Inside €12.500.000 Villa Sapphire - MOST Modern Villa in Los Monteros Playa, Marbella

Good morning and welcome back to another property tour. Today we're touring this, I can definitely use the word, unique modern villa set in Los Monteros Playa. It stands on a plot of 1,500 square meters. The house is 1,100 square meters built over three levels, basement, ground floor, first floor and also we have a solarium on top with a private swimming pool and the best views. We are steps away from the beach, it's literally right there in front of us and the house has six bedroom suites with an asking price of 11,750,000 euros. Los Monteros Playa is what we call Marbella East which is like another market to Marbella all by its own because Marbella being a town of just 180,000 inhabitants, which by the way feels like quadrupled in summer, still has so many different areas, urbanizations for everyone to find their perfect location. Los Monteros Playa is still a very intimate urbanization, quite big, we've got very good 24-hour security and the best beaches of Marbella as said and are on the Marbella East side, so that includes Los Monteros Playa. For those of you that love the beach, we've got the best beaches here. We also have like a band, a bit of party music and swimming pool and then a five-star hotel Los Monteros in the area for all your guests to feel comfortable and then we'll be walking distance from this property. So now that I've done this intro, let's have a look at the house. The entrance to the property starts from here, we have the walking access and also the car access, then the car can smoothly park here so you can walk into the house or go directly into the garage easily. The property itself, we have a mix of ceramic tiles on the facade, a lot of LED lights and then what I loved in this project, which was done by Gonzalez and Jacobson Architects, is how they really immaculately and uniquely used the combination of oval shapes, triangular shapes and the typical square shape that any building must have and that combination which you see over the facade and also throughout every single room, pay attention, is very special in my mind. Maybe you like it, maybe not. I did really like it a lot. So then as well the combination of the modern architecture with the landscape, huge palm trees, it looks quite spectacular. The access over here through the ceramic tiles on the floor which will then be repeated, same ceramic tiles in the house and we get over to the main entrance door made of wood with glass fixtures on both sides. The moment we walk into this property, I mean I don't even have to describe how different it is to the usual houses that we show. These oval shapes going through the ceiling, LED lights in every single angle, got an amazing floating staircase covered in ceramic with LED lights as well on it, lots of glass railings. This is the hall entrance where next to it we have a beautiful guest toilet and then one bedroom suite with the views to the garden to the pool area which is very nice. There's a certain double height ceiling here in the entrance as well which is great with further glass on the ceiling which brings so much natural light into the property and as well very importantly we have a private office right next to the entrance door which has these triangular shapes to it, very singular as well and there's access right of the hallway which is so practical if you have people coming in to the office. Logically we have the full domotic system that controls everything from an iPad. Combination of the beautiful wallpaper with the lacquered wood on the walls is also so special combined with the floor to ceiling gray windows. Then we have a second round table over here like a second hallway prior to getting into the living room. The lift is closed off through the door so you don't look at the lift immediately, that's nice details as well. Mirrors throughout and we are in the living room that been designed by the way the whole property by our dear friends Alto Design which they have done a tailor-made project for this house as you can see through the furniture. You feel a certain combination with the architecture that you can tell that it was kind of or most likely designed at the same time. Electric windows that open up automatically combining the whole ambiences of the inside with the outside terrace. Really nice height of the ceiling which is then combined with the height of the porch. Got a great sitting area over here and this inclined pillars which said the architecture facade which looks stunning. Of course music system all around both inside and outside. Ethanol chimney over here and the second chimney which looks like a real chimney again with this circular shapes right in the center of the living room. Behind we have the formal dining room which again all this space then connects together with the kitchen and before we get to the kitchen we've got a further bar area over here which can be fantastically used for more entertainment purposes of this room and again another detail that I love that being in this formal dining room. First of all we've got of course the stunning view of your lounge, terrace, swimming pool and the sea. Don't forget we are right in front of the sea so we've got sea views from the ground floor of the living room but as well this little details that the architect prepares so you have a garden view from your table apart from this spectacular design of the wall which is again lit with the LED lights throughout and at night of the evening it does transmit. I'm a fan of the LED lights because I think they do really transmit this special atmosphere to any room where it's used and when they are strategically combined then it's an absolute masterpiece. The kitchen is nicely set apart from the living dining area but still is integrated all the way together. We've got a nice island in the middle, beautiful wallpaper, the round ceilings repeated all over again and the fully equipped kitchen pretty much but what I most like about this space is the fact how they use the corner windows and in my experience those are the only type of windows that really integrate the space together because being here now and having all this landscape it does feel like it's inside of the house literally and it's another beautiful feature to it. We've only covered the ground floor but I think you can agree that it's a very special house you might like it you might love it or you might not but it is definitely special and different personally I love that and we are in a very interesting market as well because the market has changed drastically over the past two years and it really is a seller's market there's not much stock and the demand is pretty I would say actually extremely high and even in this price level which the house is 11 million 750 000 euros there's not much you can find if you're looking for more than brand new house close to the beach whichever area market you're looking at actually you cannot almost find anything at the moment so therefore this has becomes even triple more interesting well as I mentioned previously we've got the lift which I did not show which is nicely hidden over here on the ground floor and let's have a look at the bedrooms that's so cool there's a tv in the lift I just learned something about Australia well there are four bedroom suites including the master on this floor and each of them deserves a special attention so we're going to look into every single one of them the staircase comes up to the same part as the lift and then on this side we have two bedrooms and really what you can see from there as well that every corner of this house really deserves a special attention I mean everything has been well thought through we've got a space there for a statue that is lit with the natural light above it separate but while you are sitting in this ambience you have this view then another great detail we've got for example the glass floor over here which I didn't realize when I was downstairs I looked at this window and it felt like a whole huge window and nothing above it then following over here great sitting area once again especially you've got beautiful views all around there's a window nicely placed there so you can look out to the sea I mean from this level every single window it just looks out to the sea and the view of the sea from this level is absolutely stunning that's for sure so that's the beauty even though this house is not exactly 100% front line it's 10 meters steps back there's no buildings in front of it so you can see the whole sea view but as well there is a pluses and minuses to it like everything in life and the pluses here that I can see is that in summer when you've got 100 people on the beach or a thousand you're nicely laid back and not so much over flown with all that energy and all that people still get in the great sea views on this corner we've got two bedrooms if we start with the only bedroom that is set on the back on this floor as you can see we've got the same concept of the oval shapes of the ceiling which is so cool there's quite a lot of wardrobe space nice size windows as well and then a nice ensuite bathroom all together with a big walk-in shower I mean you can see that the design of the ceramic floors then nicely combines into the bathroom repeated as the cladding of the walls on the other side we've got another bedroom and here the fun starts because we've got a great bedroom it's slightly bigger with a chaise longue a terrace and an incredible sea view from here combined with the infinity pool that we are overlooking as well I mean if you're looking for sea views there's much else that you can really find and the beauty as well of this house being positioned slightly to the west side it allows us to catch the most beautiful view that we have in Marbella which is the view of the Gibraltar and Africa together I mean every single wall every single detail is quite special and thought through which is always a pleasure to see big bathroom over here with a standing free bathtub overlooking the same sea views again big walk-in shower surround same ceramic tiling over the walls pretty much and then if we carry on to the other side through the sitting area that you've seen which is so fantastic for these two bedrooms to have their own cozy sitting area all these extra spaces in the house are so much valued so we get back and prior to the master bedroom got the bedroom number three of this level same type of materials throughout basically you can see that already which will be repeated in the whole property including the basement so we've got same qualities all around great windows as well with this very thin carpentry which allows the maximization of the view small let's call it smoking terrace so just to walk out there for a second big enough bedroom again beautifully combined with the led lights and the wallpaper with the same concept of bathroom and now we get right over here to the master bedroom which is extremely special once again sea views of course ethanol chimney the ceramic combination with the wallpaper once again this is like a magazine master bedroom i don't think it gets better than this in terms of design when you're looking for a modern property big walk-in shower on the opposite side which you can easily separate into two areas if you wish so and then on this side we get to the master bathroom which again is separated if needed by a door extremely great proportion of course we've got double vanity toilet areas is over here freestanding bath big shower everything again overlooking the sea views and again also a cool gain of ceiling forms being this kind of the center of that area you've got enough space for a chaise longue and pretty much i would say this is a really cool master bedroom with a unique design for sure and of course without forgetting the great makeup area where you're sitting you've got the mirror to see the sea again of course and over here i've got the staircase which takes us upstairs to the solarium moment we step on the solarium we've got a private swimming pool which has the sea views but then of course we have the beautiful los monteros mountain views which is so much greenery a lot of pine trees as well which characterizes this urbanization a big solarium with plenty of space and the best views of course there's always a separate toilet and shower in case it's needed we've got a chill out area over here music system surround and a further also lay back area over there again you can see how the architecture details are repeated on the ceiling which create those volumes that we saw from downstairs great overview of the plot as well we have the infinity pool with next door there's also a shower and toilet as well we've got a great view over here of the marbella concha mountain and the whole marbella coastline going all the way very special view and then as well of course as mentioned this house has the big basement which has a big garage we've got a separate huge room which can be used for cinema or gym or something like that there's a big laundry room and a separate apartment en suite which would be the number six remember we had four bedrooms on the first floor one bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom downstairs and that's one more incredible home tours i mean the vision of an architect to create something like that from nothing
