Stankovic Stands Tall Between the Posts | Top Moment | Venezia-Cagliari | Serie A 2024/25

Augello, that's a decent looking delivery and what a save by Stankovic. Yerimina got the final touch. What about those reflexes from the Serbian? Outstanding goalkeeping. One of the most unorthodox saves you'll see this season. It seems that he blocked it with his head. Ball comes in from Augello, finds its way to Lapadula. Felici, strike from distance, that's not far away. Almost a birthday treat for Gabriele Zappa. The curling effort from the wing back. He's already scored two goals this season. A brace against Milan and that would have been a peach. Marin, Augello, Makumbu. It's a decent looking ball. Makumbu and Lapadula. Kept out twice by Stankovic who made an outstanding save in the first half and he's made a double here. Vyateska it was, nodding it down to Pavoletti. Look at that as a save. And then here, at this time last week, Felici. What a save by Stankovic once again. This is a young goalkeeper coming of age. What about this for a save on Felici? It's a decent finish. Looking for that far corner.
