How to Buy The Mondo | Tour Our Newest Model & Customize Your Dream Tiny Home! 🏡

What's up everyone? I'm Stephen here with Tiny House Listings and we are currently standing in a 32 feet long, 10 feet wide Mondo. Now the reason we're shooting this video is we've had a lot, a lot of interest in this tiny house and we actually have multiple ones that we're building. This one that we're working on now is actually going to Mountain Haven for a woman who will be living this full time. We want to let people know how can you get one of these Mondos. So if you are interested in a Mondo, one thing you can do is go to our website which is tinyhouselistings.build and when you go there, at the very top there's a menu header at the top. Click on model and the drop down will come down and you'll see Mondo. You click on that and it's basically like a landing page and it has all the information. It has a video tour of a completed one, has a gallery, has all the specs, has the pricing. When you go down a little bit farther, you'll notice that there's a button that says calculate the cost of your Mondo. Click on that and then it'll let you kind of price everything out and then hit submit and that'll actually go to our sales team where they will see all the information, give you a call and kind of schedule everything for you and see what particular things you need for your tiny house. Now this particular one is not the base model. This one has a loft that's going above the living room and it has a large picture window. Only one large picture window, not one in the back. So that's the cool thing about it. There's some customizations you can make with this Mondo. The biggest one being you can actually extend from 32 feet to 40 feet and that on the opposite end would give you another eight foot bedroom. So then you go from 320 square feet to a full 399 square feet. So that's a really cool thing because then you can actually have a separate workspace. If you work from home, you could have a separate bedroom. Another thing is you can do either quartz or butcher block countertops. So that depends on your aesthetic. And another thing that's really cool is you can have a loft above the living area. Now the great thing about that is if you have a lot of storage bulky items, you can put those up there. You can also put them in the large storage bin above your bathroom. Another great thing about that is if you only have the one bedroom or if you have the two bedroom and you need guest space for people to live or for people to sleep in, excuse me, it'll have a rail, steps to get up to it. Really, really nice feature. Another thing you can do is have these large picture windows. They're five feet wide, four feet long. It adds a ton of light. As you can see, there's lots of windows in this tiny house already. That's really all the upgrades available for this tiny house. Out in the box, it's fully functional, ready to go, can last for many, many decades for you.
