24 Hours Eating ONLY at Wawa Gas Station | BEST SANDWICHES!

hey guys this Mike Chen the place I'm going for dinner tonight may seem a little unusual especially if you're like me and you've only known this place as more of a gas station convenience store than anything else I am here at Wawa like I said when I lived in New York Wawa was really just a place I stopped by to get gas maybe a drink but it's apparently way more than that because Wawa actually first started out as a dairy company then they added a food market then they added the gas component and at least here in Florida I don't know about the other states it's a food institution people come here for breakfast they come here for lunch for dinner there's all this seating outside where you can enjoy your food and it's open 24 hours a day I think this going to be fun let's go grab some dinner at [Music] Wawa so this place of course has all the trademarks of a typical convenience store SL gas station you got your drinks you got your chips you got some wine but this is is where this place really sets itself apart they have a giant cooking area making everything from sandwiches to pizza and what you do is you order on the screen 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. you can get their Pizza 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. you can get their crispy chicken sandwiches and burgers this menu is bigger than a restaurant menu this is a lot of stuff to try holy moly you get your ticket you got to pay for this for the orders will come out and there are these automated registers to continue that you can pick and while I'm waiting for the food just want to give a big thank you and shout out to the sponsor of months all the food is [Music] here this is not an inexpensive Pizza the 60-in pizza will cost you around 17 with tax probably $20 that's not a cheap pizza with that said this thing freaking smells incredible I asked for a garlic crust and trust me vampires would not even be able to enter the city limits oh here we go have pepperoni have cheese they definitely did not put a lot of pepperoni here there's a lot of cheese though it looks like and I got to have pepperoni half cheese cuz you know it's like 10:00 at night and I'm trying to not be a total pig here speaking of pig oh that pepperoni smells good pretty good quality mozzarella they're using is nice and toasty on top as stretchy as chewy [Music] I love how much cheese they put on this pizza the sauce is not bad pretty tingy the pepperoni adds a bit of heat crust is pretty nice thly Airy and light and tons of garlic flavor overall I think the sauce is slightly more tingy than what I like other than that it's a pretty solid Pizza I still think $20 for a pizza slidey B in this one still pretty expensive especially when I know there's Amazing Pizza po about 20 minutes from here like classic New York Giant thin crust pizza and that's around $18 if you want to grab something quick or it's really late at night it's a solid Pizza I would definitely recommend getting the garlic crushed I got a mango iced tea they got one of those maches that you can make like over a 100 different flavor combinations always love those not too sweet not bad tastes like mango given how cheesy the pizza was I have a feeling I'm going to like the quesadilla inside oh tons of chicken tomatoes peppers looks pretty gooey this is really really good I think I got chipotle sauce inside yeah I can definitely feel the heat I think the cheese got a bit hard CU I was eating the pizza but there is definitely a lot of cheese in here the tomatoes are nice and tetiny the flour tortilla slightly toasted the chicken chicken is really tender every bite you take you get the tomatoes you get that spicy creamy chipotle sauce it's cheesy it's gooey again so tender and that tomato like a miracle worker but that immediately a blast of sweet zesty juice oh there's crunchy onions in here as well oh that's a great quesadilla I think I like this more than the pizza that was really really good last two food to try the mac and cheese in the burger mac and cheese looks great toasty on top inside nice and gooey get a set of mac and cheese that'll make you happy but then the Southwest Burger lettuce tomatoes jalapenos caramelized onions the bun is Stone Cold how do you looks a little rough I hope it tastes better than it looks but by the looks of it this thing looks like it just finished watching Forest Gump or saving Pride Ryan or old yell or something because this is a sad looking Burger take a look at this Patty right here that looks super dry Miracles can happen it's a really dry burger and this one I don't feel it's because Ian talking about the pizza and the quesadilla it definitely hasn't been long enough for a burger patty to be this dry and this stale I actually like the flavor the Patty reminds me of like high school cafeteria hamburger patties it's very well done and usually not very juicy and it's got that kind of unique flavor I like those and this tastes exactly like that but I think those are juicier it's a BOS bun the Bun's not toasted at all I mean I get it Saving Private rind I'd be sad too still eat it though I think best thing tonight quesadilla hands down I would get that quesadilla any day of the week that's a delicious delicious quesadilla get the outside tortilla nice and toasty it' be even better maybe a little more cheese inside overall that's a solid quesadilla Pizza solid too Burger I think I'll skip that next time so right now it's about 10:45 this is a really late dinner for me but when I was waiting for my food there was about 10 people in front of me waiting for their food too this late at night I mean there's still so many people come here for food because it's open 24 hours a day you can get food I think pretty much all night long this definitely does not taste like gas station food they got some solid food items in there I think this will be my dinner tonight and there's and there a lot of breakfast items too so I think tomorrow morning come back for breakfast good night good morning Wawa for breakfast Wawa's got a lot of stuff for breakfast there's stuff that you can order from the kitchen there's also stuff right by the counter [Music] there's croissants and also these croissant melts this definitely look like it melted inside layers of giant pepperoni and cheese in a croissant this looks like they just put a croissant with a pepperoni instead a sandwich machine or a panini press or something oh oh hard maybe this end is not is burnt this is much better it's actually quite tasty for like a fairly inexpensive sandwich this thing's got a ton of pepperoni inside for someone like me who really don't like traditional breakfast foods or breakfast sandwiches like usually you'll have a croan and egg and sausage or C and bacon it's a pretty interesting delicious sandwich it tastes good it's spicy it's cheesy the croissant is nice and buttery this hard burnt section aside it's a really good breakfast sandwich you can customize everything from the kitchen so toasted biscuit and I add some pickles and old based seasoning it looks like fried chicken tenders over a slice of American cheese this is good the chicken is nicely cook now these chicken dinners it's not going to taste as high quality as say a Chick-fil-A they kind of taste like giant McDonald's chicken nuggets and the biscuits are not the crumbly kind but this thing is buttery the chicken tender is pretty tender I'm really glad L I added the pickles to cut through the richness and the butteriness of the sandwich I actually like biscuits that's not as crumbly so this works for me the chicken T freshly fried too nice and crispy on the outside I think this is a winner I saw they were advertising that they have BOS and just like with everything you get here it's customizable so I got scrambled eggs and these look like really fluffy moist scrambled eggs some bacon Tomatoes spinach oh and turkey inside as well overall it's a good sandwich raino EGS freaking delicious it's soft and moist and tasty all the ingredients work really well from the crunchy spinach to the juicy Tomatoes the gooey cheese the turkey only thing not good is the bagel itself it's really doughy a little stale I can see that they toasted this as well but it's hard to Che but yeah all the ingredients are good bag go horrible I got high hopes for this this is not I guess traditionally a breakfast sandwich but again I don't like breakfast food so I had to get something from the lunch menu I got a giant meatball wao this thing Al together 100% over a pound easy oh my gosh it's stuffed with cheese I added pepperoni in here there's jalapenos on top also I got this because back when I lived in New York and I was eating Subway sandwiches all day that the location that was near me would serve a meatball sub in the morning at like 700 a.m. that's what I would get because that was the most satisfying dense K You full sandwich they had this meatball looks killer got some jalapenos as well that's a good meatball sandwich the meatball is actually pretty darn good really soft flavored well the sauce is nice and zesty the pepperoni was a fantastic choice also they put the pepperoni on the bottom so the bottom of this hogi doesn't get really soggy look at that that bottom layer is just pepperoni and gooey cheese on top of that sits the meatballs and they loaded it with cheese every every bite you're getting the spice from the pepperoni the meatball the zesty marinara and that gooey gooey Rich cheese works really well with the sauce and also the jalapenos yeah Subway never give you this much cheese I don't think they give you this much meatballs either this is definitely a heartburn inducing meatball sandwich and it is fantastic that pepperoni is such a good touch also the bread got a nice chew I like how it's strong enough to hold everything together this hogi is amazing I think the cheese selection for me is perfect as well if you do get this add the pepperoni after going to the gym I was starving I mean everything I had today especially after Bing into the meatball hogi hunger [Music] satisfied oh hey mind if I sit here did you do that all right I'll go sit somewhere else okay so I got my cheese steak quesadilla broccoli cheese soup matcha tea I'm missing my tuna MK be right back okay so I thought I ordered a tuna out maybe I accidentally deleted it and I lost my receipt so I think this is plenty for lunch though this is the beef steak quesadilla this look like a gooey cheesy quesadilla I love the quesadilla here now that beef is so tender that really tender beef M the fresh salsa I feel like is absolutely critical to this quesadilla it's such a nice reprieve from all that rich cheese and meat this is still my favorite thing at Wawa the quadas I'm trying a different location right now just to kind of mix it up compare to locations fruit tastes pretty much the same which is good consisten is key even if it's not good it should be consistently not good and this is the IC matcha drink oh I love this oh this is great it's ice matcha milk tea it's sweet it's Rich you definitely taste the matcha that is delicious all right with my quesadilla I got this broccoli cheese soup o Hye and hot this is a really cheesy broccoli soup I don't like broccoli but for some reason I love cheesy broccoli I love it I think it's because it's oh there's a bug in here last thing is the cheese steak first impression looks like it could be really good the bun is nice the bread is nice and crusty on the outside got a nice balance to it if this is the same steak and I'm pretty sure it is that they use in the quesadilla I know this is going to be tender so inside American cheese I got some Parmesan cheese as well this is not a bad cheese stick the bread's good nice and pillowy I wish there was more American cheese I feel like the WWA I was at this morning they put a lot of cheese in their hogies here I mean you taste the cheese but I could use more cheese also I feel like some jalapenos here will make this even better overall it's not a bad tasting cheese steak especially the bottom part with all the cheese one thing about Florida I'll never get used to is if you're eating outside whylies will conjugate in about 5 to 10 minutes and they are just swarming right now I'm going to quickly eat this little sad about my tunel but I'll get that for dinner I could happily go for another pizza but let's try some new [Music] stuff all right everything smells so good let's start with with a tuna salad this thing looks amazing it actually feels really nice too the bread is beautifully toasted it's stuffed full of tuna American cheese there's lettuce tomatoes oh my gosh let's try this the paninis at waa might be their best thing this is so so freaking delicious I think this is the best thing I had a while so far this is an incredible tuna M first of all the bread is fantastic very toasty and buttery the Salmon's delicious the cheese is gooey as melty the lettuce and tomatoes are fresh every bite is buttery is gooey got that nice burst of sweetness and juice from the tomatoes absolute phenomenal tunl I'd be happy getting this from any restaurant I mean this is better than suant restaurants oh the tuna salad is so delicious too I think a little bit of celery there's something nice in vinegar in here as well I love tunels it's one of my favorite things ever it's a legitimate tunel wow oh so good I wish I got another Panini actually I ended up getting another quesadilla because I love the quesadilla here but God that Panini is so good so I got a buffalo chicken steak quesadilla with jalapeno and fresh salsa inside I think I got a quesadilla every single time I've us in here yeah never a B diaha I think the tuna mil Panini definitely beats it but not by much this might be the best case idea I've had at wa so far this combination I mean the chicken's really tender there's some onions there's tons of heat CU I put chipotle sauce in here as well and jalapenos there's two types of cheesing here so it's nice and gooey Prett C of the year so far every one of them outstanding I think the chicken at wa wa is phenomenal it's so tender dragon fruit mango refresher W this is really good it's actually pieces of dragon fruit in here you taste the dragon fruit tastes similar to the dragon fruit you get at Starbucks so I think it's freeze Dred dragon fruit yeah it's good dragon fruit mango green tea this thing definitely lives up to his name okay this is interesting I got some garlic knots with some cheese dipping sauce no dipping sauce oh no what is this doesn't look like dipping sauce this doesn't look like oh this is the warm cookie I got okay this is going to be good nice and warm still but I have no dipping sauce I know I got cheese dipping sauce but let's just try this garlic nut looks nice and toasty this is a really good Garlic Knot it's garlicky as toasty as buttery toasty outside soft inside that's really good this will definitely be better with some natural cheese dipping sauce it's a really good Garlic Knot light and Airy too these either comes in ERS of two or four I think I should have got four no even say here cheddar cheese sauce that I definitely did not get that's some awesome Garlic Knot Stu wah wa spicy chicken sandwich okay okay looks nice nice thick Patty Mayo pickles oh you can see the spice sitting on top and on bottom of this chicken patty oh I hope this burns the flavors are awesome it's a great amount of heat this tastes like an authentic Nashville hot chicken sandwich it's the same kind of burn the flavors are great the pickles the meil the spices everything's good but the chicken patty is dry this is like Las Vegas in the summer no moisture anywhere that piece I just ate that's definitely a workout for my jaw if they were just able to cook this Patty where it's nice and juicy this would be one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches out there I mean you could put this up against Chick-fil-A maybe even Popeyes the flavor is that good it was the same thing with their burger too tasted good but just so dry all right dessert left this is a cinnamon cream cheese poleart it's like a little mini donut this is great this is a super Airy light little mini donut with cream cheese Frosty and cinnamon powder on top of that it is super light and Airy and bouncy that's a good donut okay this is a gooey gooey chocolate chip cookie it's still nice and warm how could this not be good toasty gooey very rich in jao this is a make you very very happy type of cookie so overall eating at Wah wa just like eating at bies definitely does not taste like you're eating at a gas station when I put my order in the food is ready in minutes obviously except for the pizza so everything is freshly cooked to order I think the ingredients are really quality the chicken is steak pretty tender especially in the sandwiches the quesadillas especially in the quesadillas and the hogis my favorite has got to be that Panini The tunel Panini I'm sure the other paninis are delicious as well I mean they're just so many combinations to try there's so many different ingredients to add or remove from whatever you're ordering eating here is definitely not boring also I think they add new stuff all the time there's different items for breakfast lunch and dinner this is Way Beyond what what a typical gas station or convenience store would offer it's like a much smaller version of bies and I can see why so many people come here to grab food especially when this thing is 24 hours I mean this is much better than anything you'll find let's say an IHOP or this is better than that so the next time you drive by we getting gas at a waa and you're hungry grab a panini grab a quesadilla grab a Garlic Knot I think you're going to be pretty happy again living on the yeast Coast I I've been to wah wa a lot just never realized and I've seen their advertisements for their food and hogies and sandwiches I think it was actually good but yeah it's good all right I'm going to get back to my dinner and as always thank you all so much
