Robert Lewandowski 2020 👑 Ballon d'Or Level

Lewandowski takes it, oh and scores it brilliantly, absolutely gorgeous. He is, Bayern goal 196. That's the team council which was reintroduced by Niko Kovac, it's worked its way to Kimi and Lewandowski, a deflection on the way through. Pulls the trigger, Bornau did everything he could, a little unlucky there for Timo Horn but Bayern with a strong beginning. Send something here, come on in and Pavard for Lewandowski. Coming from behind, defenders, Dortmund defenders all looked at the ball instead of the man and then it happened but Lewandowski is so fantastic. And now Robert Lewandowski, Lewandowski cuts inside, legs it up on a plate. Muller was waiting, he could have had it too. Oh, Lewandowski released, Lewandowski for 2-1, this time, this time he scores. These kind of situations, sooner or later he's gonna score. What a turnaround. To make sure he's looking after himself. Kimmich plays in the centre and Alaba moves back out to the left, anything could happen. Oh, fumble from Schubert, any place that was made for it. You just cannot keep this man down. But don't forget that's an individual mistake from Schubert, he has to clear the ball. Here is Gnabry, it's broken his way, Serge Gnabry, Lewandowski, just when they needed a hero. And Andes there putting pressure on Paderborn defence, then they're caught out, they're out of position. Gnabry does really well, gets to the byline, he knows, he knows where to put the ball. Here's Alaba. Lewandowski's touch, Kimmich is on to it. Joshua Kimmich and Muller and Lewandowski's goal against Düsseldorf. Good movement, Kramer, you see this flick on from Lewandowski, he's started, Kimmich's determination, instead of having the shot, lays it off. Switching it out to Gnabry, provides the cross, Lewandowski! It just had to be him! Well played there by Serge Gnabry, who's really wide open, takes this ball to his left now, that's a little unusual. And then this precise cross, Lewandowski knows exactly where to go. Here is Gnabry, looking for Lewandowski! So Mittelstadt is too far away, here we can see the left back. Kimmich can go all the way, pass to Gnabry behind the back three. Thomas Muller, a little give and go there with Coman. Muller's cross, and here is Lewandowski on the turn! Another trademark finish! 198 Bayern goals in all competitions, they keep on coming. That's great build-up play for Thomas Muller and Coman. Running into a brick wall in the form of Lucas Hernandez. Muller and Lewandowski, and there's a big hold on the Leipzig defence, and Lewandowski doesn't miss from there! Lewandowski holds his run really well, off the shoulder, and calm. That's what he does, that's why he gets paid the big bucks. He is cool and calm in front of goal, and he needs to be in this. Give and go here with Coman in turn to Robert Lewandowski. Deflection comes Lewandowski's way, his moment, his goal, his record! And that's why he is Robert Lewandowski, that's why he's scored in nine consecutive matches, brilliant. They're a player down. Seeing more of the ball, obviously more shots going the other way. This is Lewandowski, oh 10 in 10! Robert Lewandowski, goal-scoring machine extraordinaire! Defending, normally he's a lot better than that. Ball's bobbling around a bit, and Lewandowski, when he gets in that position, he muscles his way through, cool calm, gets it on his right. Davis, wonderful stuff. Alphonso Davis making great ground, good cross, great goal! Quickly puts the head up, and then of course that ball is perfectly paced in the middle, but also the run of Lewandowski. Tiago into Pavard's orbit, and Pavard's cross, oh magnificent header! Robert Lewandowski again! Pavard can do that, not only for France, also for Bayern Munich, and the timing, and the finish. Because he's got that agility, he's got that stamina, the pace. Here's Lewandowski for Bayern, early chance! And taken! You can argue and say that, you know, Timo Horn went down a little bit early, a little bit easy, but that's a tremendous strike, just sheer power into the roof of the net. Wonderful finish. Adi Hütler, they haven't done enough in the first half to put any sort of threat onto the point. And he's been caught out, sucked out of position, gave the space to Kingsley Coman, an ability to cross the ball, you give him that time, that space. Spells trouble. Kimmich, Gnabry tried the first-time ball into Goretzka. Goretzka's gonna get another go at it now! Powered header! What a hit! But let's talk about Müller's cross. We've talked about his one-touch play before. Look at that, how about that for perfection? Green and white coming out and they're appealing for offsides. The hand is up and the one who's celebrating is Robert Lewandowski. World-class. Look, chip ball from Boateng. If it's in, that's his 45th goal in all competition. One is even as far as challenges go and they're having attempts as well, but they're defending to do with Luka Enandes. Oh, and it's Robert Lewandowski and just when we were thinking. Doing what he does best. Just the toe poke in front of Heinz. That extra half a yard. Oh, well left. That's a great piece of scale. Robert Lewandowski does what Robert Lewandowski loves to do. Into the path of Coman. With him four in red as well arriving. Coman. And here is Lewandowski for the hat-trick, which he has. Goes for precision, but it's all about that touch here. Kimmich with it for Bayern. Lewandowski! How do you contain him? Head ball there from Lewandowski. It's Chihos, I guess, who's not jumping high enough to defend this. And absolutely no chance there in the lower left or right. Ederon here for Lewandowski. So strong. Lewandowski feeds Muller. Back on Lewandowski again. It's another one. You're looking at a player who is simply right now in the most deadly form of his glorious career. Lewandowski. Muller. Oh, this is gorgeous stuff. Robert Lewandowski scores. They've pulled it off together so often already. They already know what's going to happen next. It's so easy for them to anticipate who's going to do what. All of the elements that make a top striker. Davies, Gnabry, Lewandowski! Yeah, it's just sheer numbers, isn't it? Bayern pushing forward. You can see there, you can see Paderborn, they're just running out of legs. They've been really struggling to stay in the game here. The cause doesn't have any problems. Bayern still look really hungry. And here is the man who likes to feed on goals, Lewandowski. And it's going to come here for Gnabry, Lewandowski! Yeah, another big reason why Bayern are just so ruthless. They're unselfish when they get in the right position. Serge Gnabry could easily have had a shot on goal there. Gnabry. Kimmich. Muller. It's a lovely ball in! It certainly is. You cannot keep giving players like Lewandowski opportunities like this. It was an early warning sign.
