DC trip 2024

all right we have arrived at Washington DC in front of the waterfall Mary National Museum and there are also other people have come before us more and more people will come this is our group a group from Boston this is National Museum of the American Indian now we're heading over to the other side to do the practice to the exercise all right so they are all the petitioner from different places that come before us already and some of them are already sitting down relaxing some of them doing the exercise on this side yeah we're gonna do exercise on this side I don't know which state that's from but probably all over the place and there are people outside already setting up banners this is our group over here all right so we are going to do the exercise all right we just finished doing the exercise and now if you want you can do the meditation the other group over there is doing the meditation now you can see the park is piling with people from all over the place all over the place this is just a small crowd later on it will get bigger and more and more practitioner will come so we finished the exercise meditations now you can see that a lot of people has come to the gathering this side we got water here ready for us in case get too hot so please come out and get in position so the key is that we are in the sun a lot of wind we are ready to march with a banner we are picking up the banner see that banner there everyone please get into position now we already have some VIPs here so the rally may be starting a little bit early so please come out onto the National Mall please get into position right now so please please come out let's get the rally started please start moving right now please everyone come out to the National Mall please come and take your positions right now please that's a long banner right there we need like 20 or 30 people we also need people please come and help us hold these banners behind us we need more people behind we still banner I will hold this year but those long banners please come out to the National Mall please move into position right now alright so the Chinese count yeah it's very windy today so so we still need more young people to hold these banners on my right please we need young strong people to come and hold these banners on the right please move into position right now we need more people to get these banners that is and also at the very back so please move into position we need people to come and take these banners and get into position right now please this is the center so I am already in position and I got myself a banner already this is carry a big one so it's five of us here carrying this big banner alright this is our banner Hong I don't know the last two characters we are marching in about 15 more minutes everyone is getting into position so this is the Tango marching band they gonna march in the front with that banner there in about few minutes this is our front line over there you can see the flags the flags who march in front of the marching band so now we are marching out onto the street with the banner Tango already down after this group it will be our turn big group of banners still waiting to march the small one go first and then the big one in the back so it's about half an hour went by already and we still have a long line waiting I am still waiting could be another 15 minutes before I get to go out alright so finally it's our turn to march that is the last line we gonna march down this street right here now another group is marching behind us it's gonna be a half an hour march about a mile a little bit more than a mile since we walking slow so it could be half an hour alright so I have reached the end of my march I recollect the poster banner here and there are still more people coming so we have just a little more people left in the back there and that will be the end of the march now we are gonna gather for lunch and after that we gonna do some resting and maybe around 7 we have a group exercise again alright and so this is where we break for lunch we got a table with watermelon and water there we go we sit next to the watermelon after a hot tiring then we get to eat watermelon hopefully it's sweet there you go the local petitioner is helping us out with the watermelon so we have water we have watermelon and we have lunch this is where everyone gather to have lunch beautiful day at DC weather is 90 but it feels like 75 feels very good alright so after the lunch break we gathering here under the shaded tree and some people learn reading the fa to their phone some people do the exercise some people meditate some people just relax and some people just enjoy the park and we are waiting for after this we gonna do virtual light candle we gonna light up the candle after this and here is the place where we see petitioner from all over the places alright this section here Boston, Atlanta North Carolina and Connecticut most of the people here that's where they from this section here is for the people that from DC, Ohio and Arkansas this section here is for New Jersey, Chicago, Texas Kentucky, Indiana, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh so this group is quite big quite big group over here this is Vietnamese petitioner reading Vietnamese John Fallon that is where we gonna do virtual light candle the yellow mat already put down that's where we sit this is a little bit different this spot is a lot better than the more shade they staging up that preparation it is 6.30pm in Washington DC and we are having dinner right now the last meal before we gonna do the candle light virtual and some people have other activity like do the exercise some people help with the setup over there and they are staging staging area for the camera crew to take pictures all right we are at here and doing the exercise it is 7 I think it is 7 already 7.48pm almost 7.50pm we are gathering here to do the exercise and then we light up the candle so I am standing somewhere in the middle and in front of us is a monument so it is 8 o'clock at Washington DC and we are taking our seats already right over here long long long so it is 8.25pm and I have got my candle here we gonna light up the candle pretty soon everyone has a candle inside cup all right it is night time already and so we are holding up the candle everyone is holding up the candle this is to remember our fallen petitioner all right so the ritual candle is already finished now we are bringing stuff back all right so everything is all done for the day it is almost 10 o'clock we heading back to the bus bus is waiting over the other side all right so back to our bus there are a lot of buses let's see this bus is gonna take everyone of us back to where we belong back home ok all right we are back on the bus where we started it all right so we are back on the bus going back to Boston outside is already dark now we just waiting for everyone to be on board then we take off
