Living by the Seafront in Mallorca! €19.800.000 Villa Tour

Hi guys, welcome back to our YouTube channel and another Mallorca tour today with this stunning beauty right in front of the sea in Cala Lamp in Antrax. It's the closest we've ever been to the sea when it comes to a home. I hope you will enjoy detailed drone shots. All right smash that like button if you enjoyed the intro. Ladies and gentlemen as you can see we are as close as it gets to the sea here in Antrax in Cala Lamp and that is the street entrance. Here you would come with your car and park it and to be honest this would be the best car parking position you'd probably ever have because if your car's high enough you have a panoramic view out to the sea. How cool is that? Now obviously you can take the elevator right down to the lowest level because we have one, two, three levels to discover or take the staircase which I'm going to do right now. Now this would be the main entry into the house. We've got a lounge chair hanging from the ceiling, the stone clad and already the ambience that is setting for an amazing tour. The main door. Let's go inside. Oh wow. Okay so you walk into the house and you are immediately greeted with picture windows and literally a picture frame of a stunning view of the sea and the bay. I love it. Now let me talk about the layout real quick. We have six bedrooms, 627 square meters of built area, three floors and on this one we have three bedrooms. So let's start with two of them just there. Come on. Of course we have an elevator landing that connects all three floors for those lazy people. A door that closes down the space just here with the hidden hinges and the soft clothes. You know standard quality. An office just here and two bedrooms. The main one and the smaller one just there. Let's start with this one. Of course we have a little closet set up here and just to know this is the smallest room on this level. It's basically for your child because it's also closest to the main master. So in case you want to be closer to your parents or your parents want to be closer to your child this is the perfect room. Bed setup is right here. Of course it's en suite. So let's jump into the bathroom real quick. Natural stone one sink vanity set up here. Hansen gruer taps and fittings. The drawers just underneath with the soft clothes. A toilet and funny enough this is the first time we actually see an inner house Patrick. One of these toilets for those pissoirs. Pretty cool. Shower is also present and best of all. Should i jump out to the terrace Patrick? Okay we can. Because this location of the house as I said at the beginning is priceless. It's literally front line sea and the views do not get better than this. Nothing that obstructs it. And already from bedroom number one we are mind blown by the view. The bay is filling up with boats. The restaurant is turning up its music. The food's being fried. The atmosphere is being built up. Amazing. Let's continue. This would be bedroom number two. One of two main ones on this level. I just want to point out the hidden hinges in the doors and the closing magnetic system installed as well. And of course the walk-in closet which we have present here with a lot of cupboards. Maybe we're gonna have to blur that painting out Patrick. But it is a quite nice one to look at. Now we have a little console for your socks here. A mirror set up. Pocket doors that close down this space. Or opens that up to the main bedroom. Spacious double height ceiling. Little lounge bed just there. TV set up. Gorgeous views outwards. I'm gonna be repeating that a lot so I hope you guys don't get bored. Bed in the middle. Bedside tables just there. Nicely laid out with rug. And of course natural floor. Anyways let's continue. We have an ensuite bathroom just here with a Victoria and Albert bathtub. They are amazing. We actually seen a lot of these in Marbella from ARC when they built homes to use Victoria and Albert bathtubs. And they give 30 years guarantee. So these things are for life. One sink vanity set up with the natural stone. As we see throughout as well on the floor. Big mirror set up. Doors are just there. And of course slightly more hidden here. We have the bidet, toilet and the shower. Now that sums up bathroom number two in bedroom number two. Which is as I said one of the two masters in this house on this floor. So let's continue to the other one which is at the other side of the home. Before we proceed to showing you master bedroom number two. There's also a laundry room just here. I just wanted to point that out. Of course here we have a cupboard to drop your jackets when you just walk in through the main door. Open shelving for your glasses as I just put mine there. Keys etc. And here a nice and private bedroom number two when it comes to masters. Now bed is right in the center. We've got a nice rug laid out. It's comfortable to walk on. As I said the natural floor, the wood is continuous in all the bedrooms on this floor. We've got this floating desk set up as well here for you to either work or put on makeup. Drawers and cupboards are present here. You know for you to drop your fancy clothes or put them on just before you head over to Port Antrax for a nice drink. Light fixtures dangling down. A nice easy chair just there. And of course up front we have the ensuite bathroom with a two sink vanity set up. Now the Hansen grow taps and fittings. Everything's very qualitative. Drawers just underneath. Big mirror set up. Of course divided here with the pocket door is the bidet, pissoir and toilet. I just find that name so funny. Pissoir? I think it's called pissoir. I don't know if it is. The first time I hear pissoir but it does make sense. Here we have in the walk-in shower with a bench and funnily enough when you sit on the bench they made a wall opening just up front from where you can see the sea and actually enjoy the view whilst you're showering. So that is pretty thoughtful. Bathtub is right here. Needless to say you lie here you still got the views. Yes it's all about the views. Now let's continue right. Did I do mention that there's a pocket door here Patrick? I mean you did now. I think I did at the beginning. Anyways pocket door is present and that's basically it with the first floor. We've covered it entirely. Now let's take the elevator down to the main living floor and see what it has. These like metallic slots and much more. See you downstairs. Now this is the ground floor. At the ground floor I would like to show you the kitchen dining area first which is just there. So do follow up. Here we have a nice selection of alcohol. Always a fan of that. You know you can pick a wine, some bourbon, some whiskey, go outside on your terrace which is stunning. Breathe in the sea air and continue with your philosophical thinking. Now here we have the kitchen dining area. Now of course the kitchen island is centered. It is a very big one with the bar desk just up front. Smart sockets hidden here by Bachmann which is also very convenient. The induction is placed on this side which is a little bit questionable because I would be loving to look at that view. But then again just to you know not have the view always in perspective. It's not so bad. The extractor is inbuilt here by Pando which also serves as open shelving. Backdrop is also the natural stone that we have seen before. And here we have the Miele appliances below and above. Fridge present as well here for your glasses shelf. And of course more soft clothes and all the shelves are also present. Another sink here and I'm just going to open a few of these because this is the you know washing machine. It's not a washing machine. It's a dishwasher. It's a washing machine for your dishes which is very conveniently placed if you think about it because usually they're much lower. So you have to bend down each time and this is in the height of your hands. Smart. Right Patrick? Yes. We don't see that often do we? Especially for a tall person to bend so much is no fun. Exactly and we do not see them often do we? So high? No. Lately more but still it's missing. Yeah recessed in lighting to illuminate the space and here we are at the dinner table and as you can see one two three four five six people are going to be facing the gorgeous unfolding views while four people are going to be staring at you. Little lounge place here. Now imagine this you sit down here take your binoculars and you look out to the bay and then you take your boat magazine and you try to figure out which boat you're actually looking at and who is on the boat or which one you would like to purchase. Exactly. Living in a home as this I'm sure you can also afford a big yacht. Nice light fixtures dangling down. You can also see here the staircase that leads down to the ground floor with the dangling light fixtures from above giving a great sense of depth. Bench to sit down on in case you do get tired and once again Marcel Ramos magazines here. Mr. Lifestyle present in the home as well. Dedicated vendors. Top real estate agent. Now coming back to this section we have the staircase that leads down to the lowest level. We'll come there. Here's the elevator landing I came in from and just there an awesome tv room laid out with natural wood on the floor big carpet and of course these gigantic couches. I love getting lazy and really getting comfortable so having a big couch as such to just chill and lie in all sorts of you know positions is always a bonus. Light fixture dangling down we've got the air conditioning slot just above some coffee tables. Thick rugs to walk on. You know the thicker they are the more expensive they are. Console just here and the tv set up there. Best of all before we go out that way we also can close the space down for more privacy to just really come in here and binge a couple of Maro Brothers Mallorca tours if you haven't yet do so. Now this is the winter garden that is completely closed down. We've got the wooden beams above glass sliding doors that you can close the space down so even in winter this is a nice oasis. Sit here, read a book, enjoy that timeless view just up front or jump into your own swimming pool. Now if you're wondering when are we going to cover this area we will at the end so hold your horses because we still have a lot to show you in this home with 627 square meters of built area. So let's go! Here we have a guest toilet so let's just walk in very quickly Patrick with the same qualities and materials that we have seen in the other bathrooms which i'm always very happy to see because they don't spare a penny when it comes to the guest toilets toilet and the piss wall there. We'll have to verify or do let us know in the comment section if it's actually called a piss wall because we're very curious. Now to create more privacy before you enter you can close the space down completely and find yourself in another big bedroom. What's up Patrick? Yeah maybe you want to mention the track lights. Yeah you've got the recessed in lighting with a sensor so it illuminates automatically. The same we will now see in this space we should see exactly which is your walk-in closet with a lot of space cupboards drawers hang your clothes and then walk to your own suite bathroom. I really like this because if you just go back you have a separating door you walk in you can close this which is good about this is that it also separates the bedroom so if your partner has to wake up early he wakes early he just closes it down takes a shower get dressed. Let's show them where they could take a shower and get dressed in pure solitude. Right here got the shower set up just in there as we have seen previously before with the shampoo niche the towel heater this thing i'm not gonna say it again toilet love it and this kind of feels like choco on the walls i said choco choco are the windows usually choco is the plastering that we do have here one sink vanity here more of a rippled drawer which is slightly different to the ones we have seen before and yeah everything is here as it should be so i'm gonna close this door and open the pocket door into bedroom number four of this house let's go i would love to point out the ceiling height here i'm 183 and i presume we have three meters 20 maybe three meters 50 three and a half meters so the ceiling height is great the volume and dimension of the bedrooms are also superb got the light fixtures dangling down the bed right here tv setup nice rug and once again the natural planks of wood on the floor and here one of these lounge beds from piet bond where you can come and simply lounge and enjoy doing nothing desk to work from if you do have to work it's the opposite of literally what i just said and a gorgeous terrace up front where you can lounge chill have your morning coffee sit here enjoy the afternoon breeze watch the sunset because the sun actually sets right in front of me behind the hill we've got cliffs all around a dramatic beautiful scenery or jump into the swimming pool or jump into the swimming pool this is the wall that divides this section with the winter garden we've literally just seen this one is also covered with the wooden panels and the pergola right there by the way you can take the staircase up to the main entry level and obviously exit the property and taking the stairs down you come to a lower section we'll cover later now ladies and gentlemen let's continue the tour we've seen the first floor with three bedrooms the laundry we've seen this level with the kitchen dining area and a big bedroom now let's go to the last floor to show you what it holds you'll be surprised let's go all right lowest level i'm very excited you're immediately greeted by buddha just there and to the right a gym let's look now definitely one of those gyms with more machinery where you can actually do proper workouts got no bench setup this multi-task rack you can do deadlifts chest workout triceps workout here it's too heavy for me rowing machine and a stepper and of course a window from where you can exit jump right into the pool after a nice sweaty session now pilates setup is just there kind of boring to be honest you know why it's boring pilates itself not but i would take that mat i would have said yoga pilates you need the machine okay so yoga take the mat go outside onto the terrace with the view when the sun is setting and do your exercise then and there that's a pretty cool idea yeah much better let's continue that's the corridor which i came from these doors close down completely or open up to your independent sort of apartment let's start with the lounge area that we have here couch rug laid out tv setup wooden paneling indirect lighting just above recessed in spotlights open shelves here and just around the corner here we've got a little kitchen net setup as well although this is the lowest level it really doesn't feel like a basement due to the various amount of windows lighting the space up and the ceiling height which is still quite tall i think this is 2 meters 20 at least elevator landing storage room and here we have the guest bathroom let's quickly have a look we've got the one sink vanity setup from the same store what i didn't point out last time is that it has this sort of waterfall feature meaning that the entire sink has been carved into the slab of natural stone drawers just underneath toilet and this thing that i don't know if i should call it the way we are calling it this one yeah this one and soft close here perfect we also have a lot of this throughout as well just adding to the elegance the baseboards now this would be the independent sort of two bedroom area so let me show it to you we have bedroom one and two let's start with this one cupboards just to the left a little lounge area just here what's actually missing is a tv because it looks like it's facing the wall for a purpose bed setup and this working desk and of course a terrace where you can go outside and this glass sliding doors to you know enter and exit the space from and again to the swimming pool as well and to the swimming pool from every bedroom basically you can go to the swimming pool even from the main floor you can jump into it that's not advice don't do it but theoretically you can do it now just here we have bedroom number two with a double bed setup as you can see that is using one continuous bed frame and of course another lounge area the desk here and this stunning view even from the bedroom in the basement let me show you what i'm talking about because it's so worth it got the stone clad wall from the swimming pool the manicured garden and to see right up from the cliffs i just i love it the views are just mind-blowing here the stack is here also leads to a shower and a sauna with absolutely epic views sunbed and the staircase that leads up to the first floor or the main entry level superb let's continue there's a wallpaper feature from right to left from floor to ceiling as well and just here we have a little walk-in closet for your clothes i mean this quite tight but spacious enough for you to drop your summer clothes in here that's all you will need t-shirt flip-flops and swimming shorts and you're good to go we have two things here one on the right and one on the left with the same qualities and the same style and design just here the shower cave i call it shower cave because you literally walk into it as if it would be a cave here we would have the vanity setup number two the big mirror and actually patrick when you look in the mirror i know no no not that you can see yourself but the mirror reflects the mirror that reflects the mirror and you have like this cordelian loop did you see it did you see it or not this is trippy somebody knows some fancy stuff yeah piss war is also super fancy toilet and bidet and a nice little niche here with the indirect lighting i have to say a little bit more french piss war this is the piece wash i close the store are we leaving you just leave it dominic i just love the hidden hinges and doors so elegant automatic lighting that pops up and that is it with this level ladies and cliffs the houses the yachts i mean you can literally touch the water if you wanted to and that's how awesome it is and yeah that's it you throw a stone into it but with this stunning view i would
