STUDY VLOG 📓 PRODUCTIVE & REALISTIC days preparing for EXAMS: long study days, self care & new nails

Okay, it is now day two. We're gonna use some second cup coffee beans. These are dark roast I'm gonna see if we can get the machine to work for these I got 300 grams this time because the 200 grams that I previously got they're literally all gone. So we're gonna try this Okay, we have tried our second bean this is like our fifth espresso thing that we could actually pull and These are not my favorite beans, so we will find a better bean next time I need to start making this a series Good morning guys, it is December 1st, which means there are officially six days until I have to write my exam Thankfully, I don't work today or tomorrow. So I have time to really like lock in and get some studying done I'm actually gonna meet up with Daisy and we're gonna go to the library later But before she gets here, I just want to lock in on some work at my desk first Since they came out with a new evolution of their browser Opera 1 R2 If you don't know Opera is a free all-in-one browser and R2 has a bunch of new functions such as the player function where you Can control your music and videos without interrupting at your browsing and on the side you can pick between six different streaming services So I have Spotify, but it also offers Apple music YouTube music deezer title and SoundCloud You can just hover over the player icon and pause or skip your song like this and you can always pop up the video You're watching as well and it just like kind of floats on your screen and you can also detach the player pop out and move It beyond the browser window like this You're also able to alter the entire theme of your browser including animated backgrounds And you can also customize the UI colors browser sounds and customize mode intensity and animation One feature that I think is especially helpful for students or people who multitask is a split screen where you can open two documents In the same browser where you can work on things at the same time without actually having to split the tabs or the screen you Simply just drag one tab downwards like this But there's also aria command line and you can ask any question while staying in the same web page You don't need to open aria in the sidebar and this way it minimizes the distractions Since you don't have to leave the browser what you're working on Lastly, there's aria AI image generation and image recognition where you can provide a simple prompt and aria will generate an image for you And then in the image recognition you can always just upload something and it can give you answers based off of that So if you want to try out and I'll have a link in the description box below And of course, thank you to offer for sponsoring this portion of the video This might be a bit of a hot take but I have actually missed studying for exams or maybe it's just I love learning and like knowing that i'm learning and that i'm going to do okay on an assessment and i'm not At the brink of failing but I really liked the vibe of this library. It's a university library So there's lots of students around there's a lot of nice lighting and I just appreciate that everyone's on the grind and they were very silent So this next exam is actually going to be The only one i'm writing this term and one of the very few exams that i'm writing this year of 2024 I took a partial course load during the summer semester if you didn't know and I just think i'm going to feel Super relieved after this exam is done and i'm already planning for all the self-care i'm going to do And probably because i'm gonna need it after I finish writing But yeah, I know final season is a stressful time And so i'm sending you guys all my love and the productivity vibes if I can do it Then you can definitely do it. So you got this Officially two days left until my final exam and i'm starting to feel the pressure So I want to get a few solid hours of studying in today So i'm headed to impact kitchen. I also heard it's really remote work friendly So hopefully I can find a spot it is earlier in the day. So i'm not too worried about that So i'm gonna pack my bag and we're gonna head out also right before I go Today is the first day of snow in toronto that I know of and it makes me so Excited. I can't believe it Like look, it's gonna be freezing out, but it's okay This is the kale caesar salad with free-range chicken breast that daisy recommended me and then I got a vanilla matcha I've just spent the morning tidying up my apartment a little bit to create the most conducive environment for productivity So this is the environment that I have going on right now the projector is silent It's definitely not perfect because there's a bit of clutter there and i'm not even going to show you the kitchen I also had a really annoying and totally preventable situation occur. Basically. This is my favorite calculator This is the texas instrument ti 30 12s. It's a very basic standard scientific calculator and I lost it Last week or like a couple days ago and i've just been using the scientific calculator app that I have on my phone Because I was like, oh i'll just like pick one up when I walk by like a tech store or something like that And then I never got one in my exams literally tomorrow So I went to two different stores went to dollarama and I went to shoppers and I got these two calculators And these are scientific calculators and I could make it work but they don't have like the two lines where you can see your mistakes and stuff like that and I can't be making mistakes on My exam because I can't fail because i'm already retaking this class So I unbox these two calculators and then I realized that I literally don't like both and I should have just went to best buy Or like an actual university bookstore and got the calculator that I originally wanted the first time because now these ones i'm not even gonna Use but anyways, I now have my calculator. It matches my outfit. It's perfect. Um That literally doesn't matter Now we're just going to study i'm literally having coffee and I never drink coffee but it's like I don't know I feel under pressure but Yeah But anyways, i'm gonna get studying so Yeah I need to study Okay, guys i've been doing this practice question for Like 25 minutes because it's a lengthy one and I just want to check my answers Ah Okay, guys, I am officially done studying I brush my teeth and everything i'm just gonna do the closing shift on my living room So I can sleep peacefully.
