Thanks so much for watching and the support!"
We're going to be taking a tour of this tiny house right here behind me.
It has everything you need inside, king bed, washer-dryer, full bathroom, and it's all
under 500 square feet of living space.
It's charming.
Let's go check it out.
We're in Kingston, Tennessee, about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, at the Tennessee
Farmhouse.
This is a brand new tiny house located on 37 acres of land, and it is just beautiful
here.
You'll drive down the driveway.
It's a really long path that leads to your tiny house, which is set far back, open fields
in the front with the tree line all around you.
It's a beautiful setting, and the tiny house is beautiful as well.
Very typical farmhouse style.
The plans are available down in the link in the description below if you want to build
this exact place, and I think it is a really good layout.
They painted the exterior white, windows all around, a huge front porch here in the front
with these beautiful wood beams, seating on both sides, rocking chairs, and on this side
we have a swinging chair.
You can't have a farmhouse without a swinging chair on the front porch, if you ask me.
This front door is absolutely beautiful, the wood with the windows, and it even has windows
above the door.
I really like the brick that they did with the steps, and it wraps around the entire
foundation of this tiny house.
It looks great.
I think they just did a fantastic job with everything.
If we walk around on this side, they have an included fire pit area with string lights,
the firewood is included, and a couple chairs all around the fire pit for a nice cozy night.
And I can't ask for a better setting for this tiny house.
It is just secluded, it's private, we are really close to town, about a six minute drive
from the grocery store, all the food options, and we're only minutes from Watts Bar Lake.
So, plenty of activities to do around there.
Let's go inside and check it out.
Walking inside, this space is exactly 484 square feet, kitchen, living room, full size
bathroom in your bedroom.
There are two beds in here as well, I'll show you that here in a second.
Very nice size for a tiny house.
It's still under that 500 square foot mark, so very fun being in here.
I love tiny houses.
The first space we walk into is your living room area.
This left side has your couch, very spacious couch.
You can lay down on this couch, take a nap if you want to, it's not that small.
And underneath it, if we open up these cushions, this is where your second bed is at.
So, if you need two beds, if you decide to bring your kids, or if you just really want
to come here with all of your friends, I guess, there are two beds in here.
But we'll close that back up, I don't need the second bed, I like to sit on the couch.
It's surrounded by these really tall windows, nice blinds on them, easy to close and open,
and just beautiful views from out here in these windows.
You don't see another house in sight.
Then you got festive decorations all around here.
Over here we have a record player, and just nice lights all around.
And this all faces your frame TV mounted above the fireplace.
This is a gas fireplace, really easy to turn on.
Can you have a farmhouse without a fireplace?
I don't think so.
And it looks great over here.
And with the TV up above, it all looks seamless and just wonderful.
The table next to the fireplace has a bunch of book options, I'm really liking this one.
This country book, I found it really interesting to read.
This recipe is chickpea coffee, I've never heard of that.
Lots of other book options over here, and this sums up your entire living room space.
There is a lot of room, this probably takes up the majority of the tiny house.
The shiplap on the walls look great as well.
One of my favorite styles of shiplap, if we take a closer look, they keep the gaps in
between each board, and the nail holes are all lined up from the floor to the ceiling,
and it just looks great.
And now we can continue on into your kitchen.
I am seated here in the kitchen, right on their barstool seats on this side of the countertop.
Four of them total, they look really nice, blend right in with the farmhouse style.
Very modern in here if you ask me.
The countertop wraps around all the way over here, plenty of space.
They leave a lot of goodies on the countertop as well.
Tons of snacks.
My favorite were these homemade mini blueberry muffins, there was probably like 20 here.
I ate nearly all of them, a lot of calories I took in on this one day trip here.
They were so good.
So the host made them herself, brings them over here, and it's just a really nice southern
hospitality gesture if you ask me.
Plenty of other options with your coffee supply, they leave hot cocoa with marshmallows and
candy canes.
Very, very nice.
And then there is the classic style refrigerator and stove over here.
Gas burner on top, you can cook stuff in the oven down below.
And then the light blue refrigerator, and there's a couple other light blue options
as decor on these floating shelves above.
Inside the refrigerator though, they leave some farm fresh eggs.
The host said they have some chickens, so that comes directly from the host's little
farm.
Very, very cool.
I'm loving this kitchen.
If we open up this sliding pantry door, in here they have more coffee options, your microwave,
your toaster.
They even leave Cabinlore coffee.
That's my own coffee brand.
They know what's up.
So very cool to see that and just everything in here as well.
Around this, they have a washer and dryer.
So even at less than 500 square feet of living space, they have a lot in here and it doesn't
feel jam-packed at all.
This washer and dryer fits perfectly in this little cubby and they leave all the stuff
you need to start it.
I've been to some Airbnbs where they have washer and dryer and they don't leave anything
to even use it.
So then you'd have to go back out and buy stuff because who brings their own laundry
and detergent and stuff like that.
So I'm glad they leave that here.
And then the last thing in this kitchen is this back door.
This back door leads out into your back deck area.
Just a nice area to come out here if you want to have coffee outside.
There's a couple chairs over here.
So heading back inside, that sums up the kitchen and the living room space.
There is this door and we can walk in here and this is your bedroom.
One thing I do want to point out are the windows above the doors, the transom windows.
I'm loving that.
It's on the front door, the back door, and the door to the bedroom.
It's just that extra little detail that adds so much to the space.
This bedroom is big enough for a king-size bed.
I love an Airbnb's king-size beds because who doesn't like extra space?
And there's even space on both sides to walk around, to have nightlights and nightstands
on both sides.
It is really cool.
The shiplap continues in here.
Really nice, comfortable bedding.
It kept me warm last night.
And this all faces your closets and your en-suite bath.
There is a closet on this left side.
Open that up.
They leave a fan, a bunch of shelves here, and outside of this closet, I forgot to mention
there are two robes here and a spot to place your luggage right up against this beautiful
window.
And now we can walk into your en-suite bathroom.
Very spacious in here as well.
The vanity on your left side right here, they leave a lot of supplies here for you if you
forget any of your stuff.
Very clean and organized in your toilet.
And then behind this is your tiled shower.
Huge glass door right here.
Walk inside, the tiling on the floor is really cool.
And you have your shower head on this right side.
And it's just a nice full bathroom in here.
Clean and bright.
Can't complain.
It being attached to the bedroom.
And that is everything inside of this tiny house.
484 square feet of living space.
If you liked this, the plans are in the link in the description below.
You can see that the original house was yellow, and the roof pitch was a little bit different.
So they did a little bit of customization, and that just shows what you can do with this
space.
If you want to book it, the link is down in the description below.
The hosts are so kind.
This is a cool area, and this is one of the nicer tiny houses I have been to, genuinely.
I could live here if I didn't have two children.
If it was just me and my wife, this would be perfect.
And guys, I hope you're having a fantastic start to the new year.
I hope you keep watching this channel throughout 2024, and guys, I'll see you next week in
another Airbnb video.
