The stones on these gold rings are London topaz and quartz.
These rings have a special design. By taking off the back, they can also be worn as a necklace.
In this video, we will show you the full process of making these rings.

The process begins with designing the models, a very important step where accuracy is everything.
Even a small mistake in the design could ruin all the work that comes next.
Once the designs are ready, we set up the 3D printer to turn these digital models into real
shapes. The printed models often have extra material, so they need careful cleaning to
get rid of any unwanted resin. After cleaning, we carefully attach the models to a casting tree,
a structure used in jewelry casting to hold several pieces, allowing us to cast them all
together in a single mold. Since the alloys of the parts are different, two casting trees are made.
With the casting tree ready, we move on to making the mold. The mold then goes into the furnace
to burn away the resin, leaving a perfect space for the metal.
While this happens, we melt the gold bars and adjust the alloy to reach the right carrot for
our pieces. Once the mold is ready, the machine injects the melted gold, filling the spaces left
by the resin models. The gold cools and hardens, taking on the detailed shapes of the casting tree
inside the mold. This is the second tree we made using the same process. Notice how the colors
differ due to the different alloys. Now we separate each part from the casting tree. However, not all
of these pieces are for the ring we're making. Many are for other jewelry projects in our workshop.
After this, each piece goes through a cleaning process to remove any remaining residue.
Next, we set the stones, adding the final touches to bring the jewelry to life.
With final adjustments complete, the jewelry is polished and ready,
crafted with skill and care from start to finish.
