So we're parked up here on a farm.
Just outside of the Santa Rita hot springs. Kurt made me drive down here on this road. It was
terrible. But now we are walking down to the hot springs. We're gonna go check it out.
Kurt's been waiting on this for two months guys. Since um crab boil crab pot or whatever
it was hot springs in California. This is a good day for Kurt.
A tiny video camera that is awesome. It's called a pocket because clearly it's tiny like it fits
in a pocket. Shoots in 4k. Has a gimbal on it. It's so cool. It really is. It's way better.
It's made by the people that make uh the drones. So it's very high quality and it's just tiny.
It's really tiny and it has a screen on it. I'm watching on it right now.
We're over here along this wall where the uh where the warmer water comes out.
And so it makes for a real nice backrest. And then my feet right here have a couple big boulders
right in front of them. So I kind of use that to wedge them in different ways to get my relax on
properly. I got these nice big palm trees there and the boulders there. So this pool will hold
probably about 20 before it starts getting really crowded. So a couple people could hang out over
in there three or four. Two or three or four could hang out over here. Three or four could hang out
over there. And then around the corner there's another little sort of hidden spot. I'll show
you in a minute where some people can hang as well. And although not the warmest, I think this
is my favorite spot. This is where the waterfall water falls over the edge. And it's kind of a nice
little almost semi-private little area back in there. So if the hot tub's full you can kind of
still step away and you can still look over that wall and see that river. And that's pretty as well.
So just what maybe a hundred feet from the little hot springs area.
Got this cool little table area under this cool canopy of trees. Awesome little benches to sit on.
So we're gonna have a little snack. They have a palapa. Yep, a palapa. But it's occupied by a
cool little family with lots of cute little kids. But Kurt is ruining this vlog. But I'm not gonna
let him. I'm determined. This will make the video. So there, Kurt.
Hey darling, can I tell you what's been on my mind? Sick and tired of the nine-to-five in the
city life. Hey darling, we could get out of town. See the beautiful world around. Wanna see it now?
Bags and get in that car. Leave a little note and we'll drive real far.
Let's get out, we can leave this city. Let's drive to the open air. Yeah, the countryside is so pretty.
With the wind blowing it back someday. Baby, don't you understand that we only get one life.
It's our lucky day guys. They're working on the road in front of us. Maybe it's not as bad as
when we came in. We're in a construction zone. Let's see how it goes. He had to turn around. He's
got to go figure out how to get out of our way. Looks a little smoother right through there.
All right, we'll see. You know we're gonna have a really good time. Driving in the middle of the
night when the stars are bright. Bags and get in that car, but it won't drive real far.
Let's get out, we can leave this city. Let's drive to the open air. Yeah, the countryside is so pretty.
With the wind blowing it back someday. Baby, don't you understand that we only get one life.
I want to make it count honey. Let's get out, we can leave this city. Let's drive to the open air.
Yeah, the countryside is so pretty. With the wind blowing in your hair.
Look back someday. Baby, don't you understand that we only get one life. I want to make it count honey.
Come now and take my hand. Yeah, we only get one life. I want to make it count now and take my hand.
You know me, so I walk out to the van to get my headphones and I look down and about two or
three blocks down the road is the beach. So I have to walk down there and check it out and I
walk by this Mackin RV park and so what happens is they have these huge plapas you can back your
RV in up to the beach and they're covered and then behind it it's got like a patio and a deck
so it sits out right overlooking the beach. So they're about 20 foot wide and there's about
30 of them along there. Some of them have built more permanent structures. They even have like
a little water tank on top or whatever but it's a super cool campground. I'm sure it's probably all
taken by seasonal or full-time travelers but it's the windsurfing beach and so there are like
dozens of people out there windsurfing or paragliding or whatever you call it and I mean
there's just all different colorful like flags in the wind so you definitely have to walk down
we are going somewhere new tonight
only a few of us can share
and this road gives me all I wanna have but we gotta keep on moving
to watch the dream to anywhere somewhere tonight my side so we're in I believe it's called Lost
Gorillas. We stayed here for a couple nights and got some editing done and uh it's just a neat
little town a lot of little charm a lot of wind uh wind the wind kiting and parasailing and all
that stuff is real popular here and something else that's really popular here is those little
four runners four wheelers and razors and quad runners and all those types of things those little
gas powered vehicles they drive them everywhere here they go on the beach they handle the rocky
roads they drive them in town and they're I think they're not only fun here but they're very
utilitarian and so uh but anyway today is moving day and so we're headed to La Paz which means
swim with the whale sharks so I'm pretty excited about that we're gonna watch the sun come up
we're gonna stir make some breakfast and get on the road so now that I'm seeing these rays
jump out here and I can hear them you can hear a distinct noise when it doesn't sound quite like
the waves crashing and last night we pulled in I heard that noise and I just thought it was the
waves it was completely dark so we couldn't see anyway but I bet it was these rays just
jumping around and playing around out there look at that if you like this video be sure to hit the
