Riding through Texas can be quite exhausting. The road glide was in need of some higher octane fuel to get me through the journey. This episode we will ride from New Mexico to Dallas Texas. Thanks for watching and consider subscribing to the channel.

This channel covers a lot of motorcycle vlog type of content. We talk about all things motorcycles, product review, video editing, and cinematic type of sequences. I ride a 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Special and we travel to as many motorcycle rallies and other events throughout the year.
Okay, good morning.
I'm packing up right now, heading off to Dallas today.
Hopefully make it all the way to Dallas because we have to pick up the wife tomorrow.
Leaving this cabin, which has been absolutely amazing.
And I'm sure if you guys watched yesterday's video you were wondering, did I take advantage
of the hot tub?
Or maybe you weren't wondering, but yeah, I did.
And the beds here, man, I slept like a champion.
It was whisper quiet.
It was definitely a nice place to reset and I highly recommend it.
So today is going to be a very, very long day.
I think it's 10 hours of saddle time, if I'm not mistaken.
So we got to jam on it.
All right, we're getting right back on the road here, going to check out.
The where you check out from this place is about, I don't know, maybe a quarter mile
from where the cabin actually is.
But just an amazing place to stay, you guys, you definitely need to check it out.
If you're in the Redoso area, if you want to get a little bit more information on it,
you can go over to MotorcycleDestinations.com as I did a video review on the place itself.
This place would be amazing in the snow, I can guarantee you that.
But before we leave town, I'm going to go ahead and check out one of the local diners
for some good breakfast.
It's going to be a long day.
All right, I'm feeling a lot better.
I had to go with the fruit bowl because, if you guys watched a couple days ago, my legs
were cramping up in the middle of the night.
I feel better, I feel good.
Now it's time to hit the road and head towards Dallas, Texas.
Let's go.
All right, so here very shortly, we're going to be coming up on.
All right, on this trip, especially going through New Mexico, what I've noticed is that
a lot of the gas stations only go as high as 90 octane.
I mean, I would have to be in dire straits to put 90 octane in my bike.
I even get upset that I have to put 91 in my bike all the time.
So I just tried to stop, the octane was 90, I'm like, nope, negative, we're still technically
good on fuel.
I did need a little bit of a leg break, but I didn't take one.
So we're sitting at 149.2 miles straight, non-stop right now, and I don't know, we'll
hopefully have another gas station here in the near future, and that'll be in Texas.
I'm pretty sure Texas is going to have something above 90, but all right, here we go.
All right, well, we're in Texas, and coming up on our first gas station, let us see if
we have something above 90 octane.
That's a total of 178.7 miles, is going to be what we just did straight.
So I need a leg break for sure.
Let's cross our fingers, come on.
Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please.
All right, thank you Texas, 91 octane, that'll work.
Let's fuel up, take a break, and then get right back on the road.
Okay, so we just made it through the town of Post, Texas, and I can tell you the excitement
of this weekend is starting to kick in.
I'm super pumped to pick up the wife tomorrow morning from the airport, and then get over
to the Kaye River to hang out with some good friends.
I mean, it is just, it's an event you have to go to, to experience it.
Everybody is so chill, a bunch of good people, motorcycle enthusiasts, hanging out, and I
mean, Adam really does a good job at having different events and things going on.
And if you guys watched a couple videos back, you know, I'm bringing three newbies.
So I've got the wife, who's never been there, I've got Scott and his wife Heather.
And if you're new to this channel and you hear me refer to my wife as the wife, that
is like her legit page name.
So anyway, we still have about four hours of saddle time left.
Let's continue on and see what Texas has to offer.
Oh no, Texas, what are you doing to me?
You only got 90.
Gotta keep going.
I'm 135 miles non-stop.
I wanted to take a break, but let's keep going.
Alright, here's a little bit of a change.
I'm, man, I'm beat.
But I had to stretch the legs, figured I'd top off.
Too bad I only need, I don't know, maybe like a quarter tank.
But look what I found.
Boom.
Got em.
Alright, I've got an hour and 45 minutes left.
Burnout competition.
