Hey everyone, it's Caleb here, and I'm really excited
because in these next couple of videos,
I'm gonna break down the presentation
that I've done over 100 times for people that I get to serve.
It's very exciting because as we are meeting
with more people, I don't have the time
to meet with every single person.
But I do believe, again, I go back to this belief
that if people understand the power of this, they want it.
And so what happens is people read my book
or will watch our webinar or maybe will hear
a podcast episode or see me on YouTube
and they're like, I wanna know this, I wanna take action.
And so I just wanna do my very best
in the least amount of time to break down
the power of the strategy.
I also have my iPad where this will act as the whiteboard.
And I just wanna kinda give an overview
of why I believe life insurance is not only
the best place to put your money,
but is the fundamental greatest asset to use
as it relates to your future, your present,
protecting yourself, and many more things.
And by the way, I didn't come up with this overnight.
This has been something that has really been on my journey
as I've been able to learn from truly the best.
So one of the things that I do when I first start talking
is I draw three things.
First thing is this dollar sign.
Now this dollar sign represents all the money
that goes through your life.
And one of the things that I'm a firm believer in
is we have to start optimizing every portion of your life.
I literally talked to someone today
and we didn't just talk about life insurance,
we talked about efficiency aspects.
We talked about how can we optimize certain areas
of their life as it relates to efficiency.
But once you have a dollar,
I believe that dollar should grow for the rest of your life
without ever paying an unnecessary fee,
without ever paying an unnecessary market loss,
without ever paying an unnecessary tax.
And I kinda write this and I draw this compounding curve
because when we save a dollar, this needs to grow,
and I'm writing this down, lifetime growth.
Our money literally needs,
we need to commit to a lifetime compounding curve
without ever paying a loss to anything.
And so what I'm gonna draw down here
is we have to do this without paying a tax,
without paying a fee, without paying a market loss
because every time you lose a dollar,
you don't just lose that dollar,
you lose what that dollar could have earned you
the rest of your life.
And the biggest problem that people face
as it relates to compounding time
is they only compound till retirement.
I'm drawing a line here and let's just say this is 65.
And most strategies literally are designed
to stop compound interest when you hit this retirement age.
And so you have this amazing wonder,
some people call it the eighth wonder of the world,
this amazing thing, but most people are never designed
to have it compound the rest of their life.
It's like you're killing the goose
and slaying the golden egg.
What if we could create a strategy
where every dollar that you have
gets put in a place that's gonna grow the rest of your life?
Now if you're watching this, a common question is
what's a typical rate of return?
And while this is a really hard question to answer
because there's so many other things
that go into just rate of return,
you can expect to earn anywhere from 2.5
to a little over 4% tax free.
Now this is money that if you add the taxable equivalent,
if you have to pay taxes and add fees,
that's where you get the equivalent
to maybe earning 6 or 7% every single year
if you compare it to another asset.
But remember, we're dealing with a long-term game.
We're dealing with a lifetime compounding growth.
And so if your money can literally do that
every single year, it's gonna allow it
to have other opportunities.
So the third kind of picture that I draw
is I draw three lines.
Now these three lines represent you using your money.
Your greatest financial need is using capital,
using money throughout your life,
whether it's for retirement,
whether it's to invest in your business,
whether it's to buy that real estate property
you always wanted.
Regardless, I'm drawing question marks
because it literally is endless.
We have clients that do all kinds of things
with their money.
And one of the common things that we'll get
is someone might say, well Caleb,
what if I could earn a better rate of return than 3%?
And that's like, I love when I get that question
because I ask that question to myself too.
It's like, okay, Caleb, if I can't earn more than 3%,
we have something wrong.
And so one of the reasons we believe so strongly
in what we do is this doesn't prohibit you
to go out and invest in the market.
This doesn't prohibit you to invest in your business.
This doesn't prohibit you to pay off your debt.
You can simply do both at the same time.
And we do that by borrowing against your money,
letting your money continue to grow,
and being able to use the insurance company's money
while you're at it.
And so kind of the overview is you have money,
put it in a place that's gonna grow the rest of your life.
And when you need to utilize your money,
whether it's for retirement, whether it's for your business,
whether it's investing, instead of taking that dollar out
and losing what that money could have earned you
the rest of your life, continue to let your money compound.
And the most efficient way is to borrow against it
to do what you have to do,
whether it's retiring or buying that investment property.
And when you can do both,
you literally have wealth efficiency working for you now
and in the future,
and that's ultimately gonna impact your future generations.
So here's what you can expect.
This is the other drawing that I have.
And this is something that I love to use
because it shows you the power of what we get to do.
So I'm drawing a little dollar sign here.
And that dollar sign represents the money that you can save.
I am a firm believer that you can save more money
in a place that you can control it.
I'm gonna say that again.
I believe you can save more money
in a place that you can control and access that money.
So the first thing that we're solving
is we are showing people a better place to save money.
And as a result, that better place is allowing them
to save more of their assets or cashflow
where that money can grow for them the rest of their life.
So that's point number one.
Point number two is that money will grow
the rest of their life without ever paying a tax,
without ever worrying about a loss,
without ever paying an unnecessary fee.
For life, so lifetime growth.
It also allows you to utilize your money.
I'm just going to say use slash control.
Use your money for things that you care about.
So what's the value being able to save more money
in a place that's gonna grow the rest of your life
but ultimately being able to use that dollar
to do other things?
And really, right there,
it depends on what activity you use it for.
But that same life insurance contract,
that same end asset is also gonna show up
extremely powerfully in retirement
because in retirement, the two big risks that you face
is loss of your money and future taxation.
And if we can eliminate the future taxation
and your losses, your asset can be,
show up really, really strongly in retirement.
We're gonna have a whole video
dedicated to talking about the different strategies
that people can use in retirement.
But that same dollar, that same dollar gets to be also,
gets to protect the most important asset in your life,
which is yourself.
And doesn't just protect your life,
but every single year grows in value
because not only is your system growing,
but your net worth is also growing as well.
And so what's the value of giving $1 multiple jobs?
And that's, again, that's how I want to finish this video
is what we're doing is we're setting the stage
to give you the most powerful place to save your money
and you don't have to choose anymore
between someday in the future, now in the present,
your legacy, or retirement.
