What's cracking everybody?

And today I'm gonna do something just a little different.
In today's episode, I'm gonna give you a little glimpse
into what the Seven Figure Squad YouTube channel
is all about, from what you see online
to actually what we do offline.
Many of you asked in the comment section below,
who is this guy?
Is he legit?
And how did he make his money?
So to answer that question directly,
I am in the life insurance industry,
building my national business upon the PHP Agency platform.
This gives me access to corporate infrastructure
in multiple insurance carrier relationships
to most benefit our clients.
Internally, our team with inside
the PHP Agency organization
is known as the Money Smart Movement.
And our mission statement
with inside the Money Smart Movement
is to change the way people think, feel, manage,
and reach towards financial independence.
At the beginning of every year, for the last five years,
we've teamed up with a good friend, Rodolfo and Ceci Vargas,
also fellow first-generation cashflow millionaires
to host a regional kickoff event.
We've done it in New Orleans, Louisiana.
We've done it in San Antonio, Texas.
And this year we're doing it in Louisville, Kentucky.
This is a live in-person meeting
with tons of our internal trainers
as well as invited guest speakers.
It's three days of nonstop action,
helping our attendees, those who invest to get there,
to raise their business both professionally and personally.
However, we were hit hard with major snowstorm conditions.
In fact, we're anticipating a 20 to 30% drop
in attendance based on registrations.
And you know what happened?
We actually had a 25% increase in attendance
for what we projected based on current registrations.
With approximately 2,000 people in attendance,
of course, socially distant, masked up,
and everybody taking a COVID negative test,
otherwise they wouldn't be letting in the door.
We had the pleasure of having guest speakers
like Douglas Andrew, New York Times best-selling author
and insurance financial strategist,
sales professionals and experts, Jeff Blount,
two-time NCAA champion and first sophomore ever
to win a Heisman Trophy, NFL first-round draft pick,
and New York Times best-selling author Tim Tebow
in attendance.
And of course, we had CEO founder Padre David,
the number one best-selling author
in Wall Street Journal, Your Next Five Moves,
Patrick McDavid in attendance.
Now you may ask, why am I sharing this all with you?
The answer is very simple.
Many of the people who actually attended
were loyal followers and subscribers
of the Seven Figure Squad YouTube channel.
And after digesting our content,
watching endlessly our videos,
many of you and many of them have reached out to me
and said, hey, Matt, how do we actually apply
what we're watching into actual practicality?
And many of them have gone into business for themselves
in the insurance industry upon the PHP Agency platform.
That's right, this could be you,
