Today, we are going to teach you how to replace the Mazda remote control battery,
and how to replace the battery on the Mazda smart key.
This smart key needs to be replaced.
We prepared another 3032 battery.
We will also use a small flag.
So the first thing we need to do is to remove the back cover,
the smart key cover.
This is done by pressing the release button at the bottom.
So press the button,
and the back cover will slide down.
Open the cover,
and you will see the key.
Now, if we are looking at this part,
we call it the bottom.
We will keep it like this.
What we need to do is to knock this.
The bottom metal piece here.
We use a small flat-mouthed tool.
The middle part is here.
Just knock it down like this.
After we remove the top metal piece,
what we want to do is to hold it like this.
Facing the middle part,
we can see this space here.
Put your flag in,
and knock the cover open.
Just open it like this.
After we remove the cover,
we have the last small cover here.
This round part,
you can put your flag under it,
and knock it open.
Now we can see the battery here.
There is a small gap here,
so you can put the flag in,
and pick up the battery.
We will pick up our new battery,
and put the new battery facing up.
Then pick up the battery cover,
and put it on.
Then we pick up the outer cover,
and notice that there is a gap here.
Align the gap,
and put it on.
Close the cover.
Make sure the cover is closed tightly.
Then we can put the top part back.
There are two gaps here.
Align here,
and here.
Align it, and put the cover on.
Like this.
Then we can continue
to put the last cover on.
Make sure that
the cover is closed tightly.
That's it.
Changing the remote control battery is easy,
