Hello, Dr. Mulholland coming at you from Laguna Beach, California. We're doing an
in-mode lift, which is a combination of the new Quantum RF10 injectable internal
ultra-short pulse duration, fractional bipolar RF. And we're going to combine that with the
new Morpheus M24 burst from the outside in, five millimeters of depth, fixed and cycle mode
together with burst in scale to contour, undermine, create, and lift. We are then going to add
injectable filler, judicious amounts, together with injectable neurotoxin. And finally, a little
suture suspension lift to hold our Quantum and Morpheus in place. And that one-hour procedure
will be the most common way you're going to give global rejuvenation. The most important of those
four elements is going to be your injectable in-mode RF. However, we need to make this,
we need to induce a level of comfort for this young lady so that she finds the procedure
acceptable. And so if we come with Dimitri over to our patient, let's zoom in a little bit on her.
We've kind of marked out all the areas that we saw on the screen. Chin up just a bit. She's got
lovely big malar eminence. We don't need volume. We want to create bi-zygomatic dominance because
she's gone from bi-zygomatic dominant to dowdy. We want to open that back up without too much
volume in the malar eminence. So this is a, zoom in Dimitri, big no, no, no, no filler.
Right, no, just to remind yourself because you'll be tempted, oh I got to inject there. No you don't.
High in the zygomatic arch. Chin up a bit. Tiny little bit where the
commissure is falling, but really look at all those X's. X's are where injectable in-mode RF,
the quantum and the morpheus are going to allow you to have a differentiated injectable practice.
