This is Strong Kids Episode #2. In this episode, I completed 600 reps. 100 were handstand push-ups, 200 were sit-ups, and 300 were squats.
I did it in thirteen minutes and fifty second, which is one rep every 1.3 seconds. If anyone has any workout challenges for me, please comment below. Please subscribe!

Hey guys, I'm back for Strong Kids episode 2.
So this video, I'll be doing 10 rounds of 10 handstand pushups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 squats.
I know I've been doing a lot of handstand pushups in my videos,
but it's because I'm training for a world record.
If you haven't seen that video, I'll post the link in the description.
Definitely check it out.
So I'll go over the exercises, and I will be timing it on this phone.
So if you want to see the time, just look here. It will be there.
I'll just click go when I begin.
So for the exercises, handstand pushup, you've probably already seen it.
Pretty simple. I go into a handstand, and I do a pushup.
So I'll be doing 100 of those.
And then sit-ups, I'll just walk backwards.
I'll sit down. I have a pillow on the yoga mat so it doesn't hurt my collarbone and back area.
I'm doing the CrossFit version, so I'll go in a butterfly stretch.
I'll go down, I'll touch the floor, come up, touch the floor.
So I'll be doing 200 of those.
And then for the squats, I just go, go, stand, just be in a standing position,
and then just squat.
One, two, three, four.
I'll be doing 300 of those.
So let's get right into it.
Okay.
Five, four, three, two, one, go.
Okay.
I'm going to get right into first set.
I'm going to try and get my head to touch the ground.
Seven, eight, nine, ten.
Okay.
Now I've done squats.
Okay.
Five more.
Okay.
13 minutes, 50 seconds.
It's like 600 reps in about 700, give or take, seconds.
I'll take that.
So this has been Strong Kids, episode two.
Hope you guys enjoyed.
See you next time.
