(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Borussia Dortmund - Darmstadt
And Marco Reus' iconic number dominates the yellow wall.
A thank you to a man of this city who leaves undoubtedly a Borussia Dortmund legend.
Some room to grow but overall it's a different story playing Bundesliga compared to the second.
Off and so nearly in.
Sancho with the cutback and the effort against the bar.
But it just runs away from Chazula and Adeyemi.
He tries to spring up the pitch. Look at this turn of pace.
We know he's quick.
Volkrug.
Back to Adeyemi.
Brilliant ball out to Jadon Sancho to keep the move alive and threatening.
And the shot against the bar from Savica.
Reus.
That's enough!
Special from the young fullback.
It might be the final home game for him.
Having joined on loan from Chelsea.
But that is some sign off.
It is Marco Reus.
Fitting farewell.
Those in the stands were here to witness the moment.
Marco Reus scored in his last game at Zingale Duna Park.
You just knew it.
Unbelievable.
It's just unbelievable.
This is a story just fitting for a guy like him.
For a personality like him.
Can he deliver again?
Expectation in the air.
Reus!
And he did go for that far post.
See all these little passes.
Not really unnecessary.
Brilliant.
What a goal!
From out of nothing.
The patience of Borussia Dortmund.
And the penetration just to get through that Darmstadt back line.
Sancho into Julian Brandt.
And that is some strike from the substitute.
It's time to say goodbye to Zingale Duna Park.
For Marco Reus.
Shifted on by Hummels.
Schlotterbeck.
Marlon. Great pass into Daniel Marlon.
Will he get his shooting angle?
It's a brilliant finish against the post.
And he'll turn in the rebound.
And Borussia Dortmund.
With Wembley in their sights.
Are finishing the campaign with a flurry of goals against Darmstadt.
And there is the final whistle.
On Marco Reus' home farewell.
And my word he delivered.
Powerful moments.
As Marco Reus heads up to the yellow wall.
Thank you.
