BATES WEDDING IN FLORIDA + FAMILY DISNEY TRIP

What is up YouTube fam? Welcome back to the channel. It is good to be back. I am looking a little bit wild. It's been a crazy morning for us. We have a lot to do today. We have a super exciting vlog planned for y'all. It is probably one of the coolest vlogs we've ever done. I'll say top three. So basically we are about to fly to Florida. Katie's brother Jackson is getting married this weekend. And then we're also gonna be staying with family and we may or may not be doing a Disney trip one of the days. It has been a wild 48 hours for us. I slept zero last night. We were trying to get everything done. All the work stuff kind of fell at one point. But good news is it is done. We are ready to go. We are packing up the bags. Katie is almost ready. And then we're gonna get out of here, head to the airport. We are super pumped. We're gonna be staying with the Stew crew, Zach and Whitney. So we're super excited about that. So I think that's it. And yeah, without further ado, Florida, here we come. Let's do it. We officially made it to Florida. We've actually been here like three hours. Yes. And I've had hiccups since like 6 a.m. guys. I just can't even talk anymore. I think you've been staying up all night. This is like take three because I keep trying to vlog and I keep having to stop because I have the hiccups. But we've been in the airport for like three hours now. We actually decided to rent a car with Carl and Evan because they kill us on the young driver fee. We have a baby. We're married, but we can't rent a car. So. We still have two years before we can rent a car without a young driver fee. So. I don't know if three kids in a car is a great idea, but we're going to do it because we love all of the quality time together. So. We did get a big car, but the issue was we flew into separate airports. So we flew into Orlando. And our flights were different times. And they flew into Sanford. So they landed an hour and a half later than us and they have a 30 minute drive. Which is okay. Haley's very ready to be done with the airport. She's done really well and held up very well, but she's ready for a nap. And so we're very ready to get to our VRBO. Bad news is we have an hour drive from here to the VRBO. It's all good though. We were able to grab dinner. We've just been hanging out. The airport is not that busy, surprisingly. It's been very nice. We found a nice couch to sit on. So we could all sit together. Haley's been playing and people have been really kind and like talking to her and entertaining her. So we're all good. Our ride is almost here. We're super excited to see everybody. Disney's tomorrow. We gotta get rested up. It's gonna be a- Yeah, you especially. This guy needs to sleep as soon as we get there. All right, you guys, we made it to the VRBO. We're here. Stu crew, party has begun. The kids are already searching the house like crazy. When we were booking a place to stay, we had like a few options. And Evan was like really all about this one. And sometimes like when you're booking a place, like the photos can kind of be deceiving. And this one had a bunch of Disney themed rooms. And so- So many kids are staying here. We were like, we have to do that. And honestly, we wanted it all Disney too. I didn't know if it was gonna be like cheesy. Guys, we showed up. We've walked through the house. I'm gonna show you a little bit. It is the coolest house I think I've ever stayed in. Like it is top notch. So Zach and Whitney are actually on their way. They drove from Tennessee to Florida. So they are gonna meet us here. We're all gonna be staying here. We're going to Disney tomorrow. So Evan's over here. We were already talking. We're gonna do like a Disney mashup in all the rooms. Maybe we should put it on the vlog. Dude, they always say we should sit together, bro. I don't know. We'll go see which rooms are dedicated. No joke. Everybody always comments, yo, Evan, Travis, do a duet. So like now is our chance. We're gonna do a duet. Yo, check out this room. This is the, obviously the Mickey room. Look at the headboards. Oh, is he so pretty? I know she doesn't know all of these characters and all the different things, but she loves the lights and like all of the bright colors. You like it? Oh, he's so pretty. We're running upstairs cause I gotta show you the rest of the house. Look at this, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot. What's up, Zade? Zade is having the time of his life. So this is the prince's room and they have bunk beds and there's a slide that goes up. Layla had the castle. Layla, show them your castle. Is this your castle on the wall? This is my castle. Hands down the coolest room in the house. Check this out. Evan just pointed out, this is the door. It's the door off Monster. That is genius. That is cool. Mom, who is this? That's the pig from Toy Story. Oh my soul, this guy. We're gonna get some rest because tomorrow we have a big day and today was crazy. But we do have some kind of bad news. It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow. So we're praying and hoping that the rain holds off. I know in Florida, like it's kind of hit or miss. Like it can rain and then be sunny. So we're hoping we get some sunshine. Either way, we're gonna get the ponchos out. The girls are ready for the rain. Yeah, so ready. Our kids are gonna do great. It's gonna be a fun time. I haven't been to Disney World in a long, long time. So Haley's first time, obviously. She's not gonna remember it, but we will. So it's gonna be fun. Gonna get rested up for the big day. This is the content I need. Evan going full-blown dad mode. You're not kidding, dude. All right, guys, we are on the ferry. We are getting ready to go over to Magic Kingdom. We actually have park hopper passes. So we are starting at Magic Kingdom. I think we're gonna go to Animal Kingdom. And then, you know, who knows what? We're gonna definitely go to the castle, see the fireworks later today. Haley is so excited. She keeps clapping. She's waving at all the people. She got her Mickey on, mini socks. We're ready to go. It is gonna be a fun day. I'm not gonna lie. When we got out of the car, basically every family was in matching Disney outfits. And I felt very unprepared. I got a Disney shirt. I'm Disney in spirit. I'm gonna get Disney ears, and Haley's gonna get Disney ears when we get in there. So we just got here, we had to rent a stroller. And this is Hazel. And she said she watches our channel. We brought us a stroller, we're hanging out. Haley's in her stroller. We actually came with her duna, but for like long walks, it's not the best. So you can actually rent a stroller for 15 bucks. Not a bad deal, but it's currently raining. So we're all sitting here, waiting for a little bit of a let up so we can run to like a restaurant or something. So we're gonna try to make a run for it. Disney, woohoo! Just got caught in a rainstorm. Haley is now soaked, but we do have a new outfit. So it is okay. It's still fine, everything's fine. This weather is not really ideal, but we're having fun, we're making the best of it. It's still the happiest place on earth. Haley's still happy, she likes the rain. I think if they jump at her, she might be scared, but if they're pretty like slow, I think she'll like it. She won't take her eyes off of them. We are taking a quick break. Haley has gotta eat, she's gotta nap. She's been going hard all day. You saw her with the Winnie the Pooh and Tigger. That was like the cutest thing. I was smiling like ear to ear. Winnie the Pooh was my favorite as a kid, and I was really nervous when we got up there, she was gonna start crying. There was other kids and they all react differently, but she was so sweet. She didn't even really know what to do, it was so cute. But we just grabbed lunch, we're trying to feed the babies. This is like our halfway point. We're gonna reset, try to go out for the second half of the day. Maybe hit some of the shows, some of the cooler stuff like that. So it's been fun, it is still raining, so we're taking cover right now under a roof. But it's been a fun day. I'm not sure if they're gonna do fireworks tonight. That's up in the air, but we will see. ♪♪ Somehow Haley is still asleep. We transferred her from mama's arms to the stroller, and she is, she's out cold. She looks so tired, obviously. She's doing good though, she's been sleeping. She's done great, she's had a great temperament the whole time. She ate her bottle, had her baby food, we had lunch. I think we might try to take her on her first ride. It's a small world, so we're headed there now, and we'll hang out till she wakes up. ♪♪ Babe, tell them why you're sad. Oh my goodness, did you see that? Saved it. Back to the question, tell them why you're sad, babe. Because I've been seeing all of these reels on TikTok of people like, oh, this is what I ate at Disney, and it's all this amazing stuff. I've been walking around here, and all I could find was this. She's been so let down. Instagram let her down. She's been looking around every corner. She's like, Trav, find the snacks, find the snacks. I'm looking for the cheese corndogs and the pepper jack cheese pretzels, and all the food, and I can't find anything. I'm so sad. This is good still, but I'm looking for all the crazy stuff. We do have to take some of the blame though, because this is a side trip off of the wedding trip, so we aren't really prepared at all. Next time if we come, we want to do a few days at least, organize the trip, get the bracelets, get all the passes, the food passes, so we can't really blame it all on Disney. We are wrapping it up here at Disney. Somehow these ears ended up on my head. We had such a great time. We tried to bring you along for a good bit of it. It was a good day, regardless of the weather. It rained a few times, but we found a lot of times where it wasn't. Got to ride the rides. Haley slept through the single ride that we brought her on. It's so good though. Honestly, this was for us, because she's not gonna remember it. We just want to see her reaction, and mom and dad are so happy. It was a win. It was totally worth it. She definitely was so tired. I couldn't even wake her up if I tried, but that's good. We're gonna go home, rest. We got the wedding coming up this weekend. We all need a shower. Rehearsal tomorrow. It was a good day. It is wedding day guys. We are pumped. We all got ready. Getting ready to hop in the car. We're actually doing pretty good on time. We're not late. The wedding starts at 4 o'clock. It's 2.05. But we are an hour away. So we are leaving a little bit early and then we are sharing cars with Carla and Evan. So Layla's a flower girl so this is putting us on time. This is Haley's first Bates wedding. So it's kind of a big deal. Say woohoo! It's gonna be a party. Number 12. This is the first kid to get married younger than me. Like that's crazy. This is my first time experiencing a younger sibling getting married. I now know all of the older siblings were like, how is she getting married? It's gonna be a fun day. We're looking forward to being with the family, celebrating Jackson and Emerson. So happy for you guys. Let's do this. I feel like the most blessed man in the entire world. Whenever we go through life, cause every minute, every hour, every day I want to make you smile. Every minute, every hour, every day I want to make you smile. The wedding went awesome. They're officially married. It has been a great evening so far. We ate. We're in the reception right now. So we're going to enjoy the rest of the reception, but stay tuned because they're going to do the send off at what time? Nine o'clock? Nine o'clock. I'm not really sure what the send off is looking like. Maybe sparklers. I heard fireworks. Fireworks. So I'm going to show you some B-roll of that, and then we'll catch up with you after that. All I want to do is make you smile. When darkness still ensues, I want to be your light. We just packed up. We are getting ready to head to the airport. We are actually getting ready to go to Knoxville for an entire week to be with Katie's family. So we are pumped about that. This is going to wrap up today's video.
