Bella the Brave Fairy
Once upon a time, in a magical forest, there lived a tiny fairy named Bella.
Bella was known for her bright blue wings and warm smile.
But she had one little weakness.
She was easily frightened.
Whether it was a thunderstorm or a dark cave, Bella would quickly become frightened.
One sunny day, the fairies of the forest gathered for a big celebration.
They planned to decorate the great oak tree with sparkling lights and colourful ribbons for the fairy festival.
Bella was excited to help, but nervous about flying over the Dark Hollow,
a part of the forest known for its mysterious shadows and strange sounds.
The day of the festival arrived, and the fairies began their work.
Bella's job was to carry a large glowing lantern across the Dark Hollow to light the way for everyone.
Bella's heart fluttered at the thought of flying over the Dark Hollow.
She was afraid of the unknown and worried about what she might encounter.
As Bella prepared to fly, her best friend, Lila, noticed that she was trembling.
Bella, are you okay?
Lila asked worriedly.
I'm scared of the Dark Hollow.
Bella admitted.
What if something happens?
Lila comforted Bella.
It's okay to be scared, but remember, you're braver than you think.
You've done wonderful things before.
Just take it one step at a time and focus on the lantern.
You can do it!
Bella took a deep breath and nodded.
With Lila's encouragement in mind, she set off towards the Dark Hollow with the lantern in tow.
As she entered the shadowy area, her heart raced and she looked around.
But Bella kept her eyes on the glowing lantern and the path ahead.
Suddenly, she heard a rustling behind her.
Bella's wings fluttered, but she remembered Lila's words.
She turned to see a family of friendly rabbits also trying to find their way through the Dark Hollow.
Bella gave them a warm smile and guided them with her lantern.
The rabbit family followed her safely to the other side.
And because Bella's only thought was to lead the rabbit family to the other side,
without knowing it, she overcame the challenge and her confidence grew.
Finally, Bella reached the Great Oak.
The other fairies cheered when they saw the lantern glowing brightly.
Bella had made it through the Dark Hollow, and more importantly, she had helped the rabbits along the way.
The festival was a great success, filled with laughter, music and dancing.
That night, Bella realized something very important.
She had faced her fears and made a difference by thinking of others first.
From that day on, Bella was no longer afraid of the Dark Hollow or other challengers.
She was so brave.
She knew that being brave didn't mean never being afraid.
It meant facing your fears and doing your best in spite of them.
And she was proud of herself for doing just that.
And you know what?
Helping others can really help you to overcome your own fears.
And so, Bella the Brave Fairy continued to spread light and joy throughout the forest,
reminding everyone that even the smallest fairy could have the biggest heart and the greatest courage.
