Strawberry Milkshake Cocktail

What's better than an alcoholic milkshake? We're going to start with some white chocolate here, going to melt it in the microwave in 15 second intervals. We're going to use this to garnish our mug here. So we're just going to dip it in the chocolate. And then we've got these red sprinkles here. We'll dip the mug in that as well. You could use white sprinkles here, anything you like. We'll set that mug in the fridge while we prepare the rest of our ingredients. Now we're going to make a homemade whipped cream. Just add some heavy cream to a bowl, half a cup, teaspoon of vanilla extract, whip that up. Just like that, you've got whipped cream. Sweeten it up with some powdered sugar, a third of a cup, incorporate that. I'm going to add this to a piping bag so we can pipe it onto our boozy strawberry milkshake when it's ready to go. You could just spoon it on top if you don't have the piping bag, no big deal. Set that in the fridge. So now to our blender, we're going to add our strawberry ice cream. I'm going to add two and a half cups or five scoops of strawberry ice cream. If you want to tone down the alcohol flavor, you could add another scoop of ice cream for three cups total of strawberry ice cream. And this is going to yield two milkshakes. So now I've got my rum chata here, I'm going to add half a cup of rum chata, Baileys Irish Cream, a quarter cup of that, and then I've got some white rum, I'm going to add an ounce of that. You could use a flavored vodka, anything you like. Some fresh strawberries in there, and just blend that up. Good minute or so, make sure it's blended well. Got a little garnish here, fresh strawberry, going to make some cuts in this. You don't want to cut all the way through the strawberry, because we want to fan this out on the plate.
