ITALY VLOG: EXPLORING MILAN + A DAYTRIP TO LAKE COMO

What is up you guys? Welcome back to our channel. Today we're coming to you from one of our favorite cities in the entire world, Milan. Being that we are both fashion models, we've spent a lot of time here in the city and we've fallen in love with it. Both of us have been looking forward to this part the most out of this whole European trip we've been doing. We're eating right now at a nice breakfast spot by our Airbnb. And then we are going to take you guys with us around Milan. Yes we are. We're here at the Duomo, as you can see. Look how beautiful it is man. The coolest part is right when you get off the metro here, it's like the best view that you just get. And you see the sky open up. The first time you see it, it's like the best thing in the world. I always remember the first time I saw it. One of the most beautiful things I could not believe it. All right, so this good luck stone over here, people are like lining up right here so they can spin around three times on it. Apparently if you put your heel in the part that's like wore down to dirt right there and spin three times, you get three years of good luck. We're currently in the shopping mall. They have all sorts of stores, every luxury store you can see. Louis Vuitton, Versace right there, I saw Dior, Golden Goose, everything. Ralph Lauren. The crazy part about this place is it's what, seven stories? I don't even know, it's huge though. We're going up escalator after escalator. Yeah, we've already done like four. Yeah, it's like the fifth one. Because we are not here for the shopping, we're here because at the very top there's a great view and even better lunch. I've missed this place so much. This is called Cioccolato Italiani. And this is their specialty, I don't know what she got. I love the pistachio cream. But this right here is what they do. They do these cones, they have three different scoops on it and then they do a swoop of Nutella and then this mini cone is filled with melted chocolate that they have fountains of in there. It's heavenly. As you can see, this thing is freaking beautiful. So beautiful, this is the first time here and he's been to Milan four times. Yeah, first time ever seeing this, so she's showing me new things. Oh, here we go, somebody's about to ask us if we want roses. No, thank you. No, thank you. Well, it is beautiful. Oh god, guys, that went on way longer than what we just showed. And then he tried to give it as a gift. And then he just sat around while we were trying to continue and he was like, So we're here, where the freaking party is at every night without fail in Milan. You come here to the Navigli, big crowds, young people, loud music, aperitivo, dinner, great food. So we found a nice spot to eat. Looks delicious. What did you get? I don't know how to say this pasta, how do you say it? Tagliatelle with zucchini. Crispy zucchini and ham. I got the with risotto. It looks very interesting. That's her way of saying it looks gross. The first time we ever met and hung out was actually right here in this exact spot. First time we ever met, had a conversation in person, crazy. We're gonna relive that, those memories and talk about the whole story over on our Patreon. We're gonna film that right now, but we didn't want to put that here on the vlog. One of the best things that you can do when you're in Milan is take a day trip to Como, Lake Como. Cost 30 euros for both of us? No, it cost 9 euros for both of us. 9 euros? Yeah, well there and back together 20 euros. Okay, 20 euros to go there and back and it takes 40 minutes. So if you're here in Milan, you have to do this day trip to Como and we'll show you exactly why. We're here on Lake Como. We're on a ferry right now because once you arrive at the train station in Como, you can't actually swim in the lake. You have to go to an area where you can lay out and actually swim. Otherwise, it's mostly for boats. So we're on the ferry now, on our way to Pageta Lario. So here we are. We can lay out here in the grass. Should have brought a blanket. Yeah, we should have. She forgot her swimsuit. She hasn't forgiven herself for that yet. I cried about it already. Look at this. I always got to be extra. The rocks on there, it's too rocky for me. It wasn't enough. I see a pathway just for me to jump in straight to the water. That water looks so nice. He's making me jealous. It's cold, refreshing. Nice booty. Hey. Now that is not a bad view with lunch. It's so beautiful here. Amazing. I've got my caipirinha here. It's a Brazilian drink. Coke Zero. Coke Zero. American? I ordered a burger. What did you get? I got a Mediterranean salad. So we're waiting on that. Apparently, we didn't have to sneak onto that boat ramp and have me jump off. You could just swim right here if you just pay for a drink or lunch. But it was fun. The guard got mad at us. He yelled at us. Sold us to get out. Probably going to be an issue when we're going back to that ramp to get back on the freaking thing to go back home. We'll deal with that when it comes. All right, the food just came and mine looks absolutely incredible. This looks delicious. Mine looks like a Caesar salad. This burger looks like it's about to blow my socks off. Are you going to order another drink? This burger? No. Don't say it's the best burger of your life. You won't believe it. One of the best burgers of mine. Entire. Here's the cheese. Frigging light. Why'd you slap the cheese on my face? This is what it looks like after two drinks and a burger. All right, I am awake. I was passed out. Yeah, actually this is not an alcoholic drink. This is a frappe from this gelato spot where we just stopped in here in Como. And they let you pick any flavors of gelato and they mix it up with milk. And I got coconut and coffee and it's literally the best thing ever.
