Just extremely overworked. I'll return back to normal here within 48-72 hours. I've just been
working to 6am every night. By the way, if you ever need to pick me up and cheer yourself up,
make sure you get some cashew butter. This stuff is incredible. Nothing like
dipping a ripe banana in cashew butter. Wow. I wanted to mention a couple things
that I keep a really close watch on certain things. A lot of things actually, but specific
things I do. One of those is real estate. Before mentioning that, I'd like to point out the fact
that I've had a lot of people in Australia and Canada and other places telling me about the
peripheral damage that's being done by, let's just be honest, tyranny and lockdowns and more
lockdowns on top of lockdowns and more tyranny on top of that. I'm hearing a lot of people that
were on the edge to begin with because most people struggle really hard just to stay afloat.
Let's be brutally honest. That's totally undeniable. They're not very well-centered,
we might say. This is not an affront against them. Most people just slave and work really
hard to pay the bills and whatnot. I'm just hearing so many stories about people removing
themselves from this world in horrific ways. That's just absolutely awful. I met a friend today
and their cousin who has a wife and has five kids. I don't know if I should tell this story or not,
it's absolutely horrific. He sat on the bed with his wife in apparently a loving pose
and he took a piece out. His intention was to take himself and his wife out instantly
in one go. Thankfully she survived but obviously he did not. All because of the nonsense and the
stress of what's going on in this world. It's just absolutely horrific. I just keep hearing
from so many Australians, so-and-so checked out of this world. I know 10 people that checked out.
People need to seek help and support from family members if they're like that.
Let's totally be honest, there's an enormous amount of tyranny and insanity going on.
When tyranny and insanity go on, just like if there's a major hurricane and your house gets
wrecked and everything is gone, because you are not your stuff. I know we all need a roof over
our heads and air conditioning, we really don't, but those are the things that make life livable,
to most people anyway. You need to find friendship and your friends and your family. If you don't
have friends and family, find a center, your center, and realize that all of this stuff
out here is a mirage. Getting to the main subject, I wanted to make mention of this
that I watch real estate really, really closely every day and it's vanishing so fast.
I've met so many people, including a stranger a couple days ago. I was talking about something
crazy I saw in the store. There's a wife and a husband and they had a little daughter with them
and they said, yeah, we can't wait to get out of the city. Everything's gone crazy. We bought
15 acres out in the country. It's just a total stranger that I happened to make a
friendly comment to about some craziness I saw in the store.
I have a few real estate agent buddies and I guess they're simultaneously happy at the
same time, but also ticked. They don't have the inventory to move, but when they get the inventory
it's sold just like that. I made a mention in a live stream a few days ago about a real estate
buddy of mine that picked up a few pieces of land and a subscriber that I know. I won't
mention his name or anything. He lives on the other side of the earth in Asia and he's already
locked down a parcel of land here in Kentucky. I don't want to give any details or specifics
because that would be unprofessional. Anyway, he's from the other side of the earth. He's
locked in to buy and I think he has bought a piece of land here in Kentucky. I'm familiar
with the land, but people are clamoring to get the hell out of the cities. Real estate,
real, real, real estate is just hotter than hell. It just is. People want to get away from
the craziness. They are not farmers, most of them, and they want to get away from all the
crazy people in cities. People are really not meant to live in cities like this. When craziness hits
there's this mass hysteria effect where people just go nuts. They are acting nuts in this city,
which is really a normal city, this Lexington, Kentucky city. It's a college town. It's not
backwards at all. The economy has always been really good. I've seen the insanity really ramp
up. I've seen crazy drivers ramp up astronomically so. This city really is sitting right in the
middle. It's not crazyville like Portland, Oregon, crazy, crazy, which would not be a good example.
It's not another form of crazy like Chicago or New York or Atlanta or Miami. It's like,
well, those cities are crazy. Who cares about anecdotal stuff from those cities?
Nor is it in bumble scum North Dakota. Nobody would use that as an example. This is a college
town and it's very normal down the road. If it's happening here very, very visibly,
then it's got to be going crazy throughout many other parts of the United States. I can't speak
for the world, obviously, but oh my God, the stuff the Australians tell me is off the hook.
I'm not a real estate agent or a broker. I've got 100% track record on real estate.
I sold everything that I have that's not glued down in the past few years to buy land,
literally, that I don't need. I don't ever tell anybody what to do, but
if you have a portfolio and every grand master of finance will tell you it's important to be
diversified, you might want to think about taking a small bit of, depending on what you have,
stored away and getting a piece of land away from the crazy people, away from the city,
someplace that feels like, well, it's just land. I can't live there. Listen,
for less than $10,000, you could plop down a great double-wide used trailer and hook up
electricity and a few other things. It doesn't take much to make a decent piece of land very
livable, so you can take my word on that one. Many, many people have done it. There are prefab
small cabins. They're not true log cabins. They're prefab small cabins that will run you $10,000 or
less. They're very, very gorgeous. You throw in a wood-burning stove. You got trees on your land.
Like I said, I've got a cabin in the woods. All these real estate agents, everybody I know is
just, they're buying up land like crazy to get away from the insanity in the cities.
People are just making paradigm shifts in their lives. All these depressed people,
because I get emails, emails that I never got before. People are like, I'm just so down and
depressed. I try to give uplifting advice. People that are depressed, all depression is
materialism. I don't mean conventional materialism. It's metaphysical materialism
and conventional materialism. There are different types of materialism, but all depression is
materialism. See this world as a mirage because that's exactly what it is. I don't quote the
Bible. There's a Bible quote that goes something like, put no trust in man, yada, yada, yada. I
forget how the rest of that passage goes. I can't remember off the top of my head. You can trust in
nature, but you can't trust in mankind. That seems like a really pessimistic statement, but it's true.
I feel so sorry for that guy that has five kids that tried to take him and his wife out,
just over depression, over what's going on in the world and on and on and on. I hear
stories like that from Australians. You're like, I know five people that chucked out of this world.
The tyranny and the lockdowns and the lockdowns on top of lockdowns and more lockdowns.
What it's doing is it's taking, I'm just going to use the word fragile people. It doesn't mean
they're weak or anything like that. I'm just saying they're delicate or fragile.
Everybody has their breaking point, obviously, but it's taking
people that are delicate and fragile, and I'm not making fun of them by saying that,
taking delicate and fragile people and it's pushing them right over the edge, literally
right over the edge. If you have a portfolio of any size, and I do not pretend to give investment
advice, you might really want to consider getting a piece of decent piece of land.
It doesn't have to be a lot, but those who fail to plan are planning to fail.
That's not an alarmist statement about land because the most sensible people I know on this
earth, I mean, really sensible, non-emotional people, I can tell you flat out right now,
they are buying land. Take that for what you will, okay? Sorry I've been so busy lately.
I'm ashamed of myself that I've been so busy. My hands are stiff from pounding leather and
cutting leather and sewing leather and sanding leather and oh lordy.
It's like, well, it's work, you know? Work pays the bills. Work is good for the soul.
That's right. Somebody once told me that. I'll be back to normal in a day or two.
I got two more alligator belts I need to make.
