It's Time To Send Me Your Holiday Program!

Hey skaters, welcome back. Today is just a reminder for you. If you have been following along for a while, you'll know that I do a Christmas compilation video every year that goes out on Christmas day with skaters from all over the world skating the same program together for Christmas. It's really, really special. In fact, I'll post a few links down below so you can watch previous years if you want. Well, today is the day to start submitting to me your versions of our Christmas program. Now, if you're a little bit behind the times and don't know what's going on, let me explain. So in October, I taught some footwork and in November, I taught some choreography, which all of you can learn. You can make it harder, make it easier, make it your own, adapt it to your current skating skills. The task, the mission, if you choose to complete it is to perform your program, get someone to film you, or maybe just put your camera by the wall if you don't have a friend who can film you, and then submit that video of you skating our Christmas program back to me. All right, so what you're gonna do is you're gonna take a link. You're gonna post your video to your YouTube account. All right, you're gonna upload your video of you skating our Christmas program to your account. And then below today's video, you'll post a link. All right, so I get to watch your skating program. Now, it has to be either public or unlisted. If it's private, I won't be able to see it. All right, so please set it to public or unlisted. Every single skater who posts a link to them doing the program down below will be pulled and I'll compile all of them together into a beautiful collage of all of us skating together for Christmas. Now, if you need to still learn the choreography, there's a couple of days. So I'll post a link to the choreography down below. You can learn it and then get it filmed. You have from today, Wednesday, through Saturday night, I think that's the 21st, okay? When I wake up Pacific time on Sunday morning, the 22nd, I'm gonna be closing the comments. So any links that are up there before I wake up, I will use, okay? If you get there after it's closed, it's too late. I gotta start editing together. The other thing you wanna watch for, every year I have people who put in so much effort, film themselves and somehow their video gets lost in the shuffle and they wake up Christmas morning ready to be part of my video and they're not there and it always breaks my heart. So what I'm gonna do is when I pull your video, I will post a comment below that says I got it. If you don't see that comment coming up on Sunday, cause I'm gonna be grabbing them all on Sunday. If you don't see it on Sunday the 22nd that I got your video, bug me somehow. Send me a Instagram message, comment on something, like try to get my attention so I can find your video. There's always like one or two that I miss and I'm always so sad about it. So on Sunday the 22nd when I start pulling those videos, make sure that you see a comment below your video that says that I got it, okay? Quick rundown, film your video, post a link to your video down below this one. Make sure it's public or unlisted and make sure it's in by Saturday night on the 21st. If you do all those things, then on Christmas morning, you can wake up and check out my channel and watch all of us around the world skating together for Christmas. I can't wait to see all of your Christmas programs. Oh, one more thing I should say. I've had people do this in roller skates, roller blades, in their living room, on fake ice in their backyard, in ice rinks like this, in little coned off sections in ice rinks like this, on ponds, on lakes, by themselves, in duets, in trios, in fours, all right? So I also had someone just one time learn the footwork. I had someone just learn a couple of the spins. So don't think that just because you're a beginner or your circumstances aren't perfect, you can't be a part of it. Please try to submit whatever you have.
