficulty bending their limbs. Zhang Dongjing says,
in this scenario, the sweat was too much, and you cause an infusion outward, and the interior
weakened, right, so that's when he adds fuzi to it. So you see that both are yang methods,
but in one scenario, it's more about heart yang, Guizhou jiagui time, another scenario is more
about the kidney yang method, and you can actually sometimes have both at the same time,
right, so that's when I combine Guizhou jiagui with Guizhou jiafuzi, when I add fuzi and Guizhou,
or sometimes I use Guizhou plus ruogui and fuzi, right, so this combination,
go a few more of these, I'm not
