Just over the past 24 hours volcano has got more active. It started from this yesterday and this
is what you saw and changed to this. Huge fall collapses by the way and then today now we have
the rim this side build up and we have a cauldron practically. Inside it the lava is boiling
and it has formed a pool of lava and is actually erupting and leading the lava through a
leakage to a lava tube from underneath the rim the newly built one and is leading from there.
You can see another wall collapse happening. The significance of these wall collapses is that
they gradually incorporate more solid material to the area around the vent the central hole
rising the level of it and gradually blocking it and making the lava to rush through it with more
pressure more vigor and that's what we are seeing. It looks like the lava is flowing vigorously
with a more intense activity. It may not be true but it seems it appears to be like that
because the exit point of the lava within the crater is now tighter. Through that wall collapse
the material all of it will not melt. This is what I mentioned in a separate video
that when wall collapse happens you will end up with a platform building and that makes the
fountaining of the lava more vigorous. This will end up with the rim rising and then you will have
a lava tube. The volcano erupts through a lava tube. When we look at the harmonic tremors we
see that there is not much change in the flow of the lava although there is a slight change
but compared to what we have for example in Greensville it is not changing much. The lava
is flowing it is because in the Reckoness Peninsula we have the boundary between the
Eurasia and the North America and is not pulled apart enough that we can have a volcano right
exactly on the Grindavik rift valley. Grindavik is in the Eurasia and Swarzenegger and other parts
are in the North America. That's a very significant thing. We are seeing changes in the flow of the
lava. It is also erupting. Vigorously it appears.
