Highlights: Almere City - FC Twente | Eredivisie 2024/2025

Van Bergen. Visus has to go there. Van Bergen's cross. Missed. Missed without consequences by Nordenbakker. Manners. Not a good ball. Back to Eiting. Hansen. He's also pretty fast with the ball. Robinet. Hansen. Nice pass. Good combination between Hansen and Robinet. The ball goes through a bit. Steyn. With his left foot. Steyn. Kops it. What a beautiful shot. Of course, that pass was special. But this header. That can also be there. It's a forward you can do something with. But to put it in. It's really, really well done. The men in shape. This is already number 5 of the season. Sam Steyn. Haye. That's Robinet. Haye. Forward is good. And it doesn't end there. Kadir heads on the bar. Great ball by Tom Haye. A forward on measure. But didn't keep the ball low enough. Nice ball back to Hilgers. Hansen. Robinet. Haye with him. Akoyobi with him. But he chooses to give the forward himself. That's good again. And now it's unobstructed. But can he still go in? Does he go in? No. Not again. Hansen doesn't get it in either. And now. Not again. Kadir could have made a hat-trick with that forward. Who is still in pretty good shape. Here. Chance 1 for Kadir. At least in this attack. Because it takes too long with Hansen. And eventually there is a block somewhere. If there is another good forward. It's Kadir number 2. Three in total. But those chances don't go in. There goes Van Bergen. And he is fast. Can he cross in front? At Akoyobi. He chooses the ball for Lammes. Oh. Bad defense. Steyn. Yes. Sam Steyn is the name. Completely undeserved. With 2-0. But yes. Twente has Steyn. And Almere can use all those chances. They play together. But don't use them. Good deep ball. Excellent given. Then the forward is not even on measure. He is defending. Because Lawrence is certainly not. The speed of Van Bergen at the base. Then it is quiet. Inside foot. And he shoots sharply. Good action from Kadeel. Kadeel just doesn't get it. For example Robin stayed on his feet. Did not look for that penalty. Steyn. Use of Twente then. With Letaev. Van Bergen must go to the point of the attack. Then Lammers can get behind it. Gives Lammers. Letaev himself. Letaev. But Bakker. With a good save. Twente has the first minute in the second half. They put a lot more in their hands. A lot more control. Lammers. He realizes that his teammates already had the ball. Salah-Hedin. Lammers. Get ready. Zelle. Yes, Zelle. And where the 2-0 was still terribly undeserved. And fell out of the air. The 0-3 is very logical. Given the game picture after rest. Because Twente got full control over the game. And that is nice and nice. And after falling midfield. Who has already scored six. The top wants to participate too. And for Lammers this is number three of the season. Twente is not quite right. And then he is completely free. Lawrence comes there. And a forehand on size. But a header, everything except. Take-base. Kuipers. Forehand. Comes to Van Osswinkel. Van Osswinkel again. Then he is in it. That's a tight finish. Of the attack. Who of course wants to be in the base. Who also understands how it works. Yes, Lammers achieved. Not for nothing. So that is now the first top. Then he has to do with attack turns. Today as well as right outside. Tight goal. Badly defended. 4-0 Twente. Hilgers. There goes Salaheddin. Salaheddin himself. Salaheddin with 0-5. The left-back who has just been put on the right. Yes, then you can come in nicely. And Almere is going really hard. But yes, in the second half, Twente is almighty. Almost easter. Then it's all much too easy. Come in. Find a corner. Almere no longer defends. And then Twente wins. Eventually very convincing with 5-0 at Almere City. Then the rest did not look out. It was sometimes worth 0-2. But Twente was not that good then. But after rest, the team of Oosting completely took it into their hands. And it was also clearly better in terms of play.
