So in lesson one, you're learning the one hand outward circle flow.
So what I mean outward circle is the hand from the outside down return to the dantian,
then circle out from the high and then return back.
When we move the hand out, the palm rotates, which is the thumb turning towards the palm center.
Okay, it rotates. And when we drop down, it is a small finger size,
little bit of spiral pointing towards the palm center here. Okay, this is the palm center here.
So you have some time now out, which is the thumb turn toward the center, and you return,
the small finger return according to the center. When we do this, we call the shunchan, which is
the qi return to the center. And up here is the nichan, the qi, the energy flow to the finger.
So energy returning and the energy or the qi reaching to the finger. Okay, that's how the
silk reading is a circulation of inner energy. Okay, from the dantian and circle through the back
all the way to the finger. This circle involves the whole body, all major joints.
When you turn the hand, the hand alone can closer to the body, like one-fifth distance
back to dantian. But once this hand up, it's a little bit far away distance, away
from your body. Okay, so also the hand go now up to the corner, and then turn out
to the other corner. So you have two corners here. From that corner out, return,
and from the other corner, you turn the chest a little bit up the hand. So that is the one hand
outward circle. All right, if we can understand this circle and all the other
silk reading, it becomes easy to understand, right?
