Ingredients:-
Butter 110 gm - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Sugar 200 gm - 1 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Lemon zest
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg 2 at room temperature
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 190 gm - 1 cup + 1/2 cup
Baking powder 5 gm - 1 tsp
Milk 120 ml - 1/2 cup
Grease the pan size 22cm with butter
Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 55-60 minutes
