Somewhere in the south of France, nice, Monaco & Plage Mala

Welcome back to my channel and welcome to the first episode in my European travel diaries 2024. We're starting off in Nice, France. This is actually our second destination of the trip, but I'm gonna do Paris combined at the end and explain all of that. But we did take a five-hour train from Paris to Nice to start off our South of France leg of our journey. This was definitely one of my favorite parts of the trip, so I hope you enjoy all of these little moments that I was able to capture. Oh, cute. One thing I really loved about Nice and didn't know beforehand, maybe it's common knowledge, but the old Nice section of Nice is so stunning and all of the buildings are really close together and you can kind of see like the light, the natural sunlight is kind of blocked off by the layout of the city and it kind of creates this like sort of diagonal alley type of feel. I really loved this part of Nice and it was kind of like cozy but kind of also like eerie in a way. Everything was really close together, like everything was really narrow, so like when you're walking through the streets the outdoor seating is like right there and it kind of creates this like close feeling which I kind of really liked. Skipping rocks on rocks. Okay. And these, oh cute. We should go here. Okay. My full face takes like 10 minutes, but I'm like if we see famous people there, I want to be them. You want to be Charles Leclerc. I want to be okay for Lando Norris. Yes. I like randomly got on F1 TikTok like a week ago and that's all I know. You know, I think I like noticed that because I think you, you like reposted something about Lando once. Was that you? Did I? Wait, I swear you didn't. I was like whoa, like she's an F1 girl. Maybe you were accidentally. I gotta check my repost now. Okay, I need to check that. Is that the Kofi one? Yes. I love it. Are they all by South Asian? Yes, I think South Asian or just straight up Indian because it says Kofi. Yeah, okay, I thought too. It's made in Germany though. Okay, so getting to Monaco, we took the local train, which was fine for this day, but you'll see it like messed us up as a group. At later times, we had a couple of instances where our entire group was not able to get onto the train because it was so packed. Also, I'd like to just mention we went during Grand Prix weekend. The day we actually went was the qualifiers and the next day would have been like the Grand Prix, but yeah, so the local train is there. You can just go to the train station and get tickets from there. I knew we were going to Monaco, but again, I was like not too sure exactly what we would do there, but again, it ended up being something that I really enjoyed and it was such a lovely day and it was cool to see like everyone involved with like F1 related things and just to like see some of the racing from like a really far distance. Again, like such a stunning place. Everything was so pretty and like the colors and the architecture were just beautiful and then the entire day, we could just hear the race cars. It was very nice and I really enjoyed this day. First gelato! Go! We could. I thought today was going to be cold, but now I'm like worried. Next one, I think. Make a simpler wish. We know someone who owns a boat. Yes, you're so close. You like go over the edge. I'm like oh shit. Good thing is I think I ended up right there. You could go to the park next time. I don't know if this is like a weird comment to make, but I really liked the travel or tourist culture of Nice, but just being able to like go on a day trip and then come back, get dinner like kind of close to the beach and then head to the beach afterwards to just like relax. I just thought that was very nice and this time around we were traveling like very often within our trip, but I definitely envision how it still would have been nice to just, you know, base in Nice and then take a bunch of day trips all along the French Riviera and like not really get bored. I really liked Nice for that. Wait, watch out, watch out. Look away. Look away. Put some sunglasses on. Put your eyes on. I'm getting ready to go to bed. Keeping rocks can irritate a goat so much. I need a cover. Don't do that. What was that? That was so aggressive. No way. Does he do the pose? There we go. She's a professional. Look at what happens. Look at these structures. When in France, eat Asian food That's what we've been taking I got crystalline water And then the star of the show Tiramisu Four little individual ones for all of us Once she grabbed one, I was like So then I got raspberries And I'm going to try this Orangina A water because we're very dehydrated Sour vinegar chips And this risotto that is TBD Bye now Where is it? There are so many different ones, but this is the most I want That looks good That was so satisfying I do, I can try We could just bring that pasta over there, don't you? I was thinking about that Wow You know France, Italy buds Bon appetit So the next day, we all lost our heads a little bit And went on a bit of a shopping spree A couple of us had a few things in mind that we were looking for And then somehow found that and more Wasn't expecting to actually do most of my shopping in Nice I knew I wanted to shop a little bit But I was thinking either Florence or Paris But Nice ended up being the place that we all shopped This was just a nice, chill day Of just hanging around the city Oh my gosh, this looks horrendous How do we feel? Eat it, eat it, eat it Is there a knife? Can I borrow it? Communal knife Okay guys The long-awaited Nice haul is here And when I tell you that Nice just absolutely took us for everything we have It really did How long did we shop for? We left at 10? We got back at like 4.45 So we shopped with these shorts I really like that they don't have a little tie So shout out those Then I got this shirt That is a Hot Wheels shirt, I won't lie Then we have this Billie shirt Shout out the new album, so good This pink shirt from Uniqlo, it's so soft And then, last but not least The big kahunas that we have all been waiting for I know you have that to receive They came through How cute! Can you believe? They are so beautiful Okay, from Uniqlo I got the same shirt But I got it in green And then I got a white one Because it's a staple I got this perfume from the pharmacy It's called, it's like Giambre Rouge But I think it's supposed to be like Ginger Rouge I can't tell And then my favorite thing that I got Was I wasn't going to get something from Zara Yeah, I saw it We were like, we're okay We're fine We're doing fine We don't need it And then we walked down to the lower level That was a problem But I've been wanting like this cute vest Like something like this for a long time We've got this like corally pink little dress This is a very Sofia dress It's very Sofia in a dress And then I've been looking for a cardigan like this Actually all winter So I'm glad I found it in the depths of summer It's this crew neck little thing All the girls are wearing crew neck cardigans It's very spring which I really like They just cut us off I can just see this New York summer like Erin's dress I think I'm really convinced you're awesome Yeah, it's like an active wear material I like it I've been loving this like high neck sort of deal So The color is so like Yeah I feel like it looks really good on my skin tone I did get lotion What scent is it? It's just less thick Oh, it's less thick smell It doesn't really have a smell I feel like it's better if it doesn't have a smell This top which I really really like It has like two ties There's two ties And then last but not least Drum roll please This dress from Zara It's so beautiful And it's so pretty I love the details on it It's so beautiful Okay I got this green skirt Oh, you did get a green skirt Oh my gosh I like never wear skirts this long ever so Good change So good I got this shirt Because it's really soft and cute I also got The exact same thing as Sofía but in white Oh, I love this I got sunscreen lotion because I was running out I got concealer I love your variety I got shoes Wait, everyone hold your breath This color is epic I can't get over it I'm gonna wear them everyday Watch out everyone for us on the streets On the streets With our fits Shout out Nice See you later Do I got it?
