3 baby feeding products to simplify mealtimes

Hi, I'm Joyce Leighton, and I write frequently about products and gear, and I'm here today to show you three different things that might make your mealtimes just a tad easier. So first I've got the Biba, oh boy, it's got a French name, Cuillere 360. Biba is a French company, so they have a French name. It is a spoon that is designed to make your baby unable to spill. So the way it works is that if you, your baby takes the spoon, and you, if you tip it this way and that, you can't, it stays level with the ground, do you see that? So if your baby grabs the spoon, you want your baby to feed himself, and then tips like crazy, it won't fall out of the spoon, it might actually land up, end up in his face. There's many different kinds of baby spoons, I've never seen one like this before. It's about $8, and you can buy it online, you can't really find it in stores so much if you want it, you gotta get it online. The next thing I have here is called the Easy Peasy Mat, and this has been getting some attention lately. Now this is intended to replace a bowl or a plate. It's not a mat, there's plenty of mats that go on the table and you eat on top of, but this is supposed to be your bowl plate, so here's what it is. It's a very heavy, sticky mat, and you can't really, you know, I can pry it up, I'm an adult with smart hands, but a baby couldn't really pry it up with their small chubby fingers. So it's intended to, it really sticks pretty, I'm pulling it right now, and it's really stuck firmly to the table. You fill it up with baby food, and then the baby eats out of the little, you can see you can have three different things if you wanted to, and the baby is sort of restricted, you know, to scraping and perhaps flinging. And the Easy Peasy Mat is another thing that you will really only be able to find online, and it retails for about $25. So let me take it off, and then talk about this thing, which is the Silly Squeeze. There are lots of pouches, pouches have become a very popular way to feed your baby. It's very easy, your baby can feed him or herself. This one is reusable, you take the lid off, and then you spoon whatever it is that you need in there, these smooth things like applesauce or some type of puree, and then put the lid back on, close it up, and the kid can, and there's a lid that goes on the top to keep it from squeezing out when you don't want it to. The appeal about the reusable one is that you can reuse it. These squeeze bottles retail for about $15. It's another thing you can't really find in stores, you have to get it online, and it could be very useful if you like to feed your baby pouches. So these three feeding products are a little more expensive than things that you can find on the shelves of any drugstore or grocery store, but they might make your dinner time just a little less stressful, and help your baby to feed himself while you're doing something else, maybe eating your own food.
