It's the hottest month of the year, August.
Some other regions have temperatures as high as 40 degrees,,,
A cosmos
A trumpet creeper
Still, the mountains are comfortable without tropical nights~
A Confederate rose
Even in the heat, summer flowers are blooming without fail~
Even the cats are looking for shade to spend the summer~
These days, I usually harvest my garden crops in the morning,,,
It's so hot in the middle of the day that I try not to go outside~
Phlox
Even in the morning, if I move a little, I sweat a lot,,,
Still, I take care of my garden and vegetable patch every day~
Canna
The intense canna flowers have started to bloom~
When I see these pretty summer flowers, I feel like the heat is over I'll forget
Ox-eye
The current heat wave will get better in about 2 weeks~
Cucumbers seem to grow faster in high temperatures~
Cucumber harvesting is still ongoing,,,
Mini watermelons are starting to ripen again after a lull during the rainy season~
I have a few pumpkins to harvest soon,,,
Watermelon
Watermelons are fun to grow, and there's nothing better than watermelons in the summer~^^
They're not pumpkin seedlings, they're naturally sprouted pumpkins~
The pumpkins are so energetic that there's no room to step~
The leaves are so lush that I harvest the zucchinis like a treasure hunt
I also picked a few corns to put in salads,,,
Pretty flowers are in full bloom in the garden too,,,
This morning was cool because the wind blew,,,
In the summer, fermentation is good, so it's good for making bread~
The bread I eat every morning Let's make it~
This is our family's Polish bread that we've been making with the same recipe for years~
It's over 30 degrees outside even though it's morning,,,
These days, the mountain village is 23 degrees in the morning and 33 degrees at noon~
Because it's in the mountains, it's cooler than the city during the summer~
These are dried kidney beans~
I thought I wouldn't have any seeds to plant next year because of the continuous rainy season~
Fortunately, they dried well, so I don't have to worry about the kidney bean farming next year,,,
These are green bean seeds to plant next year~
I boil the kidney beans and eat them in salads,,,
I kneaded the dough the day before and put it in the refrigerator for low-temperature fermentation~
This time, I'm making it with only raisins,,,
It fermented well and feels so good when I touch it~^^
It fermented twice as much quickly because it was hot~
I put it in a preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 25 minutes~
Always It's a baked bread, but it's best when it's taken out of the oven~
I'll have to eat it deliciously every morning for a while~^^
Summer is hot and hot, so it'll pass quickly,,,
I'll eat well and have fun so I don't get tired of the heat~
