I'd like to welcome the Chairman of the General Assembly, Mr. Yao Yi. I'd like to welcome the leaders from all over the country. From the Chairman of the Taipei Foundation, Mr. Rong Wafu. From the Chairman of Taichung, Mr. Zhenzhen. From Tainan, Mr. Lv Xiang. And from Kaohsiung, Mr. Bonnie Hu. Today, we have the most important guests. The nine candidates from the General Assembly. And the representatives from all over the country. And the former Chairman of the Chiayi Foundation, Mr. Li Jianshi. And the other distinguished guests. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm very happy to have this opportunity to represent the CEO of the Republic of China, Mr. Luo Dacheng, to come to Chiayi. I'd like to send my best wishes to all the distinguished guests. During the 60th anniversary celebration of the Republic of China Foundation last year, we received many distinguished guests. I'd like to send my best wishes to all of you. On behalf of Chairman Luo, I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to all the distinguished guests. To the nine distinguished guests, I'd like to send my best wishes to you. I'd like to express my deepest respect to all of you. We can say that the Qi Ji Hui family is connected together by three big networks. Just now, Chairman Li said very well that in our Qi Ji Hui, we are a very positive learning network. In addition to knowledge and wisdom learning, we are also an important learning network in terms of personal cultivation and many other aspects. The second network can be said to be a network of gratitude. I believe that there are many important people behind us who have been helping us in every stage of our lives, giving us a lot of help, support and encouragement. Therefore, the network of gratitude that allows us to gather together today has formed a very important gene in the Qi Ji Hui family. The third network, as you can see from the handbook of our conference today, almost all of our winners and many of our distinguished guests, we all have a heart of gratitude for our society, so we are willing to form a kind network together. We see that many of our winners and many of our distinguished guests are doing charity work for society. I believe that in this big family, through everyone's joint efforts, we can develop this kind network even more. Just now, I also expressed my highest gratitude to the president of the National University of China. Today, in addition to the committee members, there are also many other committee members, and many other judges, so that the candidates we are paying attention to can get such a precious opportunity. I believe that with their participation, not only for the Chiayi City Qi Ji Hui, but also for our partners all over the country, this is a very precious opportunity. So again, on behalf of President Luo, I would like to send my best wishes to our distinguished guests. I wish you good health, happiness in your family, and success in your career. In addition, I wish you a long career. Thank you.
