Can a Pro GOALKEEPER Stop anything?

Yes guys, so today we're back with a new video. I'm joined by Def, our ideal GK. We made a video about a year ago comparing my ability in golf to his. Let's just say, huge difference. Anyway, we know he's good at saving a football, but today I've got a load of other things for him to save. Different balls, we're talking frisbees, we're talking tennis balls, everything you can think of. Can he keep it out the back of the net? Then we're gonna change out your gloves for a few different items and see how you deal with that. Should be fun. Let's get into it. Right, so we've got a load of things for you to save today. I don't wanna give it all away yet, but you're looking at these items. What do you think is gonna be the hardest thing to save? Shoot five from Fleek Service. Shoot five? Yeah, I saw that straight away. I just thought that's gonna be a nightmare. Windy as well. Windy with one of these bad boys. Gonna be moving. We'll save that till the end. I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do saving a frisbee, mate. We've got all sorts of stuff. Let's get into it. Get in goal, mate. Let's do it. After that horrendous attempt at a fist bump, I got my boots on, Def got himself warmed up, and we started off the challenge with a normal football. First up, we should get started with a normal football. See how Def can deal with this. Save. Ooh. There we go. He's only human. Ooh. Boxing. That couldn't have been more bins, could it? Oh. Save. So, after giving Def a chance to get his eye on with a football, it was time to start off with the first item. Next up, we've got the exercise ball. Def, what are you thinking about this? I feel pretty good about this. Yeah, it's big, isn't it? It's big, isn't it? You shouldn't concede too many. I'll be surprised if you scored one, to be honest. Ooh. Get on the edge. Ooh. Oh. Oh, no. Oh. Made him work on that one. Oh, good save. Nice. It's got some funny movements, but pretty comfortable goal with this one. Yeah, a comfortable one, yeah. Next up, volleyball, Def. Thoughts on this one? Yeah, that'd be a bit tougher than the gym ball. It's light, isn't it? I think it's so windy as well, it's probably gonna move. Let's see what we can do. I think we've got a good chance for this one. Oh. That's horrendous, that. Yeah, it's dippy. Told you, mate, this one is gonna be difficult to save. Oh. I think the technique I'm gonna go for is just hitting it with power. That allows it to just move either way if it catches the wind or anything. They'll either go straight as an arrow or they'll just move. Oh. Oh, good save. That moved as well. Yeah. As a wobbler. Not bad, is he? Not bad. He's not bad. Nah. Even then, like, you've gotta concentrate so much just to catch it. Oh, that's good. Oh. Save. I don't know he gets down so low. Oh. What a save, though. Best end on that. What a save, that. Just hit him in. He went through there. Like you said, it either goes dead straight or it's a wobbler. That's gotta be the hardest one, yeah? Yeah, that one that went in as well. Bad. Right. Dick, we've got the basketball up next. Don't know what to say about that. I don't think it's gonna move as much, though. No. It's got some weight behind it. Yeah, that's heavy. Oh. Wow. The thing is, like, there's so much more weight to keep out the goal as well because he's, like, so much more heavy. Yeah. That's mental. Oh, that went too bad. It's heavier, but, like, the top corner, so you've got to get so much on it because there's so much ball. Some putt. Reaction ball. It's gonna be difficult, this. I don't know what to say about that. We'll just hit it and see what happens. Right. Triangle football or the reaction ball. This should be an interesting one, definitely. Oh, what a save. Honestly, it's unbelievable. There we go. Oh, that's the one. That's what you want, though. Yeah. It's all right. It wasn't that difficult, but I think a bit of speed on the ground, it'd be a lot harder. It gets very difficult from now on, though. All right, I'm buzzing for this one. We've got the Frisbees. It's gonna be different to anything else. You're gonna try to save. What are you thinking? Joking. That's gonna be hard. It's a thin surface area. They've got unpredictable movement. It should be quite accurate as well. Hopefully. Yeah, it should be more accurate, actually. All right, Frisbee, here we go. No. It should be more accurate, actually. No. Put a bit of sky on it, isn't it? All right. Oh, he kept it out. He kept it out. Oh! You're joking. State of that. And then that's game over. All right. This one's gonna be interesting. How do you feel against ping pong balls? Bad. Badly. I feel badly about them. This is gonna be hard. I'll have two more, because this one's just not working out great. Oh! So the ping pong balls didn't really work as I hoped, so we moved on to the next item. Next up, we've got the square ball. You ever been in golf with one of these before? No, I've seen them, though. You know what they're all about. Bad news, yeah. If you do this to all your guests. Yep. If you've not seen one of these balls before, basically they just have a ridiculous amount of curve on them. Let's see what he's got. Oh! That's worse than I thought. Oh! Oh, what a save. Oh! Nice. Oh! Oh my word. Oh! This one went from, I can't hit the target, to top pins every time. Oh! That's a save. Oh my God. Yeah, that's the hardest one by far. Really? Yeah, by a mile. It's ridiculous, you can't hit it straight. If it's going one way, it's always moving away from you. You've got to gamble a little as well. Strikes. Thank you. Right, rugby ball. What's your thoughts on this one? I think this'll be a bit harder than that reaction ball we used. Yeah? Yeah, I think this'll be quite difficult. If it's on the ground, it'll be difficult. Yeah, good save. Now, this next shot, I caught the rugby ball absolutely perfectly. Oh! Mate! How'd I do that? That went on each side. I landed straight. I think he caught on to it. Oh! Jeez! That's one of the hardest, but in the air's okay. Yeah? When it's on the ground, it's hard. Right, tennis balls. Yeah, I think this is going to be the hardest, surely. The power, the size. Yeah, you'd think so. I've done this before. Honestly, I quite like it. I know I'm talking early, but I do quite like it. Then again, how good are you at tennis? I'm a keen player, mate. I'm a keen player. All right, tennis balls. That's all you've got. Okay. Save. Mate, this is better than I thought. Oh! That went in. Oh, that went in. That was close. Oh! That's a save. He plucked that one out of the sky. That's a joke. Flipping A, just the pluck with the one hand. Now, can we just take a second to appreciate this next save? Oh! Called it out of the sky, though. Save. Tennis balls, what do you think? Oh, actually, I like that one. Really? Yeah, obviously, if it's bracket, you're not really going to save it, but yeah. So, final item, Dex got a save. Before we move on to the different gloves is the shoot balls. You've already said these are probably going to be the hardest one. Yeah, I stand by that. Even after what we've done, you still think? This is going to move more than that kicker ball. Mate, this is absolutely... Oh, wow. Oh! That was going a mild way. This is so unfair. Save. Oh! You're joking! You're joking me! Oh, these are close. I literally don't even have to aim at the goal. I can just kick it and it'll somehow come back on target. I'll watch this. What a save. Good save. Save was the worst. There's nothing even close. That was so bad. Now, I'm going to stick you in some different gloves and see how you deal with that. Boxing gloves, mate. Do you box? A little bit. A little bit? You should be all right with this. They're probably a bit small for your hands, though. Well, it's your size, isn't it? Hey! There we go. Oh, phooey. All right, Dec, what's your initial thoughts on these bad boys? Shambolic. Don't know why I've come. Joke. It's half-decent goalkeeper, ain't it? I'm baking cakes. I don't feel good about this. He's cooking up a save, man. That's all. It's like you're rocking to a Sunday league match and the keeper has forgotten you've scored. He's forgotten. Yeah, nice. There we go. They're actually good. A lot of surface there, isn't it? Feels nice. Catching's going to be a hard part. I don't mind that. The thing is, you can take harder shots with these. That's for sure.
