The wine has a nose filled with ripe apple, pear, meyer lemon, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, you'll taste the apple and citrus with hints of stone fruits, brioche, and almond. The wine has a fine mousse that provides a creamy texture, while its vibrant acidity leaves a refreshing and invigorating finish. With every sip, the wine takes you on a journey of discovery, revealing layers of complexity and nuance. Crisp acidity provides structure and clarity, while delicate fruit flavors linger on the palate, leaving a lasting impression. The wine's dry, mineral-driven finish is a testament to its terroir-driven character and impeccable craftsmanship. @jakeet #WineTime#openmic#Vino#localmusic#winelover#VinoVentures#IAAWEvents#winebar#wine#IAAWTime Bản chép lời
Hey everyone, it's Jacob here at It's All About Wine in Springfield, Illinois. So it is Sparkling
Tuesday, which means we have another amazing sparkling wine open for you to enjoy. And today
we have von Vinning. This is a Sekt, so basically a sparkling wine from Germany. This is 100%
Riesling. It's an extra root. And von Vinning is known for producing some of the most elegant and
some of the most beautiful expressions of Riesling in Germany. So those age-worthy wines
that you're going to get. What I really love about the von Vinning Sekt is that it sees
stainless steel fermentation to start, so you get really bright kind of fruit and aromatics on the
nose. So think citrus, you get bright pear, some apple, get a little bit of almost like a floral
note on the nose as well. But then it goes through secondary fermentation in the bottle with 24 to
36 months of these aging. And so you get that roundness and richness on the palate still.
So there's a balance. It's bright, it's got beautiful acid, it's got beautiful minerality,
and then you get this roundness from the kind of secondary fermentation in bottle.
It's a gorgeous expression. It's bone dry, it's got high acid, high minerality, beautiful fruit,
elegant bubbles, it's everything you want. And the sparkling wine, it just happens to be from
Germany. And it's at a great price point. So come in, get yourself a glass of this. You will
not be disappointed. We weren't. We tried it last week, a couple weeks ago actually,
and fell in love with it and ordered a case. Definitely think that's something everyone's
going to fall in love with, especially as we head into summer. It is a great
sipping out on the patio, sitting by the pool, having a festivities wine. So come in,
get yourself a glass or get yourself a bottle at home. Cheers.
